The COVID shot was put on trial in the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and coming from California the result might surprise you. Three of four judges agree it was never a “traditional vaccine” and therefore could not legally be mandated.
The case was against the Los Angeles Unified School District (“LAUSD”) that “required employees to get the COVID-19 vaccination or lose their jobs.” While this case was making its way thru the courts, LAUSD was playing Hokey-Pokey with their policy on “vaccination” which didn’t play well in their litigation strategy, as it allowed the case to be kept alive rather than becoming moot.

This lays the groundwork to remove the liability protection from the crooked pharma companies because they are only protected for a legitimate vaccine. This mRNA shot is NOT, and never has been a vaccine.
It does NOT prevent getting or spreading the disease, even though they lied repeatedly and blocked all truth about this for several years.
I was discussing The Shots with a friend yesterday. He had been visiting a HS friend...who had come up with prostate cancer. His robotic surgery failed. Heading to radiation treatments. And a sister of the friend now has cancer, too, and a brother.
These shots are triggering cancers in anyone who has any sort of a significant cancer risk as they apparently severely damage the immune system in many people.
I am SO glad that I was able to figure this one out in time. We had friends telling us to rush out and get the shots while I was studying the technology, and evaluating the risks to myself and my wife, given our specific, personal health situations. We got it right, and so many got it totally wrong....mostly by not thinking about it even a little bit. Just "oh, another shot.....OK, whatever "they" say....."

The vaccine has been proven scientifically to reduce the infection rate in the vaccinated population. It is considered a non-traditional vaccine because it doesn't kill the virus in the host like polio and measles vaccines. This is due to the way the body treats coronavirus pathogens, which is not anything that the vaccine makers control. Reducing the infection rate indirectly reduces the transmission rate of the virus by lowering the probability that people will contract and spread it. The FDA authorized the vaccines under an emergency use agreement protecting manufacturers from lawsuits.
All that said, the LAUSD overstepped its constitutional authority by requiring vaccination for all employees. They could keep them out of the classroom or isolate them from students if they believed that was justified, but they would still be required to uphold the terms of the teacher's labor contracts and pay them.

So many people lost their jobs. Men and women were kicked out of the military. First responders were fired. Before I retired, I worked in surgery, and refused to take the jab. I’d worked for the surgical group for 27 years at that point. I’m so glad I didn’t take it. The hospital here actually excused people on religious principals but another hospital nearby lost over 1100 staff.

It's not a vaccine or immunization. It's a gain of function shot which means everyone getting one is a guinea pig so they can see how they work. A friend's daughter has a bad case of Covid. She's terrified of it so went yesterday to get a booster. She's now sick in bed with chills and her blood pressure is through the roof. No Covid vaccine/immunization protects you from Covid.

I'll expand on what you posted #5. Not only did all the people I know who got the clot shot get Covid, they got ill too. Several times. This isn't hearsay or any other such nonsense, it happened! Then some took the boosters. . .and got ill again!
If I was ever ill from Covid, it had to have been a shortness of breath in May 2020 which culminated in lost sleep for a couple of nights. That was it. I didn't take the Fauci Ouchie because I didn't trust the source of the information. Our massively corrupt bureaucracy!

Important:
According to America’s Frontline Doctors this is a bigger deal than one might think because “Liability protection under U.S. law is granted only to valid vaccines. The CDC and pharmaceutical companies were fully aware of this critical distinction when they changed the definition of “vaccine” in 2021 to include mRNA shots.”
Could immunity from liability of Big Pharma be challenged on the basis of this decision by the Ninth Circuit? Personally, I hope so.
Me, too.

Composition of the Ninth Circuit bench has changed in recent years. I don't remember the details...think one of the judges may have passed away. At any rate, it was a blessing....awful before then!

CDC has now accepted that taking the 'vaccine' does not reduce the probability that you will infect others. So YOU might not get active symptoms of COVID but you may still pass it on to others. Any justification for making it compulsory (if it existed at all) or even socially urged, has collapsed.

I kept stats of the people I know.
I knew 61 people who got the shots. Of those 49 got covid. 8 of those 49 got covid more than once, 5 were hospitalized, of the 5, 3 were seriously ill and one died.
I knew 12 people who were vaccinated and never got covid (4 of those knew they were blood type O).
I knew 37 who did not take the shots and got covid, 6 of those 37 got covid more than once, 4 of those were hospitalized, of the 4 only 1 was seriously ill.
I knew 3 who never got covid or the shots (1 of those was blood type O).
The shots did not protect from disease, or transmission. The shots did not lessen the danger of hospitalization or death. That was all a load of manure they were shoveling....like the 6 foot distancing.
I doubt that your doctor kept such stats - they just kept pushing the shots and repeating the mantra.

The vaccine, or whatever you want to call it, failed because the premise on how it works is flawed and reckless. Nearly every healthy human being is born with a defensive immune system that wards off hundreds of viruses and diseases. Those born without one usually have to spend their lives inside a sterile bubble. Deliberately shutting it down goes against all common sense and people should have understood that but many did not because of the Fauci/Scart Lady propaganda campaign that was designed to scare them into getting the shot. It destroyed more lives than it saved because it was a BAD IDEA. Big Pharma and the medical industry were corrupted and blinded by dollar signs. I haven't seen an IowaDad post in many months and am concerned about his health :-)

Was blessed to live on idyllic Daniel Island, SC, during the Fauci/Scarf Lady scare. We had a separate tent by our Urgent Care where we would get tested by a nasal swab while still in our car.
Knew I had it after Christmas ‘19 as slept for 14 hours straight with Yorkie pup, MissGoGoQadash.
The next day, was given paperwork to get a monoclonal antibody drip in my left shoulder, at a nearby outpatient clinic. Took about 45 minutes and that was it, all better in two days. Very grateful!

#19, your concern about IowaDad blesses me, so let’s all keep him in our thoughts and prayers.
‘And Folks,’ as Rush would say… Please do all that you can to stay healthy, exercise and/or walk your pup a mile or more each day. I counsel ladies here at my church in Cupertino and they know it’s vital to walk each day, if only a block or so! Also do any exercises you like; I do 25 relevés at my kitchen sink three times a day for lower body strength, plus see my chiropractor weekly, and will ‘til Heaven.
Plus, I’ve volunteered to work here in CA for our GOP, and need to call 50 ppl now today to be sure they are registered to vote. Join me, anyone??!

The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals consists of 29 authorized slots for judgeships. All are currently filled. The court has turned more conservative by reason of the appointments of more conservative judges to the Court during the Trump administration, replacing retiring judges who were more leftist in their sympathies.
On most cases considered by the Ninth Circuit, only three to four of the 29 judges are randomly selected to sit in review of appeals from lower courts. If the random selection results in more conservative judges, the result can be different than if the random selection produces more leftist judges. If the appealing party doesn't like the decision rendered by the three or four judges originally selected, that party can request an "en banc" re-review of the case by all 29 judges. These "en banc" reviews are rarely granted except in instances where the original review produced results of manifest injustice in cases of significant public importance.
Any decision of any of the federal Courts of Appeal can be appealed to the US Supreme Court, through a "writ of certiorari" to permit the case to be heard, and briefs to be filed, with the SCOTUS. Writs of certiorari are typically denied by the SCOTUS except in cases of, for example, (a) manifest injustice (as determined by a majority the nine justices), (b) a divide over the outcomes of similar decisions among multiple US courts of appeal across the country, or (c) where the justices determine that the matter in question is of significant Constitutional import, such as the recent presidential immunity case, which resulted in a decision which favored President Trump's position.

19--the monoclonal drip was the key. pdt declared-as i recall--it would be free to the states to give out free
blob-en swept down and took those supplies. never heard another word. never got the treatment.
doesn't seem anyone in our state got a drop...unless the big wigs got the help-or sold the help.
still a mystery to us.
