Octogenarian President Biden has difficulty functioning outside a six-hour window of daylight, according to an alarming new report. The 81-year-old commander in chief is prone to absent-minded gaffes and fatigue outside of the hours of 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. or while traveling abroad, White House aides told Axios in a bizarre attempt to spin his disastrous debate performance. During the 90-minute trainwreck of a presidential debate — which kicked off five hours after the president’s peak performance window, at 9 p.m. — Biden often appeared vacant or slack-jawed, and on several occasions froze mid-thought, misspoke, or struggled to form coherent sentences.

Comments:

He's probably sundowning too. Exactly who behind those White House curtains is in charge and running (and ruining) this country???

What's that? Russia is attacking Finland? Sorry it's 5pm and President Biden is outside his functional time. He will reboot at 10am tomorrow and you can work with him then, ... probably. Unless it's a day ending in a "Y". Then all bets are off.

I think we all knew this. "Dr" Jill knows these medical facts. But she might be privy to a few criminal facts most people don't know. The fact is that whoever the Dems nominate will be the next President. Cold hard fact. 2020's result wasn't guaranteed, but 2024 will. Now we know why "Dr" Jill, Newsome, Kamala, Hilary and a few more are jockeying for position.

Three things for everyone to remember: 1. biden was always thought to be a fool; he's never been competent or right thinking. Democrat voters did not want him as their nominee in 2020; he was selected then to be the puppet while someone else was in place to run his stolen presidency. Biden has never been in charge. 2. They hid Biden during the 2020 election season; he was in decline then, and that's when they started the coverup. It didn't start a year or two ago. Even our side speaks of his decline as if it just started. 3. The election was stolen, and all these same people who have been "covering" for biden know it was stolen. Republicans are discussing the subject of biden's decline without providing correct historical context as listed above. We need to provide the correct history at every opportunity; otherwise, the leftists will still control and shape the narrative. They will lie about and cover for whomever they choose to replace their vegetable.

The presidency is a 24/7/365 job. I don’t know how anyone can possible believe that it’s OK to have a president who barely functions for a few hours a day and then goes off for a 4 day weekend every Thursday.

The worst look of all was Joe standing there slack-jawed while Trump spoke. His handlers should at least have told him to keep his mouth closed. To see his face like that was horrifying. He looked like one of those poor out-of-it patients in a nursing home.

Should be no problem. Just send memos to all the world's leaders and our enemies that they need to hold off on anything that might require a decision during that 18 hour stretch from 4:01 p.m. until 9:59 a.m. EDT. BTW, that is just more evidence of dementia. They call it 'sundowner' syndrome. This is not an excuse. It is just more to make a good diagnosis.

A bill that would create a pathway for undocumented children to access state-funded health insurance was approved by the Virginia Senate along partisan lines Tuesday. The bill, if approved by the Democratic-controlled House of Delegates and signed off on by Republican Gov. Glenn Youngkin, would provide health care coverage for Virginia residents under age 19 who are not covered under a group health plan or health insurance coverage, and would, if not for their immigration status, be eligible for medical assistance services through the commonwealth's program of medical assistance services. The Virginia chapter of CASA, a national immigrant advocacy group, championed the bill.
