Judge in Trump’s Manhattan Trials Reviews
Risk Assessment by Anti-Trump Psychiatrist

Five mental health professionals, some of whom already accused Donald Trump of being “dangerous,” prepared a risk assessment for New York state Judge Juan Merchan to consider in his July 11 sentencing decision on Trump, according to forensic psychiatrist Dr. Bandy X. Lee, a longtime critic of the former president. It isn’t clear whether all five are psychiatrists or may have other training. Their risk assessment could be a factor in the severity of Merchan’s sentence for Trump in Manhattan Criminal Court, which could be up to 20 years in prison for all 34 felony counts on which he was convicted last month.

Comments:

Yet another example of why we have lost all faith in the opinions of "experts".

Obviously this "doctor" is a neutral and unbiased third party who should be taken seriously after she built her public persona and published books pushing her agenda. If as she says her field has a moral obligation to evaluate someone why did she not evaluate Joe? Because as she said Joe didn't need to be evaluated because uh "stuff" but Trump did because she had books to sell. And Joe just "presented poorly". He's not a good candidate for an urging home. Because she has books to sell. Crazy stuff. Next we'll see this criminal judge put Trump in prison right there in court. Have him cuffed and dragged away. I'll be stunned if anything less happens.

Sooo...half a dozen "Eminent Mental health prossesionals" were called upon to review and offer a Risk Assessment(without ever personal meeting or interviewing the patient) prior to sentencing for a BOOKKEEPING offense? I say, as part of defense argument that ALL of their personal and business books must be audited prior to their "Evidence" even being considered.

“While it may seem dramatic or concerning to the public, very high levels of cognitive decline can be present without affecting fitness for duty, as long as self-awareness is unaffected,” Lee said. Baloney. He has no idea how impaired he is, but you can bet those around him know all too well. No wonder they keep him hidden. He went on stage after a week of intense coaching, and still couldn't speak in complete sentences. He wandered away from world leaders with no indication he understood what he was supposed to be doing there. Dems continue to put their own interests ahead of our national interests. Biden is their connection to power, and that's all they care about.

The article reads as if Trump committed a violent crime, such as assault or murder. This is nonsense. He may be a political threat to the Dems, but he is not going to grab a gun and start shooting people. The judge will use this BS to sentence Trump to jail for years. After the debate performance, he will likely add ten years to whatever original sentence he had in mind.

There's no way the Judge can rely for sentencing on the opinions of reviewers who have never examined the defendant. This is nuts. Even this Judge, who has already proven he is guilty of judicial malpractice, cannot presume to rely on this garbage to determine sentencing. Even dopey, conflicted Juan Merchan should be able to figure that one out.

Saturday was the second attempt at the launch after the May 6 event was postponed just two hours before it was scheduled. The goal is to get the Starliner onto the International Space Station for a one-week stay. Then, it will return to Earth and certify its end-to-end capabilities. This time, NASA found one of its four computers operating the launch was lagging behind the others. As all four computers are meant to perform the same function — a delay in one signals a problem.
