Although President-elect Donald Trump has not yet taken office, the government of California is not standing for it. Whatever it is, they’re against it.
“Lawyers from the Attorney General’s office and the Governor’s office have been preparing for a potential second Trump term for more than a year,” declares a bill introduced in the state legislature in early December.
It would authorize $500,000 for “federal litigation expenses” against the Trump White House: in particular, a website featuring “descriptive narratives” about potential legal actions.

Joe Biden and his family of grifters are currently vacationing in St. Croix at a wealthy donor’s estate until New Year’s Day.
Biden has spent 570 days — nearly 40% of his entire presidency — on vacation without visitor logs.
The Biden family bilked taxpayers one last time on their way out the door. (X Video) On Saturday, Hunter Biden called his dad away from reporters asking about the Azerbaijan Airlines plane crash.“Mr. President, should Putin take responsibility for the plane crash?” a reporter shouted at Biden after he left church.
“Apparently he did, but I haven’t spoken to my team,” a confused Joe Biden said.

President Biden still regrets dropping out of the 2024 presidential race last summer after mounting pressure from Democrats to step aside, according to a report. The president recently told people that he still believes he could have beaten Trump in the November election, despite his rough debate performance in June and his low approval numbers that forced him to leave the race, according to the Washington Post, citing people familiar with the conversations.

Well, take this Christmas present, Joe and Co:
The Biden administration on Friday said it would stop selling off materials slated to be used to build a border wall ahead of the incoming Trump administration, which has promised

Arizona’s Democrat Attorney General Kris Mayes has boldly declared she is unafraid to stand against President-elect Donald Trump's sweeping deportation plans, signaling her commitment to opposing more vigorous border enforcement. This stance reflects a growing divide between leaders prioritizing political correctness over national security and those advocating for stricter immigration policies. Critics argue that such opposition undermines federal efforts to combat illegal immigration and protect American communities, especially in a border state such as Arizona. Her remarks underscore the ongoing battle between state officials and federal immigration policies

Bill Gates is the latest left-wing billionaire to seek a seat at Donald Trump’s table. On Friday, the President-elect posted a message to Truth Social, revealing that the Microsoft co-founder had requested to visit him at Mar-a-Lago, Trump’s Florida estate.
In his message, Trump said, "Where are you? When are you coming to the 'Center of the Universe,' Mar-a-Lago. Bill Gates asked to come, tonight. We miss you and x! Homelessness grew 18 percent in 2024 alone, fueled by rising prices and a surge of migrants, the Department of Housing and Urban Development admitted in a Friday report.
Perhaps homelessness, more than any other issue, will define President Joe Biden’s legacy.
The 18 percent increase comes on top of a 12 percent increase in 2023.
Progress against homelessness was made from 2010 to 2017 (637,000-554,000), according to the report, but spiked under Biden’s watch to 770,000 in 2024, the largest annual increase since the count began in 2007.
“Some communities reported data to HUD that indicated that the rise in overall homelessness was a result of their work to shelter a rising number

For conservatives “of a certain age” — i.e. those of us who can remember the Reagan years firsthand — conservatism is as much a life philosophy as a political movement. It was one of the key distinctions between the two parties: Republicans were guided by a specific belief system — conservatism — whereas the Democrats were more of a hodgepodge blend of various demographics.
Back then, the Democratic Party was a coalition party. Really, the only thing a union worker in Pittsburgh and a vegan environmentalist in Berkley had in common was that they both expected the Democratic Party to help ‘em grab a bigger piece of the pie.

News that top US intelligence officials in 2021 suppressed research pointing to a Chinese lab leak as COVID’s origin raises two key questions: Exactly who, and why?
That is, who made the call to keep Defense Department and FBI input out of the August 2021 briefing to President Biden on the issue, and out of the resulting official federal finding that COVID most likely arose naturally? And, indeed, to also block Sen. Charles Grassley’s requests for the Defense research?
We know that Dr. Anthony Fauci and his public-health cronies had fought from the start to discredit all lab-leak talk.

For some years now we’ve been told words are violence. It’s a jarring assertion for Americans brought up on the axiom that sticks and stone may break their bones, but words can never hurt them. So, sticks, stones and words can break our bones? Our parents and relatives were lying to us? The center cannot hold. The trans “movement” goes a bit beyond that assertion with the certainty that the unexpressed thoughts of Normal Americans are a “trans genocide,” but that was a topic for another article.

Can you believe there are still voices in the liberal media clinging to the claim that Joe Biden never financially benefited from his family’s corrupt business schemes? This despite the fact that Biden issued his son Hunter a blanket pardon covering 11 years of potential crimes—the period where he was making his shady business deals with foreign business partners.
House Republicans have been digging up evidence of how shady the Biden Crime Family has been for years now. They’ve got sworn testimonies, bank records, emails, phone calls, videos, photos, text messages, and even White House visitor logs proving Biden's corruption. Not only is that true,

According to Rolling Stone, Jack Smith’s team of prosecutors are also combing through their private and professional communications to make sure they haven’t written anything that can be subpoenaed.
Are they deleting evidence of misconduct and anti-Trump bias?
Late last month Jack Smith moved to dismiss both federal cases against President Trump as Trump plans to go scorched earth and fire the special counsel’s entire team of prosecutors.
Jack Smith asked to dismiss both the January 6 case and classified documents case against President Trump.

A recent article in the Wall Street Journal by a Jess Bravin reported that attorneys general of many blue states are not going to give up quietly when Donald Trump, as president, begins to honor his election promises, such as the mass deportation of illegals. “A host of blue states are staffing up and building out legal battle plans for Trump’s return trip to the White House.”
When Donald Trump will be sending ICE agents to blue sanctuary states to solicit help from local sheriffs and other police forces, the only response he may get is “civil and criminal litigation” from entities such as Maryland’s Federal Litigation Unit.

Can America build big things anymore?Donald Trump can prove that the answer is still yes — by revolutionizing how America builds energy infrastructure. In the process, he’ll transform our economy and secure our global leadership. Trump’s opportunity centers on his excellent picks for three key federal agencies: Doug Burgum at the Interior Department, Lee Zeldin at the Environmental Protection Agency and Chris Wright at the Energy Department. He should charge them with circumventing the National Environmental Policy Act — the biggest barrier to US infrastructure and energy dominance

Ever since The Post broke the story of Hunter Biden’s laptop in October of 2020, it’s been obvious that Joe Biden was involved in his son’s influence peddling schemes.
The president’s serial denials were as credible as Bill Clinton’s claim that “I did not have sexual relations with that woman, Miss Lewinsky.”
Biden’s most ridiculous lie was that he never even discussed Hunter’s foreign business with him.
Laptop messages and photos showing Joe meeting with some of Hunter’s skeezy clients proved otherwise.
Revelations that the son got millions from Ukraine energy company Burisma, despite knowing nothing about energy or Ukraine, destroyed the fiction that this was a merit-based business.
