Author Pete Hegseth has released his fourth book, titled The War on Warriors: Behind the Betrayal of the Men Who Keep Us Free.
Hegseth pulls no punches in his examination of the cultural rot infesting the military. Our uniformed men and women are part of an institution that we thought was immune from compromising meritocracy, but no longer seems to be. [snip] Within weeks of taking office, Joe Biden's Defense Secretary, Lloyd Austin, issued a “Stand Down” order to the entire Department of Defense. A stand-down order is generally reserved for something objectively in need of repair or address

A group of alleged illegal aliens reportedly marched through New York City’s Times Square while calling for the abolishment of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).
Video footage shared online Thursday shows a sea of people walking through the area in the middle of the street. As the group marches, the chant of “Abolish ICE! Abolish ICE!” rings out before the crowd erupts in cheers:
Several individuals in front of the group are seen carrying large banners. One reads, “Arriba [Up with] Las Vegas Worker Center.” According to the center’s website, it is “a grassroots organization that unites day laborers, domestic workers, and other low-wage and migrant workers

Democrat voters in New Jersey elected deceased Representative Donald Payne Jr. in Tuesday’s primary.
As The Gateway Pundit previously reported, Representative Donald M. Payne Jr. (D-NJ) died on April 24th at 65.
Before his death, Payne spent the last two weeks in a coma due to having a heart attack and complications with diabetes.
Despite being dead, Payne won New Jersey’s 10th District Democratic primary with 99.9% of the vote. Payne was able to win the election because New Jersey’s deadline to run for Congress was in March, and Payne died in April.

Seventy-eight years ago today, America’s Greatest Generation and our allies ran headlong into a massive German gauntlet on the shores of France. D-Day. They were from Ohio, California, Iowa, and New York, everywhere. They were rich and poor and everything in between. They answered the ultimate call. Our freedom, and the freedom of those in many other nations, was challenged, and they stepped up, as President Reagan said during that memorable speech given at Pointe du Hoc commemorating the 40th anniversary of that day, because they “knew that some things are worth dying for.”

Federal prosecutors have charged 47 Somali Muslim immigrants in Minnesota for skimming $250 million from a coronavirus relief program meant to help feed needy children.
U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland’s office is calling the case the “largest pandemic relief fraud scheme charged to date.”
“Today’s indictments describe an egregious plot to steal public funds meant to care for children in need in what amounts to the largest pandemic relief fraud scheme yet,” said FBI Director Christopher Wray in a Department of Justice (DOJ) press release:

President Joe Biden said Monday he is “so proud” of Hunter Biden, “the man he is today,” as he goes on trial for gun violations.
Joe Biden previously said Hunter was the smartest man he knows amid reports of the Biden family raking in millions of dollars during and after Joe Biden’s vice presidency.
Special Counsel David Weiss charged Hunter in 2023 with one count of false statement in the purchase of a firearm, one count of possession of a firearm by a person who is an unlawful user of or addicted to a controlled substance, and one count of false statement related to information required

Two police officers were shot Monday morning by an illegal immigrant from Venezuela who was driving a scooter, according to NYPD officials.
FOX News reported the incident occurred “at the intersection of 89th Street and 23rd Avenue,” following an attempted traffic stop around 1:40 a.m.
The attempted stop resulted in the illegal jumping off his scooter and fleeing, then shooting at the officers as they gave chase.
FOX 5 New York noted “the officers were working to address a robbery pattern in the area involving mopeds and scooters.”
NYPD Commissioner Edward Caban said the suspect caught the officers’ attention by allegedly driving the wrong way “on 82nd Street near 23rd Avenue.”

Bombshell testimony from Dr. Anthony Fauci reveals he made up the six foot social distancing rule and other measures to 'protect' Americans from covid.
Republicans put out the full transcript of their sit down interview with Fauci from January just days before his highly-anticipated public testimony on Monday.
They plan to grill him about covid restrictions he put in place, that he admitted didn't do much to 'slow the spread' of the virus.
Kids' learning loss and social setbacks have been well documented, with one National Institute of Health (NIH) study calling the impact of mask use on students' literacy and learning 'very negative.'
And the impacts from social distancing

It's no secret that tensions have been running high between China and the West, including with the United States. The situation around Taiwan is an ongoing sore point, as well as China's aggressive expansion into the South China Sea. This week, military leaders from around the world met at the Shangri-La Defense Forum, held in Singapore, and American Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin met for an hour with his Chinese counterpart, Dong Jun. Austin came away from the meeting with a surprisingly confident tone, claiming that war with China is "neither imminent nor unavoidable." Dong Jun had less to say, and other nations didn't seem to be nearly as optimistic,

In a memo published on May 8th, Xavier Becerra, Biden’s Secretary of Health and Human Services, announced a new plan to address “racial inequities” in the organ transplant industry. The plan, which covers 90 of the 257 transplant hospitals in the U.S., proposes a points system to grade the included hospitals.
Under this points system, a hospital earns a point for any successful kidney transplant, but 1.2 points for a kidney transplant with a low-income recipient as part of a “health equity performance adjustment.”
While the system is ostensibly colorblind, the Biden administration’s announcement gives race as a motivating factor: Becerra stated that the policy represents the Biden administration

Edward Durr, the working class Republican truck driver from New Jersey who shocked the country by winning a state senate seat race in 2021, is now running for governor in the state.
Durr is a perfect example of what the country needs more of – average working people running for political office.
Considering how close the last race for governor was in New Jersey, a Republican candidate definitely has a shot. FOX News reports: Former New Jersey state Sen. Edward Durr, who in 2021 made national headlines for unseating longtime state Senate President Stephen Sweeney in an otherwise quixotic bid,
