This is a remarkable statistic on illegal immigration that Bill Melugin is drawing attention to.
“NEW: Per multiple federal sources, ICE’s non-detained docket has exploded to 7.4 million cases, more than doubling the Trump years, and it’s on pace to hit 8 million by end of year. Each ICE officer now has to manage an average of 7,000 cases each, an impossible task given the agency’s current staffing levels. ICE currently only has roughly 6,000 deportation officers nationwide, and not all of them work on the non-detained docket.” (Image)“The non-detained docket means not in ICE detention.

A federal judge on Monday issued an order temporarily blocking the Biden administration’s new Title IX transgender rule in an additional six states, a rule that sparked controversy for changing the definition of “sex” to include “gender identity” and giving female-identifying male students access to girls’ lockers and bathrooms.
“There are two sexes: male and female,” begins the memorandum and opinion written by U.S. District Judge Danny C. Reeves,(snip)
The judge’s order grants a preliminary injunction blocking enforcement of the new rule in six states: Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, Tennessee, Virginia, and West Virginia. The rule has also been blocked in at least five other states.

If the Americans Mary Margaret Olohan writes about in Detrans weren’t victims of Democrats, their plight would be all over Hollywood, “60 Minutes,” PBS, and all the rest. There’s more than enough in the stories of young Americans reverting transgender body modifications and personas to attract entire teams of investigative reporters and creatives for years. It’s at least as big as the Big Tobacco lawsuits, the abortion industry, the Oxycontin scandals, and child sex trafficking.
This lack of curiosity in a deep and dramatic story says a lot about our culture, our institutions, our media, and our rulers.

Breaking news: Conservatives believe in marriage and babies more than liberals do.
This is not exactly a groundbreaking observation. But a recent Pew survey made news last week when it revealed that the political divide over having a family is not just real — it’s spectacular. It’s enormous. There is a full 40-point difference between the two sides on this issue!
“The percent of Trump supporters who say society is “better off if people make marriage and having children a priority is 59%, compared to 19% of Biden voters.” Just 19 percent!
That seems pretty bad. But what looks like a glitch to normal people is a key feature of anti-human

During a staged, scripted and rehearsed performance last night, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Joe Biden held a ceremony in Italy where the Biden administration signed a non-binding security agreement to protect Ukraine for 10 years.
The agreement is bilateral between Biden and Zelenskyy, and unilateral domestically in that congress doesn’t have to ratify it. Essentially, it’s just an “I will love you forever” promise between Zelenskyy and Biden intended to make the people with Ukraine flags in their profiles feel better. Beyond that, if President Trump wins the 2024 election, he can just ignore it (which he will).
You can read the agreement HERE – and the FACT SHEET

When I said in 2020 that House Republican representatives were generally focused on who gets the larger pieces of the cake during the office birthday party, many people just couldn’t fathom it.
With all the crisis, corruption, manipulation of government institutions, DOJ/FBI targeting and jaw-dropping weaponization that was stunningly evident, a large number of readers could not bring themselves to realize almost all House Republicans just didn’t care. Fortunately, a lot more awakening has happened in the past four years, and I think people are now more willing to accept the reality of just how bad it is in Republican ranks.

On June 12, the Massachusetts House is expected to vote on a bill that would allow mothers to exchange their children for money—that is, engage in baby-selling—under the name of “parentage equality.”
The “Parentage Equality” bill seeks to redefine parenthood. Parenthood is recognized on its natural biological basis, or in cases of adoption, justice for a child who has suffered loss by providing them with a safe, loving home. This bill redefines it on the basis of a “person’s intent to be a parent of a child.” In doing so, it strips all mention of mothers and fathers from parentage law, replacing these vital familial roles with gender-erased language.

The Supreme Court announced on June 12 that it will not consider whether to take up a Republican challenge to President Joe Biden’s controversial executive order that escalates government involvement in the voter registration and voter mobilization process until Sept. 30.
The presidential and congressional elections are scheduled for Nov. 5, so the Supreme Court will probably not take any action in time to affect the elections.
State lawmakers in Pennsylvania previously filed a petition for certiorari, or review, before judgment, in Keefer v. Biden.

The granular issue of this specific whistleblower story pertains to an FBI investigative employee who had his security clearance suspended after officials within the FBI discovered he attended a speech given by President Trump.
However, the bigger issue uncovered during a review of that punishment was written FBI instructions from within the sector of the FBI that investigative and issues security clearances. In essence, the FBI has a documented standard that political ideology determines who will get security clearances approved.
If a person supports President Trump, holds conservative views, or does anything that would identify themselves as not being in alignment with the leftist worldview, their security clearance application

A federal appeals court has revived a lawsuit challenging the COVID-19 vaccine mandate imposed by the Los Angeles school district, noting that the record doesn’t clearly show whether the vaccines prevent transmission of the illness.
The Health Freedom Defense Fund and other challengers to the mandate asserted that it violated the due process and equal protection rights of district employees, in part because the vaccines, unlike traditional vaccines, “are not effective” in preventing infection.
U.S. District Judge Dale Fischer disagreed, throwing out the case in 2022. She ruled that even if the COVID-19 vaccines don’t prevent infection, mandates can be imposed under a 1905 U.S. Supreme Court ruling

Ever since the U.S. election of 2016, and to a lesser extent the Brexit referendum months earlier, I have read a dozen or so government publications about the general subject of interference in the election process. What I find common amid each of those government reviews, is a general leftist theme that democracy must be protected from election outcomes.
I know that last sentence sounds a little goofy, but that’s because leftism is exactly that weird and fraught with hypocrisy.
Keep in mind, right now in Europe Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has banned any political opposition and cancelled elections in his country in order to “preserve democracy.”

Vivek Ramaswamy tweeted, “The Hunter Biden trial is a smokescreen. It’s designed to make the prosecution of Trump appear nonpartisan, yet the outcome of the Hunter trial doesn’t matter because Joe Biden can & will pardon him. The trial’s timing is no coincidence: right after the Trump conviction, but set to finish before Joe Biden leaves the White House.”

it is a smokescreen designed to legitimize that dog-and-pony show in New York.
But there is zero doubt that this fake trial will result in an exoneration for Hunter. Why do you think FJB declared he won’t pardon him? He won’t have to. The fix is in.
