Here’s How Dems Can Force Biden Out

Congress can remove either or both on inability to discharge duties. Impeachment is not necessary. While some believe 25 a supersedes the Constitution, nothing in either suggests anything both thatb25a is and executive branch preorder, separate from the constitutional legislative branch process. But hey…pul him on ice for 4 months, let the voters decide

The Dems can force Joe out (cue the Biden bribery schemes), but the cost will be a Dem civil war. The extreme leftists want to keep their puppet in place, he gives them everything they want. Every other Dem knows that they can be completely swept out of power if Joe stays in the race.

Recall when electric vehicles were our future, the next generation of automobiles that were going to save us? It’s been a fairly tale from the beginning, as people are beginning to see. About six weeks ago, President Joe Biden bragged during a Rose Garden event that “thanks to my bipartisan Infrastructure Law, we’re building a network of 500,000 charging stations all across America.” At that moment, only seven stations had been built – three years after the bill was passed. The lack of progress cannot be explained away by the challenges faced by any infrastructure buildout, though Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg

The Democrats’ recent panic over President Joe Biden’s apparent mental infirmities underscores the importance of the vice presidential pick. In the case of former President Donald Trump, who will only be able to serve one term if re-elected, the choice is just as important if not more so. A handful of favorites has emerged, the latest I&I/TIPP Poll shows. In the past two months, the I&I/TIPP Poll has queried voters about a long list of 22 possible choices for Trump. However, in recent days, that list has shrunk markedly. Trump campaign insiders, Republican Party officials and those close to Trump

Yesterday, we pointed out how the press and Democratic Party politicians and operatives have started calling President Joe Biden a “good man,” despite all evidence to the contrary. Now the media are trying to convince the public that Biden has been a great president who racked up big accomplishments, which is another insult to our intelligence. “Objectively speaking, President Joe Biden has presided over some significant, even historic, accomplishments,” is how the Atlantic put it. The Atlantic writer could name only three.

The talking points must have gone out within minutes of the end of President Joe Biden’s lame debate performance. Among the first to tell us just how fine a man Biden was Barack Obama, who called his former vice president “someone who has fought for ordinary folks his entire life.” It is, of course, a lie. Biden is not a good man, and the idea he’s “fought for ordinary folks” for even a single day of his “public service” is risible. Obama’s tweet also claimed that Biden is the candidate “who knows right from wrong and will give it to

Of the many falsehoods, exaggerations, and evasions President Joe Biden uttered in his ABC News interview that aired over the weekend, one went completely overlooked. And it was his most brazen. Biden might not have looked senile in his 20-minute sit-down talk with “journalist” George Stephanopoulos, but he didn’t assuage anyone who doubts his ability to tell fact from fiction. There were filled with weird boasts … “I’m the guy that shut Putin down. No one thought could happen.” (More than three years and $173 billion in taxpayer money after the Ukraine war started, Vladimir Putin shows no signs of giving up.) “Not only am I

Did the economy create 206,000 jobs last month? That’s what the Bureau of Labor Statistics reported on Friday. But don’t believe it. Under President Joe Biden, the BLS has been consistently inflating monthly job growth numbers. It makes great public relations, because the press reports only on the initial estimate, and rarely follows up on the subsequent downgrades. But it does help explain why nobody believes Biden’s – and the mainstream media’s – propaganda about how great the labor market is doing. Last month, for example, BLS said that the economy created 272,000 jobs, which the media branded as “whopping,”

John McWhorter, the prominent academic, author and New York Times columnist, wants everyone to know that he’s sorry that he recently suggested it would be a good thing if someone were to assassinate former President Donald Trump. Except he’s not, really. But at least he owns it. “I have taken a great deal of heat for saying, for implying, that I wish somebody would kill Donald Trump,” McWhorter said on the new episode of “The Glenn Show” with Brown University economics professor Glenn Loury. “That is exactly what I was implying. It was irresponsible of me to say that in a public space. I really shouldn’t have said it here.”

Following President Joe Biden’s abysmal performance in the June 27 debate with former President Donald Trump, you might think he would suffer a crash in his support for re-election. Even the media describe the Democratic Party’s response to Biden’s poor showing as “panic.” Will voters abandon Biden? They haven’t yet, the latest I&I/TIPP Poll shows, but signs of trouble loom. The national online I&I/TIPP Poll, answered by 1,244 registered voters from June 26-28, includes last Thursday’s debate night. So the final day of the poll reflects that information. Did it have an impact?

In his remarks following the Supreme Court’s decision on presidential immunity, President Joe Biden pretended to be mortified by it. But there’s a reason Biden seemed so energetic and focused Monday night. The Court might just have done him and his reelection campaign a huge favor. At least, Biden thinks so. In his very brief remarks, Biden called the ruling a “dangerous precedent.” He said it “continues to the Court’s attack on a wide range of long-established legal principles.” He quoted Justice Sonia Sotomayor’s inflammatory opinion which said “With fear for our democracy, I dissent.” I concur, Biden said.

Aside from repeatedly calling Donald Trump a liar, the only message President Joe Biden managed to convey during last week’s debate was that Trump left him a terrible mess to clean up. The first words out of his mouth in the debate were: “You have to take a look at what I was left when I became president, what Mr. Trump left me. We had an economy that was in freefall.” And his closing remarks began: “We’ve made significant progress from the debacle that was left by President Trump in his – in his last term.” It’s clear why Biden’s

We recently wrote about how Google’s AdSense ad network was blocking ads from appearing on a page that cited government data about weather — calling it “unreliable and harmful” — presumably because the data didn’t support climate hysteria. Now we find out that it’s blocking ads on an editorial we published over the weekend pointing out a glaring falsehood uttered by President Joe Biden in his debate with Donald Trump last Thursday. The article doesn’t just assert that Biden was lying when he said that the economy was in “a freefall” when he came into office — we proved it was a lie. See for yourself

We can’t set a bar so high that who Joe Biden’s been for 30 years can’t clear it. He’s always had a slight stutter. He’s always spoken a little off the cuff.” And that we shouldn’t “set the stakes too high” for his NATO press conference on Thursday. oe Biden's first solo press conference with the White House press corps since last November, originally scheduled at 5:30 p.m. EDT, has been delayed one hour because the NATO meeting started late. But the signs are unmistakable. Unless Biden can shed 20 years and appear to be hale and hearty enough to stay up past 8:00 p.m., he's a goner no matter how badly he wants to stay in the race. The noise has been deafening all day. Donors, Democratic politicians, and ordinary people are all calling for Biden's exit from the race. To make matters worse, his inner circle of advisors has shrunk to just two of his closest aides:

CBS News president Ingrid Ciprian-Matthews — who was accused of sidelining white journalists and blocking an acclaimed correspondent’s reporting on the Hunter Biden laptop — is stepping down at the network, the company said Wednesday. The controversial news boss, who was named president just last August, is exiting after she made headlines in February over the firing of Catherine Herridge, a respected senior investigative reporter who had been doggedly covering the Hunter Biden laptop story for the network. At the time, media insiders speculated that Herridge’s exit was linked to her reporting that President Biden may have kept evidence that he had foreign business dealings while in office.

Democrats are the most disarrayed they've been in recent memory after President Joe Biden's botched debate performance against former President Donald Trump set off a firestorm of internal chaos over a path forward for their party ahead of November's elections. After the mainstream media feigned sudden surprise that Biden has trouble demonstrating fitness to be commander-in-chief and Democrats called for their party's leader to withdraw from the race, now even the Biden campaign is "quietly" testing Vice President Kamala Harris' strength against Trump, according to The New York Times.

Dr. Jill Biden may have the Vogue cover – but Melania Trump just did her one better. Prior to hosting a hugely successful Republican fundraiser on Monday night — bringing in $1.4 million — Melania strode through Manhattan in a sleeveless, figure-hugging red Valentino sheath and six-inch Louboutin heels. She was alone. But she looked undeniably happy. For a woman who communicates primarily through clothing, Melania projected many things at once: Strength, defiance, fiery determination, and an allegiance to her husband's candidacy. This, despite not having been seen with the former president since their son, Barron, graduated from high school in May.

President Biden drew gasps Thursday evening when he referred to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky as “President Putin” — confusing him with the Russian tyrant whose forces have invaded Ukraine for the past two-and-a-half years. Biden quickly apologized for the embarrassing flub, saying it happened because he was “so focused on beating” the Kremlin strongman. However, the mistake is likely to accelerate calls among congressional Democrats for the 81-year-old to end his bid for a second term.

Joe Biden's "big boy" press conference is in the books, and it did not go well. As RedState reported, the president showed up with a pre-selected list of reporters to call on, a fact that he announced before taking questions. During the first question, the president then called Donald Trump his vice president, confusing his political opponent with Kamala Harris. From there, he's been rambling and filibustering, attempting to burn enough time so his staff can claim he held his own. The truth is, this was a disaster.

One unfortunate feature of national political campaigns over the last quarter-century has been the "base turnout" model. Rather than try to modulate the message and agenda to appeal to the center, both of the major parties have focused instead on energizing their base. Barack Obama may have been the exception in this century, about which I wrote in my book Going Red, but even that was only in his first presidential election. By 2012, Obama had to rely on his base and his considerable personal approval to skate by in a close re-election effort. Donald Trump also relied on a base-turnout model in both of his presidential elections, as did
