When Donald Trump won the election, Elon Musk captured the shifting media landscape perfectly. In a post on X, Musk declared, “You are the media now.”
His words were met with outrage from legacy media, but time has proven him right. Traditional media, once trusted to hold power accountable, has devolved into little more than a PR wing for the Democratic Party—and Joe Biden in particular. The past week proved it.
The National Archives recently released damning photographs showing Joe Biden meeting with Hunter Biden’s Chinese business associates. This directly contradicts Biden’s long-standing claim that he had no involvement in his son’s foreign business dealings.

As we reported the other day, Rep. Mike Lawler (R-NY) dropped some big truth bombs on CNN host Abby Phillip over Joe Biden and money from Chinese nationals. The biggest problem was her confessed cluelessness when it came to the question.
“I’m still waiting to see the proof of Joe Biden enriching himself. I take his brother and his son, perhaps,” CNN host Abby Phillip said. Then as I noted, Lawler did lay out a direct line. The tweet continues:

A cocky FBI decided to taunt President-elect Donald J. Trump with an X-post of Ross William Ulbricht’s laptop less than a month before Trump returns to the White House and has the authority to keep his promise to commute Ulbricht’s double life sentences with a 40-year kicker without parole following his Feb. 5, 2015, conviction. On the Silk Road, a darknet site run by American cybercriminal Ross William Ulbricht, bargaining for illegal goods and services was as easy as clicking a button. #FBI investigators seized Ulbricht's laptop and took down his criminal enterprise,” said the FBI’s X-post,

As we previously reported, a recent interim report from the Committee on House Administration's Subcommittee on Oversight found that the events of Jan. 6 were preventable. It also dropped some bombshell allegations against former Republican Wyoming Rep. Liz Cheney including that she may have tampered with a witness, Cassidy Hutchinson. The report said "numerous federal laws were likely broken" by Cheney, the Vice Chair of the Jan. 6 Committee and recommended that they be investigated by the FBI. Cheney did not handle the report well, tossing a bit of a fit. She went on and on about the pages of the report:

As RedState previously reported, President Joe Biden decided to drop an unwelcome Christmas surprise on the families of murder victims whose killers were on federal death row by commuting the sentences of 37 of the 40 inmates to life in prison without the possibility of parole. "... guided by my conscience and my experience as a public defender, chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, Vice President, and now President, I am more convinced than ever that we must stop the use of the death penalty at the federal level," Biden's said in a statement posted to the White House website Monday.

When I read the New York Post article proclaiming that President Trump supports the fraudulent system known as H1B visa hiring, I knew something was amiss because we previously looked at Trump’s various business hires and use of the visa process. Apparently, the NY Post called President Trump to get him to weigh in on the controversial subject that has been triggered by Elon Musk saying he would “go to war on this issue” to maintain the H1B visa system -and subsequent foreign employment for tech skilled workers- his various companies depend upon.

President-elect Donald Trump says he has “always been in favor” of the H-1B visa program that imports hundreds of thousands of foreign workers, primarily from India, to take white-collar American jobs.
“I’ve always liked the visas, I have always been in favor of the visas,” Trump told the New York Post of the H-1B visa program. “That’s why we have them.” “I have many H-1B visas on my properties. I’ve been a believer in H-1B,” Trump continued. “I have used it many times. It’s a great program.”

Bill Gates is the latest left-wing billionaire to seek a seat at Donald Trump’s table. On Friday, the President-elect posted a message to Truth Social, revealing that the Microsoft co-founder had requested to visit him at Mar-a-Lago, Trump’s Florida estate.
In his message, Trump said, "Where are you? When are you coming to the 'Center of the Universe,' Mar-a-Lago. Bill Gates asked to come, tonight. We miss you and x! New Year’s Eve is going to be AMAZING!!! DJT.” It sure sounds like Trump is just as amused by the latest left-wing millionaire/billionaire to seek an opportunity to kiss his ring.

Greta Thunberg, once the darling of the climate change movement, has revealed herself as virulently anti-Israel, which should make her a pariah in any legitimate social or political cause. Since the October 2023 Hamas slaughter of Israeli civilians, including children and infants, Thunberg, now 21 years old, has called for “crushing Zionism” and repeatedly accused Israel of “genocide.”
Her latest episode of malevolence was on display earlier this month in Mannheim, Germany, when she publicly cursed out the nations of Israel and Germany. She targeted the German government with public profanity over its support for the Jewish state.

2024 was a good year for proponents of a universal basic income (UBI). Following the 2019 experiment in Stockton, UBI pilot programs are underway across cities in California including Fresno and Sacramento. This is unfortunate.
Advocates such as former Stockton Mayor Michael Tubbs argue that “we need a social safety net that goes beyond conditional benefits tied to employment, works for everyone and begins to address the call for racial and economic justice through a guaranteed income”. A UBI allegedly fills this gap by providing income security, encouraging work, and improving low-income families’ quality of life.

Donald Trump’s victory, combined with Republicans regaining the Senate majority and keeping control of the House, made 2024 a bad year for Democrats.
Signs suggest it could be something even worse: a historic defeat that puts Republicans in the political driver’s seat for a generation or more.
That’s because the exit poll showed that more voters said they were Republican than Democrat — for the first time in a presidential election since 1928. Such a result hasn’t happened since talking pictures were new and Babe Ruth clobbered homers in the original Yankee Stadium.
No one alive today has ever voted in a presidential race where this has occurred.

Indiana University (IU) is teaching students that they are inherently "oppressors" because of their race, sex and religion, documents show. According to the school’s website, the course "Understanding Diversity in a Pluralistic Society" prompts students to examine "theories and models" in order to "enhance understanding of our diverse society."The course "provides content about differences and similarities in the experiences, needs, and beliefs of selected minority groups and their relation to the majority group."
