The Supreme Court announced on June 12 that it will not consider whether to take up a Republican challenge to President Joe Biden’s controversial executive order that escalates government involvement in the voter registration and voter mobilization process until Sept. 30.
The presidential and congressional elections are scheduled for Nov. 5, so the Supreme Court will probably not take any action in time to affect the elections.
State lawmakers in Pennsylvania previously filed a petition for certiorari, or review, before judgment, in Keefer v. Biden.

The Supine Corpse: always not there when you need them. I'm starting to think that the only reason they changed Roe was to gin up the Commiecrat vote. Which seems to be working.

ps--judge below was appointed by DJT. and may i rant: i was taught to believe the federal bench,
and the supremes, receive lifetime appointments so that they may rule 'without fear or favour'... rubbish.
they run like rabbits from both fear and favour, and don't do their jobs. see 2020 for further info.
they are coddled elites, with federal protection-funded by deplorables-- are they not?
if they are threatened-then speak out, walk out with security teams like everybody else.
if the bog [bid-o'gulag] won't provide protection--hire private teams, and deduct the cost.

Ah, as expected. The Supreme Joke is always ready and willing to interfere with elections so long as it helps the Democrats. And this Democrat, that fills his diapers with Schiff needs all the help he can get this election.

This is the corrupt Roberts' Court. It is the same thing it did when it was requested to look at democrat actions prior ot 2020 and said it couldn't until after the election -- and then declined to look at them. Roberts is corrupt to the core.

It's 2020 all over again. The do nothing Not So Supreme Court shows it's true traitorous self again. When these judges find themselves on the hanging end of the rope, they'll ALL wish they did their jobs. May the crows enjoy feasting on their swinging corpses courtesy of the Deep State.

The SC refusal to take up this case until Sept 30th tells us all we need to know. They're going to rule in Biden's favor so there is no time left to do anything about it.

I'm inclined to cut the court some slack. Ever since Biden took office, his unconstitutional executives orders have created a huge workload for the Supremes.

#13, my heart breaks for the law clerks who actually run the Country.
I can think of at least 4 ‘justices’ who more than likely can’t even read, let alone write.
We had a good run.

SCOTUS was designed by the Constitution to be given lifetime appointments, and equal status with the legislative and executive branches in order to make them independent from the 'mob.' IMO, the Chief Justice sometimes submits to the mob, seemingly forgetting that. But then, what do I know?
