Democratic Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee of Texas announced Sunday that she’s been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and warned her constituents that she’ll likely be “occasionally absent” from Congress while undergoing treatment.
“My doctors have confirmed my diagnosis of pancreatic cancer. I am currently undergoing treatment to battle this disease that impacts tens of thousands of Americans every year,” she said in a statement. “I am confident that my doctors have developed the best possible plan to target my specific disease. The road ahead will not be easy, but I stand in faith that God will strengthen me.”

I don't wish her anything but early retirement. She's done her best to tear the country down.

I don't wish cancer on anyone, but she has made her bundle in the Congress and anyone with good sense would consider their own condition and retire.

It's the only thing she has in common with Steve Jobs.
It's pretty much a death sentence... but so was being born.
If anyone can get Platinum plated healthcare options, it will be retired Congresspukes. Fortunately for her, the best Cancer Hospital in the world is MD Anderson Cancer Center, right where she resides in Houston, TX.

I cannot be as generous as some of the posters prior to this. I do wish her a recovery albeit a very long exceedingly painful one. She has been a low-life treasonous dirtbag her entire adult life and a pain for every American who actually likes the country. Damn her evil soul to the Hell she so richly deserves!

My SIL died from pancreatic cancer four years ago. She lived 4 months after the diagnosis. Her sister died from it last Fall.
There certainly are some nice people here at Lucianne wishing Jackson Lee well, I'm not one of them.

The usual course for pancreatic cancer is a few months ... as a doctor once told me, it's a go to a tropical island and don't worry about the Visa bill.
I do know one guy who lived 11 or 12 years after diagnosis. He was fortunate to catch it before symptoms exhibited, but the treatment nearly killed him.

Guess the expiration date clause in her contract with Satan has kicked in. Sympathy meter pegged at zero. Wonder just how many lives of her black constituents along with the rest of our country, have been ruined by her fanatical adherence to the communist death democrat destruction agenda of black Americans and our Country? No doubt this communist slug will depart this mortal coil a multi-millionaire aquired while on a government salary.

Survival rates for pancreatic cancer are very low. Lee has quite a battle on her hands. She should resign from the house and enjoy the rest of her time to the fullest. God Speed, ma'am.

I lost a younger brother to this wretched disease and wouldn't wish it onyworst enemy. Once you have been diagnosed with it, it's too late to stop it. Time to settle affairs and make yourself right with God.
I wish her peace and the love and comfort of family members in her final battle.

There is quite a bit of cancer in my family.
Including pancreatic...pretty much a death sentence.
Right now one of my daughters is going through chemo therapy for breast cancer.
I wasn't much of a praying person until she got her diagnosis.
Now I am.
And I will say a prayer for Ms. Jackson as well.
I hope she survives and then retires ...quickly and quietly.

I heard a commentary on taking God's name in vain. When declaring to be a believer in God and one's actions doing reflects God's character, love and mercy, then you have taken His name in vain. That is sobering for us to consider. At the Judgment we must hope Jesus does not say, "I do not know you." If I see her in Heaven, it will be by our Redemption by Jesus' Crucifixion.
