Noted attorney Alan Dershowitz said on Thursday that he doubts a New York appellate court will overturn former President Donald Trump’s conviction in his Manhattan trial. [Snip] “I don’t know whether the case will be reversed on appeal. I don’t think it would be reversed by the appellate division,” Dershowitz continued. “These are judges who are terrified of being perceived of as helping Trump in any way. Don’t know whether or not the New York Court of Appeals in Albany will have the ability to not consider the impact it will have on individuals as judges. Appellate judges in New York are afraid to help Trump; jurors in Delaware will be soon be terrified to convict a biden. This is how justice works in Mexico.

Hard to believe that New York judges are so spineless that they jump when their political masters say how high, regardless of the rule of law. I hope the Supreme Court is taking all of this in.

PROOF BEYOND DOUBT that NY system of Justice is corrupt beyond repair! Evidently, in order to pass the NY Bar one has to eschew all ethics and morals and pledge allegiance to corruption!

The Rule Of Law did not get New York judges elected or appointed. Support, funding, bribes, and threats from their owners did. They will do as they are told. And if you're going to have a latin american legal system, you might as well have a columbian judge.

Not all attorneys are money-grubbing dolts but those who aren't are hard to find. Like many organizations, in order to survive one must play the game.

The horrific assault on our Republic that resulted in 34 (!!) felony convictions of former president Donald Trump has reverberated across the nation. The blight on our nation caused by every Democrat who has had a hand in the banana republic disgrace of an American president being paraded around in a clown court, a Soviet-style show trial, makes a mockery of the very foundations of this (once?) great country. Senator Mike Lee (R-UT) is spear-heading a campaign among U.S. senators to stop cooperating with the corrupt Biden administration on legislative matters that do not directly affect the American people.

He said that there is no need to agree on what occurred. They can disagree on what the crime was among the three choices. We have been following the developments related to the pandemic treaty the World Health Organization (WHO) proposed. Legal Insurrection joined others in sounding the alarms in 2022 when it became clear that the international organization was going to use the COVID-19 pandemic response model for more power grabbing and wealth redistribution. The World Health Organization gets to define what a pandemic is, when a pandemic is in progress and how long a pandemic lasts. Then you read the fine print and you realize the W.H.O will have total authority over emergency operations in the United States if there’s ever a “public health emergency.” Huh?

The Democratic National Committee will move to conduct virtual party proceedings to certify President Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris as the Democratic Party nominees before Ohio's Aug. 7 ballot certification deadline, and before their in-person convention beginning Aug. 19, the party confirmed to ABC News on Tuesday. This will take a big moment away from Biden and the party--the official nomination at convention is typically met with fanfare and celebration, but he will become the official nominee virtually, without the pomp and circumstance. The move came moments before the Ohio Senate convened on Tuesday for a special session to address Biden's ability to appear

The singers are almost always bad and the lyrics almost always totally wrong for the content of the movie or series you're watching. I was watching a murder-mystery thriller movie on Prime and suddenly a soundtracker bursts into loud, raucous songs about something utterly unrelated to the plot. I have noticed this trend mostly in the last five years but lately, it has been enough to make me hit the mute button.
