Ketanji Brown Jackson Vs. Sonia Sotomayor:
Who’s Dumber?

Original Article

On Wednesday, the Supreme Court heard arguments in U.S. v. Skrmetti, a pivotal case addressing state restrictions on controversial medical interventions, including puberty blockers and hormone treatments for minors with gender confusion. At the heart of the case is a Tennessee law banning these procedures for children, with the court’s decision likely to have far-reaching consequences. Will our country protect children from these barbaric and irreversible procedures or not? As I previously reported, Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson humiliated herself when she bizarrely tried to equate banning transgender procedures for minors with prohibiting interracial marriage. She began with a convoluted statement:

Not all women are like that, just liberal women and female leftist judges. Look at the stellar example of female jurisprudence they tried to pawn off on us as a Presidential candidate. Hillary went to law school as did Mike Obama ,(well the jury is still out on Mike's gender ). but we have Collins , Murcowski, the list is long, and not so impressive, unless one is impressed by their ignorance.

For a minor to take aspirin or other drug they would have to have their parents permission. To marry anyone you have to be of legal age. Both drug usage and marriage can be reversed. Transgender surgery is one way. So the comments by these two justices are beyond silly and inappropriate. Would assume that Sono is the smarter of the two. She probably knows what a woman is.

No one seems sure who first said it, maybe Joseph Goebbels, but in any case, it’s a tried-and-tested Alinskyite tactic: accuse your enemy of what you’re doing. Barack Obama is a practiced expert at this, and he gave a master class in it on Thursday at his Obama Foundation’s Orwellian-named Democracy Forum. With some notable and revealing difficulty in getting the words out, Obama accused the Republicans of doing everything that the Democrats have been doing for the past few years: rigging elections, weaponizing the justice system, and trying to ensure that they would remain in power on an indefinite basis. Whatever can be said of Barack Obama, the man

As author Jesse Singal explains in a report for the Economist, Dr. Olson-Kennedy isn't just any doctor, she's one of the most outspoken proponents of gender affirming care for minors in the country, i.e. someone who is quoted in the media on this topic frequently. Her activism seems to have overcome her commitment to transparency. Recently, Dr. Olson-Kennedy made news for sitting on the results of a government funded study of trans children because the outcome didn't support her ideological commitments.
