Honduran Migrant Illegally in U.S. Charged

Police in Charlotte, South Carolina, arrested an 18-year-old Honduran migrant for his alleged role in a random shooting spree that left one person dead. The migrant reportedly entered the U.S. illegally by crossing the border from Mexico into Texas, according to a local news report. Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department investigators arrested 18-year-old Carlos Roberto Diaz in connection to the alleged murder of a Charlotte resident. WSOC-TV9 reports sources indicating that Roberto Diaz entered the U.S. illegally in 2019 when he crossed the Mexican border into Texas with his father. The source did not explain what happened to Roberto Diaz after his encounter with Border Patrol agents..

Comments:

We really do need some sort of an expedited court process to handle these illegals, with the fact that they are illegal meaning NO BAIL ever. Trials need to be quickly done, and an expedited, no BS delay death penalty applied for any rape, murder or child sexual assault.

Speculate the reason why the crime was reported as Charlotte, SC instead of NC is Quid Pro Joe has hopes of carrying NC. One of my nieces lives in NC and plans to vote for Ole Joe. Reason is she wants us to have a woman POTUS. Well we've had a guy from Kenya and a Vegetable. That's more than enough diversity for me.

And the gun grabbers will start howling in 3,2,1... Never mind that it is already illegal for this illegal alien to own a weapon. If you shut down the border and deported all illegal aliens I could well imagine the crime stats would go down. Even in the big blue cities like Chicago, San Fran. LA, NYC and Philly who do not currently file their crime stats with the FBI.

I have noticed #13. Along with the usual typos, we now have improper use of "it's and its" and confusing 'their and there'. Maybe it's just the fact that the internet exposes it now but it sure makes me question what's taught in our schools today.

Appalling but expected: that’s all that needs to be said about the Left’s response to the attempted assassination of President Trump. The right-leaning media and pundits are excited: Marine Le Pen’s party gained twice as many seats in recent French elections. The left-leaning media and commentariat are thrilled, too: Le Pen’s right-wing party won the popular vote but landed only third place in the French National Assembly. If both sides of the political spectrum are so enthusiastic, it could mean only one thing: something is missing here. The answer lies most likely in conflating two different political spectra: absolute and relative. Since Stalin proposed the modern relative political spectrum, it garnered popularity, and members of the Frankfurt School of socialism brought it to American soil.

The COVID shot was put on trial in the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and coming from California the result might surprise you. Three of four judges agree it was never a “traditional vaccine” and therefore could not legally be mandated. The case was against the Los Angeles Unified School District (“LAUSD”) that “required employees to get the COVID-19 vaccination or lose their jobs.” While this case was making its way thru the courts, LAUSD was playing Hokey-Pokey with their policy on “vaccination” which didn’t play well in their litigation strategy, as it allowed the case to be kept alive rather than becoming moot.

The behavior of the current U.S. administration toward Iran, in continuation of the policies of the Obama administration, has been appeasement on a monumental scale. That's evident in the financial tribute facilitated and released to Iran; the lack of effective action to circumscribe Iran’s expansion of its influence in the Middle East; the failure to counter effectively Iran’s terrorism against America and its friends in the region; the failure to curb Iran’s development of a nuclear arsenal; and the failure to arrest Iran’s development of short and long range missiles to deliver those weapons, not only against targets in the Middle East, but also against targets in Europe and America.

Law enforcement officials admitted it was “surprising” how the gunman was able to get so many shots off in the attempted assassination on former President Donald Trump before he was taken out by Secret Service snipers. During a press conference early Sunday, officials from the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Pennsylvania State Police deferred several questions about security to the Secret Service — who were notably absent. When asked if he was surprised at the number of shots the gunman was able to take at a former president, Kevin Rojek, special agent in charge of the FBI’s Pittsburgh field office, said:

The gunman who attempted to assassinate former President Donald Trump Saturday was identified as 20-year-old Thomas Matthew Crooks, sources told The Post. Crooks, of Bethel Park, Pa., squeezed off shots — one of which grazed Trump in the ear — at an outdoor rally in Butler, just outside Pittsburgh. Sources said Crooks was planted on a roof of a manufacturing plant more than 130 yards away from the stage at Butler Farm Show grounds. He was killed by Secret Service snipers. An AR-style rifle was later recovered. Bethel Park is a village 40 miles south of where the Butler rally was held. Why Crooks fired on the presumptive Republican presidential nominee is unclear.
