Joe Biden on Friday departed the White House en route to East Palestine, Ohio for a fly-by photo-op.
Biden begrudgingly visited East Palestine more than ONE YEAR after the toxic train crash. Biden, the lifelong scummy politician that he is, decided that since it’s election year he would shake some hands and act like he cares about the people of East Palestine.
On Feb. 3, 2023, just before 9 p.m. Eastern, a Norfolk Southern train derailed near East Palestine, Ohio, a small Midwestern town of about 4,800 people near the Ohio border with Pennsylvania.

It was interesting TV and the show is not over. As you know, there is only so much of the “Elderly Man with a Poor Memory” story that we can take. I guess that many of us want to wait until Special Counsel Robert Hur speaks publicly about just how bad the elderly man's memory is. So a little Nathan-does-Fani is a bit more interesting for now even if she disputes what he did to her.
According to Eddie Scarry, Fani had a plan: It wasn’t clear that Willis would be compelled to give testimony, but it’s no shock that it turned out this way when she volunteered.

Potentially damning text messages detailing when Georgia District Attorney Fani Willis’ affair with Nathan Wade began won’t be considered by a judge when he rules on whether the top prosecutor should be thrown off the Trump election fraud case — in a blow to former president’s case.
Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee said Friday text messages between Wade’s former divorce attorney Terrence Bradley and another defense lawyer couldn’t be admitted as evidence because Bradley spilled information that was covered under attorney-client privilege.

The White House says President Biden will not take a cognitive test — even after a damning report from his own Department of Justice highlighting his “poor memory” and voters expressing major concerns about his mental acuity.
“The president proves every day [in] how he operates and how he thinks — by dealing with world leaders, by making difficult decisions on behalf of the American people — whether it’s domestic or national security,” White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre claimed to reporters Monday, quoting from Biden’s physician Dr. Kevin O’Connor.

On Monday morning, Trump-supporting Senator J.D. Vance (R-OH) posted a shocking report at The American Conservative and on X about the Senate RINOs’ plot to take out Trump and destroy the MAGA movement.
According to Senator Vance, the Senate funding package that was passed on Super Bowl Sunday thanks to 18 RINO Senators, included language that makes it impossible for President Trump to terminate the Ukraine War funding into his second term.
Once again – Here are the 18 Senate RINOs who voted on this Ukraine funding package that is designed to destroy Trump and the MAGA movement.

Despite a few particularly rough few weeks in a row for President Joe Biden, he keeps presenting himself for events. This included on Monday, when the president met with King Abdullah II of Jordan. It was problematic from the start. The White House transcript's been released, and from his first introductions, the president was fumbling over his lines. We're not talking about his stutter, but rather how the transcript had to correct Biden when he referred to Queen Rania as "Qree--Queen Riana." This is despite how he said he's known her and her husband "for many years." But, he also called for "the Crown Prince Hussein,

New York City could soon ban Tide PODS and other laundry-detergent packs under the latest “green” push from lawmakers.
The “Pods are Plastic Bill,” introduced by City Councilman James Gennaro last week, would make it illegal to sell any pods and laundry sheets if they’re made with polyvinyl alcohol.
Fines for selling the pods would start at $400, double for a second violation and top off at $1,200 for flouting the rules more than twice, if the bill becomes law. The bill would also require education and outreach to businesses on the ban for the first year.
The law wouldn’t take effect until Jan. 1, 2026, if passed.

As voters head to the special election for New York’s 3rd Congressional District, remember: A vote for Mazi Pilip is a vote for sanity.
And the nation needs sanity right now, so voters in Queens and Nassau must show up at the polls for her despite weather that’s predicted to be awful.
The GOP aspirant to George Santos’ old seat is running neck and neck with its former holder, Democrat Tom Suozzi.
She closed out last week with a major array of endorsement from key unions — including three big NYPD outfits and the Border Patrol agents’ union.

The most deadly witness in the Biden impeachment inquiry is due to testify Tuesday in a closed-door interview on Capitol Hill.
Tony Bobulinski was a business partner of the president’s son Hunter and brother in their last tumultuous Chinese deal that began while Joe Biden was vice president in 2015 and ended in tears in 2017.
Along the way, Hunter and his associates took in $9 million from CEFC, the Chinese energy company with links to the Chinese military.

Super Bowl LVIII is over, with the Kansas City Chiefs beating the San Francisco 49ers 25-22. The Chiefs are the first back-to-back champion in 20 years. President Joe Biden again turned down a chance to be interviewed. It would have been on CBS, one of the few networks the president still likes. For many, it was seen as a blown opportunity to get in front of the largest television audience of the year to make his case for re-election. We know about Biden’s memory issues, which was a primary reason his aides opted to skip the media hit.

The CDC has released data which shows that in September of last year there were more migrant encounters at the southern border than births in the United States.
“They’re quite literally replacing us. This is a feature, not a bug,” Libs of TikTok wrote in posting the CDC data on X on Jan. 31.
Did the CDC reveal that the “Great Replacement Theory” isn’t just some wild conspiracy? Revolver News noted: “The latest CDC figures show a clear and disturbing picture: Biden’s administration is effectively swapping us out with a surge of illegals, whom they’re grooming to be their new voting bloc.”

By not directly targeting the source of support and funding, the Iranian regime, the administration may inadvertently be treating the symptoms rather than the root cause of the problem, and, instead of decreasing Iranian aggression, escalating it.
One viable approach involves focusing on the economic lifelines that sustain the ruling ayatollahs. These lifelines include immediately restoring the "maximum pressure" sanctions the US had imposed earlier, targeting key components of Iran's infrastructure -- such as oil facilities, which serve as vital resources and revenue streams – and banning anyone who trades with them from trading with the US.
