The Gaza-based reporter who held three Israeli hostages captive at his home worked for a US non-profit accused of “providing material support to Hamas” where hard-left professor Noam Chomsky sits on the editorial board.
Abdallah Aljamal — killed by Israeli Defense Forces during the raid to free the hostages from his home in Nuseirat — was a regular correspondent for The Palestine Chronicle, an Olympia, Washington state-based news outlet established in 1999, with sister publications in France and Italy.
Aljamal’s articles for the website lamenting the evils of war continued until just before the June 8 raid — many seemingly written while Jewish hostages taken by Hamas

More than 171,000 women traveled out of state to have abortions in 2023, according to data from the pro-abortion Guttmacher Institute.
Guttmacher’s Monthly Abortion Provision Study project — which estimates the number of abortions between January of 2023 and March of 2024 in states without total abortion restrictions — found that out-of-state travel for abortion has more than doubled since 2019, when 73,100 women crossed state lines for abortions, USA Today reported of the study.

Howard Kurtz of Fox News Channel’s Media Buzz spent his Sunday morning segment highlighting the past week's “badly hyped story that involves flat-out lying” to U.S. Supreme Court justices. As the election looms in the background of every news story, outing conservative Justices seems to be a weekly segment in the progressive media. Yet Kurtz and a panelist spoke out against the hypocrisy of these actions, defending SCOTUS.
Following soundbites of Lauren Windsor and the deceptively recorded conversations she had with Justice Alito and Chief Justice Roberts and the liberal media’s overwrought reaction, Kurtz questioned: “Clay, with so many shows treating this as a scandal,

Attorney General Merrick Garland was voted in contempt of Congress last week by the U.S. House of Representatives after repeatedly refusing to hand over the audio interview conducted by former Special Counsel Robert Hur with President Joe Biden. The interview was part of Hur's investigation into Biden's mishandling of classified information when he left the U.S. Senate and vice presidency. (X)
The transcript of Hur's interview with Biden was released shortly after the Special Counsel investigation was completed and found the president is "too old" with a "bad memory" to be charged with felonies he committed - which are documented in the final report.

Clashes at The Washington Post (WaPo) between publisher Will Lewis and the company’s staff highlights a growing trend of activist-minded reporters butting heads with their business side throughout liberal media — and stark decline in these outlets’ performance show their current model is simply not working.
Outlets like WaPo, The New York Times and NPR have all experienced high-profile inner conflicts between management and underlings in recent months. These battles underscore a shift in media where reporters see themselves as the vanguard for democracy rather than objective fact-finders, former employees and media analysts told the Daily Caller.

The top intelligence agency in the United States is celebrating Pride Month by inviting agents to have the transgender flag painted on their nails, participate in a “Pride Ally Challenge,” and learn from a “non-binary,” “Filipinx” activist who has taught children about her non-binary identity, a document exclusively obtained by The Daily Wire reveals.
The intelligence document outlines nine different Pride Month activities held by the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI), a cabinet-level agency overseeing the rest of the IC, including the CIA, FBI, NSA, and intelligence components in each branch of the military.

Is Joe Biden okay?
Biden’s bizarre behavior continued on Monday after he was seen mumbling nonsense about “Joe jobs” at a California fundraiser.
Joe Biden on Monday hosted a bilateral meeting with Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg of NATO in the Oval Office.
After a quick greeting, reporters were booted from the Oval Office.
The reporters were shouting questions at Biden as he smirked. Out of nowhere, Biden mocked the reporters with a bizarre outburst.

People of a certain age will remember the name “Donald Segretti.” In the 1972 re-election campaign of President Richard Nixon, this youthful campaign aide made the phrase “dirty tricks” part of the American political lexicon. Segretti’s mischief included sending embarrassing letters under the names of Nixon’s political rivals. Although his dirty tricks had little or no effect on the election’s outcome, Segretti served four and a half months in prison.
With Segretti’s four and a half months as a baseline, the 51-plus dirty tricksters who conspired successfully to get Joe Biden elected president in 2020 would seem to deserve no less. Confident to a fault about

Nearly every time President Joe Biden appears in public these days, he fuels the chatter: Will aging Joe bow out of the 2024 race? Will he be forced to step aside?
In the latest incident, former president Barack Obama was seen on Saturday reaching for Biden's hand and seemingly guiding the 81-year-old Commander-in-Chief off the stage at a Los Angeles fundraiser.
And that came after Biden stood motionless and stared blankly for a full minute at a Juneteenth celebration at the White House on Monday, as others sang and danced around him. Eventually,

Looking purely at the recent polling, Donald Trump must be considered current favorite to win November's national election. We've explored how his felony convictions in New York City have not altered this overall trajectory, which has appeared to favor the challenger for months now. The oddsmakers and political forecasters seem to agree with this assessment, pegging the 45th president as likelier than not to become the 47th president in various published models. For what it's worth, I don't put a ton of stock into these models, especially with four-plus months left to go, but they're still worth mentioning. As of this writing, Trump leads Biden

Texas Gov. Greg Abbott on Saturday pointed to the election results in a Houston-area judicial race as evidence that “voter fraud is real.”
Last month, Judge David Peeples ordered a redo of the 2022 180th District Court election after more than 1,400 votes were determined to be invalid because voters lived outside the county, did not show a valid form of identification, or did not include the required signature, among other issues. The Democratic candidate, Judge DaSean Jones, narrowly defeated Republican Tami Pierce by 449 votes in 2022. According to The Hill, Jones, who was first elected in 2018, has held the seat since then, and is now

Robert Winnett is on deck to take over the top editorial position at the far-left Washington Post, and both the Post and the far-left New York Times are teaming up to ensure that doesn’t happen.
As Breitbart News reported on June 9, although the Washington Post has lost half its readers and closed out 2023 $77 million in the red, the failing outlet’s crybully staff doesn’t want anything to change. They’re angry CEO and publisher William Lewis fired executive editor Sally Buzbee, even though she had three years to right the ship. And they are really angry that White Man Robert Winnett will take her place.
