Once again, pro-Hamas protestors made their hatred and ignorance of Israel and America's support for the Jewish state public when they shut down traffic in West Los Angeles on Saturday along Wilshire Boulevard between Interstate 405 and Glendon Avenue outside the U.S. Federal Building. But they did not stop there. No, they decided that to get their hate-filled message across fully, they would proceed across the street to the Los Angeles National Cemetery and defile it. The left is almost always guilty of the very thing(s) they claim of others. This past week, after Colorado and Maine had attempted to remove former President Trumo from the ballots in their states, we’ve learned of newly unearthed efforts in Illinois and Massachusetts to do the same. The argument from the Biden camp was reflected in his fictitious and largely overreaching speech he gave at Valley Forge late in the week. A speech that his supporters termed inspiring and angry. A speech about the January 6 riot at the Capitol. A riot where the only person shot or killed was a former member of the air-force

The plight of broadcast TV prospects has been woeful for years already. Cord-cutting - while acknowledged and battled for some time - has actually accelerated in the past couple of years. The carriage dispute between Disney and Spectrum in the fall of 2023 reflected this, as the cable provider was not attempting to strongarm the entertainment giant; it simply could not afford any higher fees due to customer flight. With more people jumping to streaming, the four major networks have experienced a severe erosion, with the annual top series-- outside of sports programming--not able to average more than 10 million viewers per episode.

In a victory for the Justice Department and against commonsense, a federal appeals court ruled on Friday that merely being in the Capitol was enough to merit conviction for “disorderly” or “disruptive” conduct. Advertisement A three-judge panel of the DC Circuit Court of Appeals unanimously ruled that they were participants if people were aware of what was happening around them. “A lone hiker on a mountaintop can sing at the top of his lungs without disturbing a soul; a patron in a library cannot,” the panel of the D.C. A Republican official in Missouri has threatened to give President Joe Biden the same treatment that Democrats are giving to former President Donald Trump as the 2024 election draws closer. Democrats and anti-Trump Republicans have been engaged in a nationwide effort to remove Trump’s name from the ballot in as many states as possible using the 14th Amendment as their justification. On Friday, Missouri Secretary of State Jay Ashcroft wrote a post on X, formerly known as Twitter, referencing decisions made in Colorado and Maine to disqualify Trump from seeking office and indicating Republican officials in other states might do the same.

There's a fascinating new report from the Washington Post about how worried Barack Obama is about Joe Biden's chances of winning in 2024. According to the report, Obama's first concern about the campaign is about the structure, that Biden's chief advisers are in Washington, D.C., while his campaign is in Wilmington, Delaware. Obama thinks the top people should either be in Wilmington or that the people there should be empowered to make campaign decisions, because as it is now, according to the report, they have to go through D.C. Obama believes that doesn't make for an agile, quick response campaign. While Obama hasn't recommended anyone to help the Biden team,

A year ago I was confidently predicting that neither Joe Biden nor Donald Trump would be on the 2024 presidential election ballot. The Democrats would be crazy to nominate Biden, and the Republicans would be crazy to nominate Trump. And yet, with the caucus and primary season about to start, here we are. With no sign that the Democrats have a way to get Biden off the ballot, and with mainstream Republicans like Tom Emmer and Tom Cotton lining up behind Trump, we seem destined for an election that neither candidate can possibly win. In the Wall Street Journal, Barton Swaim writes about attending a Trump rally
