Justice Amy Coney Barrett painted Big Tech’s suppression of the Hunter Biden laptop stories four years ago as a safeguard against foreign interference in an official Supreme Court ruling on Wednesday.
In what could have been a landmark censorship case, Barrett, who wrote the majority opinion in Murthy v. Missouri, characterized tech giants’ reactionary censorship of the laptop story as a good-faith effort to minimize Russian meddling in the 2020 election.

President Joe Biden isn’t known for telling the truth. So, it came as no surprise when the Delaware Democrat got up on stage to tell some pretty tall tales during Thursday’s debate with former President Donald Trump.
From the crisis he created at the U.S.-Mexico border to manufactured hoaxes about his opponent, there was almost no subject Biden didn’t lie about. Here are the 20 biggest whoppers he told during Thursday night’s matchup with the Orange Man.

The Texas Supreme Court ruled on Friday to uphold a Lone Star State law that effectively bans gender experimentation on children.
In an 8-1 decision published on Friday, the highest court in the state confirmed the legislature’s May 2023 law prohibiting health care professionals from castrating and mutilating minors does not violate the state constitution, as a trial court had previously concluded.

First lady Jill Biden’s ex-husband has joined the chorus of people slamming her for apparently encouraging President Biden to stay in the election after his disastrous debate performance.
“The Dr. Jill Biden who I’ve seen on TV in the last five years is not the same person I married or that I recognize in any way,” Bill Stevenson, who was married to Jill from 1970 to 1975, told The Post Saturday.
“She’s matriculated into a completely different woman.” (Photo) Stevenson, 75, of Delaware, is a proud Trump supporter who has been vocal over the years about his bitterness with what he has at times called “the Biden crime family.”

Octogenarian President Biden has difficulty functioning outside a six-hour window of daylight, according to an alarming new report.
The 81-year-old commander in chief is prone to absent-minded gaffes and fatigue outside of the hours of 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. or while traveling abroad, White House aides told Axios in a bizarre attempt to spin his disastrous debate performance.
During the 90-minute trainwreck of a presidential debate — which kicked off five hours after the president’s peak performance window, at 9 p.m. — Biden often appeared vacant or slack-jawed, and on several occasions froze mid-thought, misspoke, or struggled to form coherent sentences.

Joe Biden on Friday held a campaign rally in North Carolina after he absolutely bombed at Thursday night’s debate against President Trump. 81-Year-old Joe Biden completely fell apart Thursday night. He glitched, froze up, stumbled through his words and had to be led off the stage by nurse Jill. He was in bad shape again on Friday. Nurse Jill stepped in again and ran cover for Joe Biden. Biden looked completely lost and scared as Jill Biden boasted that his strength is unshakeable. Why was Biden standing like that? This is elder abuse!

The media is trying to do it again concerning Joe Biden—multiple outlets feigning shock and amazement at the president’s declining mental faculties. We told you for months. We said he was off when his brain was running at 25 percent capacity at the G7 Summit in Italy. The more Biden was in front of the cameras, the more the American public saw a degrading old man who couldn’t do the job. It’s not like this was up for debate, as a Washington Post/ABC News poll found that 86 percent felt Biden was too old. The media instead went on a full-court press, trying to gaslight us into thinking Biden

The Democratic Party is facing a potential crisis. Following Joe Biden’s disastrous debate performance against Donald Trump, concerns about his fitness to serve have intensified.
The debate has left the party in a state of panic, with whispers of Biden stepping down becoming louder.
It has always been the plan from the start, which is why they scheduled the debate for this year unusually early.
Daily Mail reported:
According to Democratic bigwig, Obama campaign guru David Axelrod, the Biden team scheduled one of the earliest presidential debates in history (June 27 on CNN) to prove to naysayers that Joe’s not going anywhere.

As Rebecca Downs at our sister site Townhall reported:
Cruz agreed with King that "Joe Biden did unbelievably badly, that the degree of dementia he is facing right now, it has escalated to a point that it is unrecognizable," adding "I think there are a great many Democrats

Vice President Kamala Harris would be pressured to bring together leaders of the executive cabinet to push President Biden out of office via the 25th Amendment, under a new resolution introduced by Representative Chip Roy (R., Texas) on Friday.
The resolution calls on Harris and members of the cabinet to “activate section 4 of the 25th Amendment to declare President Joseph R. Biden incapable of executing the duties of his office and to immediately exercise powers as Acting President.” The aforementioned section allows the vice president and a majority of the executive cabinet to decide whether the president is fit to serve.

Not surprisingly, the self-appointed “fact checkers” in the media went to town on Donald Trump’s remarks during Thursday’s debate, picking apart every utterance and rating them false even if they were mostly true. Also not surprising, President Joe Biden got a relative free pass. (Although to be fair to fact-checkers, it was often hard to tell what Biden was trying to say.)
But what’s truly mind-boggling is that they missed the biggest lie Biden told all night. A lie that came out of his mouth as soon as he opened it. A lie that he then used to blame Trump

Five mental health professionals, some of whom already accused Donald Trump of being “dangerous,” prepared a risk assessment for New York state Judge Juan Merchan to consider in his July 11 sentencing decision on Trump, according to forensic psychiatrist Dr. Bandy X. Lee, a longtime critic of the former president.
It isn’t clear whether all five are psychiatrists or may have other training. Their risk assessment could be a factor in the severity of Merchan’s sentence for Trump in Manhattan Criminal Court, which could be up to 20 years in prison for all 34 felony counts on which he was convicted last month.

Incredibly, after Thursday night, they’re still lying.

First lady Jill Biden drew backlash from conservatives on social media after President Joe Biden's presidential debate fiasco on Thursday evening, with one X, formerly Twitter, account calling her a "monster." Meanwhile, former President Donald Trump deflected many answers and had little to say about the exact policies he would enact as president. However, the biggest takeaway from the debate was the dismal job Biden did at answering

Everyone, even CNN, knows that Joe Biden is completely lost. If anyone doubted that, the Thursday debate proved the point. And by completely lost, I mean that he could not maintain focus when asked questions, could not figure out how to look into the camera, and said many things that, frankly, made no sense. I flipped on CNN for kicks and giggles (and no small amount of schadenfreude) and was shocked by what I saw because, as we know, Democrats usually back their guy to the end—"to the pain," as one "Princess Bride" character famously quipped.
Instead, I witnessed weeping and gnashing of teeth—and an execution squad.

ATLANTA - A recent TikTok video has gone viral, showing a user’s surprising experience with Walmart's grocery prices. The user explained in his video that he tried to use the "Reorder All" button for an order he placed two years ago, which originally cost $126.67. To his shock, the same order would now cost $414.39.
The video has garnered around one million views, with most comments expressing similar astonishment at the apparent price increase. However, one TikTok user pointed out that some of the items in the original order were discontinued, leading to falsely inflated prices.

The first official presidential debate of 2024 was held on June 27, and the reactions are fascinating.
Joseph Robinette Biden, who has held offices in the Newcastle County Council, the United States Senate, and the White House for the past 54 years, was clearly as close to incapacitated as one can imagine for a person currently holding public office.
Biden frequently mumbled, often appeared not to know where he was or what the questions concerned (despite it being public knowledge that he had been given the questions in advance), even needed to be guided on and off the debate stage.
This has embarrassed the politicians and pundits of the Left, with some
