The third night of the Democratic National Convention felt less like a political assembly and more like a school pep rally as Minnesota Gov. (snip) “I had 24 kids in my high school class,” he said shortly after taking the stage. “And none of them went to Yale.” (snip) New Jersey Sen. The Dims’ holier than thou posturing is so irksome. We went Yale, we’re better than the MAGA rubes. We didn’t go to Yale like Vance though. “We like black people. We don’t know what black jobs are though [hint: they’re jobs held by black people]. No one can say that kamel isn’t black. But The White Segregationist Biden will tell if you’re black or not.” Everything they say is contradictory to everything else they have said. And they are always holier than thou.

One more point that Vance can bring up in their debate. Walz is a blubbering low-brow politician who was rarely if ever challenged in deep blue Minnesota.

"The third night of the Democratic National Convention felt less like a political assembly and more like a school pep rally." Which makes perfect sense once you realize that the Lamestreams - ABC/NBC/CBS/NPR/CNN/MSNBC/NYSlymes/WaPooPoo/ etc. etc., are not journalists, and have not been journalists for a long time. Instead, they are the Leftist Democ'Rats Pep Squad Cheerleaders.

Democrats are not aware of anything except what's in their tiny closed minds. Normal people would see how out of touch with the real world one would have to be to make such statements and not say such stupid things.

Apparently Walz adheres to a policy of low expectations. Sure, there are a lot of pompous blowhards who went to Ivy League Universities who look down their noses at those who did not attend those schools. There are also a lot of humble hard working people who attended those schools that you would never know went there because they do not dwell on it. Walz would do well to promote all to aspire to the Ivy league, even if they only end up attending a Community College or Trade School. Set expectations high!

Effective July 2025, teacher licensing rules passed last year in Minnesota under Democrat Gov. Tim Walz will ban practicing Christians, Jews, and Muslims from teaching in public schools. (snip) Starting next July, Minnesota agencies controlled by Walz appointees will require teacher license applicants to affirm transgenderism and race Marxism. Without a teaching license, individuals cannot work in Minnesota public schools, nor in the private schools that require such licenses. Robert F. Kennedy Jr. officially lost his U.S. Secret Service (USSS) protection on Monday, just days after his withdrawal from the 2024 presidential race. Kennedy's press secretary confirmed the change in a statement to CBS News. Kennedy had gone through a long process to receive USSS protection in the first place, with his initial requests being denied earlier in the cycle. It was not until the assassination attempt against former President Donald Trump in July that President Biden ordered that Kennedy receive Secret Service protection as well.

What's good for the goose is good for the gander. Because the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals upheld California outlawing talk therapy for minors with unwanted same-sex attraction, it must likewise uphold Idaho's ban on invasive and potentially irreversible medical treatments to make gender-confused minors resemble the opposite sex, the Gem State's outside lawyer told a three-judge panel Thursday. Alliance Defending Freedom senior counsel John Bursch invoked the 2013 Pickup precedent, celebrated at the time by LGBTQ activists for finding that California's SB 1172 does not violate the "fundamental parental right to make important medical decisions for their children"

While the law, originally signed in 2023—following a shooting by a former student at a private school in Nashville—was recently amended to direct schools to expel students only for "valid" threats, the provisions of the law are still vague, and schools have considerable enforcement leeway.
