A Los Angeles federal district court ordered the University of California, Los Angeles, to stop allowing and assisting in self-described pro-Palestinian activists’ creation of what amount to Jew-free zones on campus, holding that the university may not offer classes if Jewish students are prohibited from participating in the programming.
Those who occupied encampments on the university’s property disallowed Jews from passing through the quad unless they would disavow Israel and, by extension, their Jewish faith. UCLA’s position had been that the encampments preventing Jewish students from accessing certain areas of campus were not its responsibility.
Despite that contention, the university erected metal barriers

The Harris campaign runs misleading Google ads that look like news articles published by the establishment media, an Axios analysis found Tuesday.
The strategy harnesses the ambiguous nature of the media’s oftentimes pro-Harris coverage with actual Harris campaign advertising.
The Harris campaign edits the ads that “make it appear as if the Guardian, Reuters, CBS News and other major publishers are on her side,” Axios reported. “It’s a common practice in the commercial advertising world that doesn’t violate Google’s policies, but the ads mimic real news results from Search closely enough that they have news outlets caught off guard.”

What's the betting line on this challenge? 100:1 against? Those odds would likely still be too low.
During his conversation with Donald Trump, Elon Musk took a shot at the media coverage of Kamala Harris as "propaganda" designed to cover up her radical politics. He also ended up endorsing Trump, as I noted earlier. However, he also offered Harris equal access to the same vast community of voters ... if she has the courage to take it.
Just how seriously does Harris take 'equity'? Newsweek apparently tried to get a comment from Team Kamala, but has yet to receive one.

Kamala Harris's honeymoon bounce in the polls has Democrats excited for the first time in a long time in this election. Even with that surge of enthusiasm, she's still only managing to take a small lead within the margin of error in the RealClearPolitics average. Nevertheless, her position appears to be much stronger than Joe Biden's but, CNN's Harry Enten is warning them that Harris doesn't have the election in the bag — not by a long shot.
To explain why, he looked at battleground state polling in the previous two election cycles to see how far off they were from the results.

LAS VEGAS — Some of the best hackers in the world gathered in Las Vegas over the weekend to try to break into voting machines that will be used in this year’s election — all with an eye to helping officials identify and fix vulnerabilities.
The problem? Their findings will likely come too late to make any fixes before Nov. 5. In one sense, it’s the normal course of events: Every August, hackers at the DEF CON conference find security gaps in voting equipment, and every year the long and complex process of fixing them means nothing is implemented until the next electoral cycle.
But Election Day security is

Former President Donald Trump on Monday confirmed he would return to Butler, Pa., in October ahead of the presidential election.
The Pennsylvania town marked the site of an assassination attempt against him during a July 13 rally. He previously confirmed that he would return to the town at some point, but confirmed plans for an October event during an X space with platform owner Elon Musk.
"We're going back to Butler, and we're gonna go back in October," he said. "We're all set up, and we're the people are fantastic. It's a big it's a great area."

In a stunning display of hypocrisy and double standards, CBS News attacked former President Donald Trump when he announced his “no tax on tips” policy proposal in June and then suddenly became uncritical of the idea when Vice President Kamala Harris copied Trump on Saturday.
“Vice President Kamala Harris is rolling out a new policy position, saying she’ll fight to end taxes on tips for service and hospitality workers,” CBS announced in a Monday X post. However, when Trump first announced the policy proposal in June, CBS adopted a strikingly different tone.

Government overspending and foolish Democrat economic policies are the number one concern for Americans ahead of this election, as Donald Trump and Elon Muck emphasized Monday.
With basic food items like bacon costing twice, four times, or five times more than under Trump, as Trump himself said during his interview with Musk on Twitter/X, the economy is paramount in 2024. Musk, himself a businessman, proposed slashing government spending and major deregulation. Trump agreed, saying he wants tax cuts both for citizens and businesses, reduction of debt, and especially energy independence by drilling the “liquid gold,” oil. Voters “want the American dream back,” Trump said, and he vowed

Former President Donald Trump talked about America’s energy production during an X Spaces interview with Elon Musk on Monday, focusing on how the country can compete with China on artificial intelligence (AI).
During the interview, Trump said that a Kamala Harris administration would enact harsh energy policies by pushing “Green Energy” with windmills and solar panels while hurting oil and fracking production. Later, the former president talked about artificial intelligence, which Elon Musk has been a proponent of, and how the country will not be able to compete with China on the technology if America’s energy production lowers.

Former Rep. Beto O’Rourke (D-TX) said Monday on MSNBC’s “Inside” that Vice President Kamala Harris could possibly win the state of Texas in November.
Host Jen Psaki said, “I want to ask you, you’ve seen a lot of presidential candidates run. Vice President Harris and Tim Walz are clearly creating a lot of excitement out there. Do you think this is enough? Is Texas a pipe dream or should people hold their hope out for Texas in 2024 or is it going to take a little longer?”
O’Rourke said, “The thing is you now see Democrats smiling. There is joy in our party. There’s electricity moving through the system. Yes

As my colleague Bonchie reported, Axios reporter Sara Fischer appeared on CNN to complain about former President and GOP nominee Donald Trump having an unfettered microphone with Elon Musk on X.
The Monday night conversation hails Trump's return to the X (formerly Twitter) platform where he was unceremoniously booted almost four years before, and it has the entire legacy media complex shook. As my colleague streiff also reported, a Washington Post reporter asked the Biden Press Secretary whether this interview could be stopped, because "misinformation," or something...

The stealing class has figured out that it’s a working-class election.
You can tell by what they pilfer.
By “stealing class,” I mean the Harris-Walz campaign in particular, and the party of big government in general.
They exist, and flourish, not by creating new wealth and ideas, but by stealing the produce of others.
In Harris’ case, that means shamelessly stealing Donald Trump’s “no taxes on tips” proposal and floating it as if it were her idea, something made less plausible by Kamala’s lifelong history of not having original ideas.
But it’s meant to show that she cares about the working class. In Walz’s case, what he stole was valor, posing as
