Gazans are hoping Kamala Harris becomes the next president of the United States due to fears of what another 4 years with Donald Trump in the position could mean for Palestinian statehood and humanitarian aid to the enclave, according to interviews published on Saturday by Al-Monitor. Harris’s notable absence from Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s congressional address last week was interpreted by some in both Gaza and the West as a political statement. [Snip] “I think Harris will have a better vision for the Palestinians, especially with regard to human rights, such as increasing aid and Gaza’s reconstruction,” he said.

Remember how many primary delegates Kamala Harris won in the 2020 Democrat primaries? Oh, yes - none. She dropped out before a single primary vote was cast, in no small part because she was the recipient of a devastating attack by then-Democratic candidate Tulsi Gabbard (HI), who abandoned her laid-back aloha composure to tear Harris apart over her record as attorney general of California. I was recently able to uncover some previously unknown video coverage of Tulsi's takedown of Kamala Harris: Now, by dint of befuddled old Joe Biden's withdrawal from the 2024 presidential election, Kamala Harris has been anointed as the candidate. And, we may very well ask,

We are not going to play the insufferable game of pretending. The stakes are just too high. Today, the White House deployed a cover story for the assembly that accompanied Joe Biden to Austin, Texas. As the story is told, event was rescheduled from July 15th until today. However, the untold part is the major medical incident, the fall in Las Vegas, actually being the disruption covered by the COVID diagnosis. That said, and in the interests of our upcoming election the second part of the cover-story is even more pertinent.

Shocking new footage from the assassination attempt on Donald Trump shows local cops with guns drawn surrounding the building where Thomas Crooks opened fire — fully two minutes and 10 seconds before the shooting.
The video later shows a barrage of gunfire, and then the crowd’s reaction to Crooks being shot and killed by the Secret Service, with one witness commenting that it must have been a headshot because of the “big poof of hair.”
As the video unfolds, Trump can be heard in the background speaking to the crowd at his rally in Butler, Pennsylvania on July 13 — but no attempt was made to get him off the stage.

The New York Times reports that Vice President Kamala Harris’s advocacy for far-left policies on the 2019 campaign trail could imperil her 2024 bid for the Oval Office.
Just days into her candidacy — after President Joe Biden was reportedly forced out as the presumptive Democrat nominee amid a behind-the-scenes pressure campaign from top Democrats, donors, and Hollywood elites — Republicans have shown they are ready for Harris’s candidacy. As Times reporter Reid Epstein noted Monday, several videos and policy visions that Harris, who has been an elected official since 2004, espoused in her last bid for the presidency have already come back to “haunt” her.

Three people have been arrested and two others are being sought for the ambush killing of Florida rapper Julio Foolio last month, officials said.
The 26-year-old victim, whose legal name was Charles Jones, died on 23 June after his vehicle came under a barrage of gunfire in a car park of a hotel in Tampa.
Hotel surveillance footage released by police shows the attackers dressed in black wearing masks as they take up their positions in the car park, opening fire with two semi-automatic rifles and one pistol.
The rapper was killed during a weekend of birthday events that he had previously announced on social media.

Vice President Kamala Harris’s first fundraiser — occurring after Democrats informally coronated her as the Democrat nominee — was largely a dud, failing to raise close to what former President Donald Trump’s running mate, JD Vance (R-OH), raised in a single luncheon event.
The Massachusetts event at the Colonial Theatre drew about 750 people. While it was planned prior to Biden dropping out of the race, it seems Harris’s involvement failed to create a new breath of enthusiasm — at least, according to the fundraising numbers.

A massive inquiry has started in the wake of the attempt, which Trump miraculously survived, with the resignation of Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle coming soon after the July 13 shooting.
Now, it appears a group chat of those meant to protect Trump were aware that gunman Thomas Matthew Crooks, 20, was in their midst over 90 minutes before Trump was shot at, rather than an hour as the FBI had previously claimed.

Speech can be suppressed in several ways. The left’s favorite and most often used suppression method is to cast conservatives as “unworthy” of speaking. They shout us down.
Another suppression tactic for online speech is to organize boycotts of the speaker’s sponsors. By way of example, there have been several attempts to demonetize “The Dan Bongino Show,”with limited to no success. What's the only thing worse than no apology at all? A so-called apology that blames people for taking offense. Offering up a lie to gaslight the offended makes it even worse. American political figures often offer these "I'm sorry you were offended by my brilliance" non-apologies and end up making matters worse, although these days they don't tend to give a hoot one way or the other.

The belated endorsement by the Obamas caught on camera and pumped out on social media in a cringe-inducing campaign video last week was typical of her terminal inauthenticity and social ineptitude.

According to a new poll conducted by The Heartland Institute and Rasmussen Reports, more than 60 percent of likely voters, both nationally and in the battleground states, are concerned that cheating will affect the outcome of the 2024 election. Specifically, 62 percent of likely national voters expressed concern about election integrity, with 37 percent saying they are very concerned and 25 percent somewhat concerned. Throughout the swing states (Arizona, Nevada, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and Michigan), the exact same number of likely voters, 62 percent, believe the 2024 election will be tainted by election fraud, with 38 percent very concerned and 24 percent somewhat concerned.

Venezuelan Dictator Nicolas Maduro was declared the "winner" of the presidential election by the nation's election council on Monday morning. That came after exit polls showed him losing by as much as 30 points. Reports of Maduro's armed thugs closing down polling sites and stealing ballot boxes were prevalent throughout the process, all but confirming that the election was indeed stolen. What happens next is clear. Maduro will strengthen his grip on power instead of stepping down peacefully. As the saying goes, you can vote your way into socialism, but you have to shoot your way out. Want to see the dichotomy of the media on display? Consider how, over the course of 2024, there has been no shortage of energetic coverage of Donald Trump and his lawfare trials. Not just the courtroom antics either, as Trump’s mugshot was blasted across every broadcast for the better part of a week. For at least two of the indictments, we were granted live coverage of Trump commuting to the airport to fly to the destination of his court appearance.
Despite the hyperventilating coverage of the former president’s legal wranglings, other court cases involving the media are receiving scant attention; this is for obvious reasons.

Chilling leaked messages from Trump counter snipers have surfaced, detailing the moments leading up to the attempted assassination of former President Donald Trump in Butler, Pennsylvania, on July 13.
On Saturday, July 13th, there was a “colossal failure” of security, according to the former Director of the Secret Service, Kimberly Cheatle.
The ‘colossal failure’ resulted in an alleged sniper, Thomas M. Crooks, taking shots at President Trump from the rooftop of the AGR Building in Butler, Pennsylvania.
The Gateway Pundit has published exclusive reports indicating the assembled group yelling, which included local patriot Greg Smith.

President Biden formally unveiled his planned overhaul of the Supreme Court on Monday — with a clear eye on limiting the powers of former President Donald Trump should he succeed him.
The commander-in-chief took the unusual step of unveiling his major planned policy steps in a newspaper op-ed, with the Washington Post helpfully telling readers: “The writer is president of the United States.”
The president laid out three main changes to the court — which he said is “mired in a crisis of ethics” — including term limits and a binding code of conduct.

Kamala Harris’ first presidential campaign ad focuses on “freedom.” This might be the most absurd political claim in our lifetimes. The Democratic Party is not interested in liberty. It is concerned with nothing more than expanding its power.
When Harris says in her ad “We choose freedom,” what liberties is she referring to? She never says. Because she can’t. She mentions a few examples – the freedom to “get ahead” and to “be safe from gun violence” – and both are meaningless.
The first “freedoms” is part of our American DNA. What has kept people from getting ahead is a federal, state, and local government framework,

President Joe Biden called for major changes to the Supreme Court on Monday, including a constitutional amendment that would limit immunity for presidents, impose term limits for justices and stipulate an enforceable code of ethicst.
In an op-ed in the Washington Post, Biden said "no one is above the law."
“Not the president of the United States,” he wrote. “Not a justice on the Supreme Court of the United States. No one.”
In July, the Supreme Court ruled that presidents cannot be prosecuted for "official acts" during their time in office. The court's ruling stemmed from a case concerning former President Donald Trump.

On Saturday evening a Hezbollah rocket killed 12 children on a soccer field in the town of Majdal Shams, on the Golan Heights in northern Israel.
For many months it has been said that Israel is “on the brink” of all-out war with Hezbollah. It’s been repeated so often that the phrase has lost its urgency. I wrote it myself here in January after spending time in the eerily depopulated swath of the country just north of my parents’ town, Nahariya, in easy rocket range near the Lebanon border.

A number of fiber optic networks have been “sabotaged” across France — just days after arson attacks paralyzed high-speed train services during the Olympics opening ceremony, according to reports.
Cables for several telecom operators were purposely cut in six areas of France earlier Monday, police told the French outlet Agence France Presse.
However, Paris has not been affected by the sabotage. The cables in electrical cabinets belonging to operators SFR and Bouygues had been cut in southern France, and installations in the Meuse region near Luxembourg and the Oise area near Paris had been vandalized, according to the French paper Le Parisien. The vandalism is mainly affecting fixed-line services and not mobile devices.

This is a contest that the United States cannot lose. In short, trade-surplus countries, such as China, cannot prevail over trade-deficit ones, such as America. Last year, America's merchandise trade deficit with China was $279.4 billion.
That is why, ultimately, China will have to pay the cost of tariffs that Trump — or any other American leader — may impose. Clearly, China's regime knows this. People's Daily, the Communist Party's self-described mouthpiece and therefore the most authoritative publication in China, this month is arguing that America should not raise tariffs.

I can tell you from firsthand recent experience, Russia has psychologically prepared the citizens of the country for war against the West, if that is what’s needed.
The Russian people do not want war but trust me – they are a hardened nation filled with people who are used to hardship in comparative terms to Americans and Europeans. Their military bases are full of trainees, and the streets have as many young men in fatigues as they do business attire.
The roads and highways are full of not-so-subtle billboards preparing the nation. There are posters on the streets and in the subway stations, and flyers in almost every business, shop,

One of the challenges of defeating Kamala Harris is figuring out just what to slam her on. There are so many powerful lines of attack to use against this leftist hack that it takes some consideration to figure out which is the most effective. But already, some Republicans are trying to help leftists place some of the most potent attacks are being put off limits. We’re being told there are certain things we just can’t say about her. We’re not supposed to mention that she’s a goofy weirdo with an evil laugh. We’re not supposed to mention she’s an incompetent DEI hire.

According to the man who broke the news of Joe Biden’s dropping out of the presidential race, Kamala Harris may have already decided on her running mate.
Mark Halperin, a journalist and commentator for Newsmax, posted a tweet on Sunday that is raising some eyebrows across social media.
In his post, he included a picture of a smiling Harris with Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro surrounded by a crowd of people and wrote one word suggesting that he was her running mate choice.
“DEVELOPING…” he wrote.

CARACAS, Venezuela — Venezuela’s opposition claimed victory in Sunday’s presidential election, setting up a showdown with the government, which earlier declared President Nicolás Maduro the winner.
“The Venezuelans and the entire world know what happened,” opposition candidate Edmundo González said in his first remarks.
Opposition leader Maria Corina Machado said the margin of González’s victory was “overwhelming” based on voting tallies it had received from campaign representatives from about 40% of ballot boxes nationwide.
The National Electoral Council, which is controlled by Maduro loyalists, earlier said Maduro had secured 51% of the vote to 44% for González. But it didn’t release the tallies from each of the 30,000 polling booths nationwide,

Joe Biden outraged Elon Musk when he said a rival EV executive had 'electrified the entire automobile industry' in America.
When he said that about General Motors CEO Mary Barra in 2021, he gave the cold shoulder to Musk, the Tesla billionaire who most credit with the popularity of electric vehicles in the United States.
Whether he knew it or not, Biden planted a seed that day that has led Musk - a 2020 Biden voter who claimed to have never cast a ballot for Republicans - toward an alliance with Donald Trump.Biden and Barra were attending multiple events celebrating Biden's infrastructure law and an executive order outlining a goal

Twenty-six years ago, a young man named Matthew Shepard was beaten and strung up on a Wyoming barbed wire fence to die. The beating and murder were because Shepard was gay.
The perps were quickly found, tried for murder, convicted, and sentenced to prison. They’re still there.
It was a good news story about bad news and was widely reported. But it wasn’t true.
It has since been shown that Shepard and one of the perps were in the drug business together. Shepard was due to receive a $10,000 shipment of meth. The perp himself was gay and had been in a gay relationship with Shepard.
