Heritage Foundation working on election
legal challenges in case Biden pulled

A major conservative activist group is preparing for legal battles in case the Democratic Party chooses to pull President Biden out of the running before or after he becomes the nominee. The Heritage Foundation, one of the United States' most prominent and well-connected conservative activist groups, is laying the groundwork in case a sudden switch-up in the Democratic roster sparks a legal war. "We are monitoring the calls from across the country for President Biden to step aside, either now or before the election, and have concluded that the process for substitution and withdrawal is very complicated," (Snip) "We will remain vigilant that appropriate election integrity procedures are followed."

None of what this article is about matters. Laws and rules do not apply to progressives. They'll whine and moan about how it isn't fair w/ their cheerleading MSM backing them up.

If democrats had a clue about playing by the rules this wouldn't be an issue but how can you expect the political party that stole the 2020 election through fraud follow any rules.

Just look at a statement made in another article (don't remember what article): "Other Biden aides, donors and senior Democrats were deeply shaken, as Trump and other crowing Republicans questioned his fitness for office,” Axios reported." Look at how everyone is trying to blame this on Donald Trump or Republicans. Crowing? All I keep hearing is that Biden should be replaced. The Democrats got themselves in this mess in 2020 and now they have to live with the consequences. As I have said many times, wisdom comes from God only and when a political party base is trying to take God out of society, wisdom goes out the window. . .

I agree with other posters that Democrats think the law is irrelevant and doesn’t apply to them. But there are other factors. One, any legal challenge will tie this up in litigation that will take weeks if not months to settle and could happen in multiple States. The Republicans will initiate this. Second, this will void the entire nomination process and put the decision into the hands of the DNC. That will not sit well with a lot of voters. Pass the popcorn.

Once again, we find ourselves surprised and therefore playing defense. You can believe that for 4 years the Dems have had a plan in place about what to do if Joe went off the rails and had to step aside. And for sure they would've long ago studied how to successfully navigate a very complicated legal playing field. And here we are at the last minute deciding how to "lay the groundwork." They are lightyears ahead of us.

Anybody who was not already prepared for this battle a year or two ago is too dimwitted to be involved in politics and that's being generous. Joe has been disabled and failing, tripping up stairs, unable to complete sentences and shaking hands with ghosts for a long time. Our enemies are prepared, why isn't America? The legal system in this country is compromised and broken, that route will not solve the problem.

Don't put anything past the democrats! When the polls come out this week they will do one of the following. 1. Invoke the 25th amendment, install Kamala and have her resign. 2. Kill him off. 3. Kill Trump off. My top 4 for replacement are, PIAPS, The Wookie, Buttboy and Brylcreem. Are we having fun yet? Get the popcorn ready!

Or, they could put someone in Biden's place and after the election, when Trump wins, the democrats can yell and scream it was an illegal election because Biden was the nominee. They knew how badly he would bomb but they went for it anyway. They had a reason.

"We will remain vigilant that appropriate election integrity procedures are followed." I would agree that dems will TRY to cheat. However, if Heritage is ready to jump down their throats, dems are going to get blocked, especially in Battleground states where they may not have judges in their pockets. Judges are also going to be wary of stepping in the mess while the public spotlight is on them. I love that the dems are being told, "We are watching and ready to fight.".

"...spark a legal war." Where has the Heritage Foundation been the last several years, dare I say, decades? The Dems have never cared about the rule of law. And Joe isn't got anywhere unless Jill agrees and she will not leave one second early her throne as First (skanky) Lady especially while Hunter is still facing another trial for taxes. They need Joe around to pardon Hunter.

The Palestinian Authority and other Arab governments have been reminded in recent days of the reasons why entering the Gaza Strip after the war would be risky, if not impossible... According to reports from the Gaza Strip, Hamas has murdered a number of Palestinians who it believed had indicated willingness to be part of a new government that would replace the terrorist group after the war. Hamas, apparently, does not want food or medication to reach the Palestinian population in the Gaza Strip, particularly not via Israeli border crossings. This situation is most likely caused by Hamas's desire to create a "famine" so it can blame Israel

All over the media in the past two days was Michelle Obama’s “exclusive” interview, in which she dished on the Biden family dysfunction. (Snip)To any of us who attended the First and Second ladies’ horror shows during Barack’s first and second terms, we saw, repeatedly, strain, and certainly no love lost between Michelle and Jill. Both are ambitious, to put it mildly, vain, and love money. Michelle’s abrupt garrulousness this week was not a coincidence. It is a clear sign that the faux indifference of Ms. Obama to “be” president of the United States may be about to evaporate. Last night saw the grim horror of a CNN hosted Presidential debate between Joe Biden and Donald Trump. In many ways such a spectacle is crueller than anything devised by the writers of The Boys or the directors of the Saw franchise of torture porn movies. Trump himself summed it up best: “I don’t know what he said in that last sentence, and I don’t think he does either.” (Snip) Trump had the honesty, alone in his billionaire class, to see that the experts and institutions and respectable management class were destroying his country, and he had the courage to keep advocating the things that work

Much has been made about Hamas being a genocidal, antisemitic terrorist organization — and rightfully so. Its publicly available charter is more than explicit about its genocidal, antisemitic aims — and we would all be wise to take Hamas at its word. Shrugging off these aspects of Hamas does not make them any less murderous or any more make-believe. But there is a second side to Hamas (and other terrorist organizations, both past and present) that gets less attention, yet is likely the oxygen which allows for its genocidal, antisemitic terrorism to remain alive and kicking. Hamas is ultimately a business — a mega-business. Like you and I go to work every day,

The Biden family are apparently questioning whether several top campaign aides should be fired after last week’s disastrous debate debacle — as some allies accused President Biden’s preparation team of “political malpractice.” Talk of axing the staffers unfolded in private as President Biden and his family hunkered down at Camp David over the weekend to discuss options amid mounting calls for the 81-year-old to give up his re-election campaign, sources told CNN. During the discussions, some members of the first family trashed the senior aides and called for them to be put on the chopping block —
