After last Tuesday’s dismal GOP election results, everyone is looking for a Republican to blame. The usual target is not always the right one, as Vivek Ramaswamy’s crusade against RNC Chair Ronna McDaniel shows.[Snip]Republicans, McDaniel argued, need to be focused on taking on Joe Biden--not each other. And one way they’ve really fallen short is on core issues, like abortion.[Snip]Let’s talk about pregnancy [care] centers. Let’s talk about getting rid of cumbersome regulation to adoption. But let’s also put the Democrats on the defense because they stand for late-term abortion. They stand for gender-selection abortion.”

Voters in Santa Ana, California, a deep-blue city in Orange County, will soon decide whether or not to give local voting rights to potentially tens of thousands of foreign nationals, including illegal aliens.
Next year, during the November 5 election, voters in Santa Ana will be asked whether or not they want to approve giving the right to vote in municipal elections to foreign nationals, including illegal aliens, which would then go into effect by 2028. According to the latest estimates, foreign nationals are nearly 25 percent of the resident population in Santa Ana. Potentially 60,000 illegal aliens reside in the city, parts of which voted 81 percent for

Former troops are suing the U.S. government for lost pay and benefits due to the Biden administration’s military vaccine mandate, one of the lawyers who successfully brought down the Anthrax vaccine told Breitbart News.
Attorney Dale Saran, a retired Marine, and fellow attorneys Andy Meyer and Brandon Johnson are representing the former troops in three separate lawsuits they plan to turn into a class action lawsuit on behalf of all service members who were either kicked out or illegally ordered to stop drilling, resulting in loss of pay.
Saran said the amount is in the “billions.”

It’s a self-protective aspect of human nature to put aside painful memories, and that’s what most of us have done about the murderous riots in the summer of 2020 that were sparked by George Floyd’s death in Minneapolis.
But for the people of that fallen city, and for all the cops across the nation who were abandoned and betrayed by their feckless political leaders, the pain still burns bright.
It ought to burn for the rest of us, too, because we still are suffering the consequences, in the catastrophic breakdown of law and order nationwide. We will continue to do so while the lies about George Floyd’s death are left to fester.

U.S. Court of appeals court judges asked a series of probing questions about a federal judge's 'gag' order that would prevent him from 'targeting' potential witnesses in the January 6 case.
The judges picked apart Judge Tanya Chutkan's order, which prohibits Trump from targeting court personnel and witnesses, following his repeated attacks on Special Counsel Jack Smith. But they also acknowledged the difficulty of managing the case, asking whether the former president could use social media to in effect tell a witness 'don’t act treasonously – don’t cooperate' as a form of intimidation.
Trump's lawyer raised repeated concerns that the order would infringe

Many on X are now talking about a disturbing comment that Rep. Dan Goldman (D-NY) made about former President Donald Trump.
Our friends at our sister site, Twitchy, picked up the comment. Goldman was on MSNBC with Jen Psaki. They were talking about an interview former President Donald Trump had with ABC's Jonathan Karl. In that interview, Trump told Karl that he had wanted to go up to the Capitol during the Jan. 6 riot to try to stop what was going on. But Trump said the Secret Service discouraged that. The Biden Administration is a total joke.
White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre on Monday actually took time to promote “transgender day of remembrance” – a completely made up thing in order to somehow make transgender people martyrs and heroes.
They are not.
“Today, on Transgender Day of Remembrance, we grieve the 26 transgender Americans who were killed this year. Year after year, we see that these victims are disproportionately black women and women of color,” Karine Jean-Pierre said.

It can be said there are degrees of hackery when it comes to the journalism industry. The standard Level 1 example is basic bias and partisanship in the reporting. Level 2 can be said to have a more activist role, avoiding particular details or working hard to slant undeniable evidence. This type is seen frequently at Politifact, to give an example. The lowest has been Level 3, where a journalist delivers information they know to be incorrect but forges ahead with their agenda as that is far more important than the actual facts. (This has been on display in rising numbers during the Israeli-Hamas conflict.)

A federal appeals court issued a ruling Monday that could gut the Voting Rights Act, saying only the federal government — not private citizens or civil rights groups — is allowed to sue under a crucial section of the landmark civil rights law.
The decision out of the 8th Circuit will almost certainly be appealed to the Supreme Court. But should it stand, it would mark a dramatic rollback of the enforcement of the law that led to increased minority representation in American politics. The appellate court ruled that there is no “private right of action” for Section 2 of the law — which prohibits voting practices that

In October, attorneys representing Chauvin appealed to the Supreme Court to review his case. This appeal was based on the refusal of a Minnesota trial court to change the venue of the trial and sequester the jury.

WASHINGTON — Lawyers for Donald Trump and the Justice Department squared off Monday in a federal appeals court, where the former president’s lawyers are argued before a panel of skeptical judges that his constitutional rights have been violated by a gag order barring him from disparaging witnesses and prosecutors in the election interference case.
The judges did not immediately issue a decision, but questioned Trump's lawyer on his contention that his speech can't be curtailed at all and grilled the government's attorney over provisions in the gag order that bar Trump from criticizing special counsel Jack Smith and his staff and high-profile possible witnesses in the case.

The once prestigious Lancet medical journal has made the astounding claim the year 2023 saw “the highest global temperatures in over 100,000 years,” even though temperature data collection only began in the 19th century.
According to NASA, three of the world’s most complete temperature tracking records, maintained by NASA’s Goddard Institute for Space Studies, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s National Climatic Data Center, and the U.K. Meteorological Office’s Hadley Centre, began in 1880.
Although sporadic attempts to measure temperature were made, “there are too few data before 1880 for scientists to estimate average temperatures for the entire planet,” NASA notes.

President Joe Biden’s border chief is now ordering border guards not to presume the correct sex and corresponding pronouns for illegal migrants.
“We just obtained [Customs and Border Patrol agency] documents directing personnel to only use woke language when encountering individuals invading the United States,” a tweet from the Oversight Project at the Heritage Foundation reads.
The order from border chief Alejandro Mayorkas directs border guards to ignore the biological distinction between the two complementary sexes. Instead, officers must submit to the political claim that each person’s “gender” is more important than their biological sex and so must allow people to sneak across the male/female border under the disguise of “transgender” pronouns.

The rationale behind the original initiative, called Measure 110, was that decriminalizing hard drugs would make access to treatment easier for addicts, according to The Telegraph.
Currently, support for Measure 110 in Oregon, the first state to take the step of decriminalizing hard drugs, appears to be waning, according to the outlet. Whereas Measure 110 was backed by 58 percent of voters in November 2020, a recent Emerson College poll revealed that public opinion has swung drastically, with 56 percent of voters now saying they would back a repeal,

It is an understatement when I say that I think Biden is a failed president, but I give him credit for being better on the Israel-Hamas war than I thought he would be. Yes, he has been pressuring Israel to stop short of where it should, but this is mostly a result of the Administration’s judgment that US interests diverge from Israel’s regarding the war.
I am not sure that any other US president, other than Trump, would have provided stronger support for Israel.

There are so many murmurs about replacing Joe Biden as the 2024 Democratic presidential nominee that a more central question can get sidelined: what are his chances of winning a second term if he is not removed from the ballot? Democrats are in a singularly unenviable position, eyeing a troubled nation led by a president in obvious decline, with no alternative nominee in sight. Everyone is free to mull some scheme featuring Gavin Newsom riding to the rescue, or the spectacle of Michelle Obama lowered from the rafters at the Chicago convention to accept the anointing of delegates filled with joyful relief.

A public opinion poll published on November 14 showed that 75% of Palestinians support Hamas's murder spree, including rape and beheadings, as opposed to only 13% who disapprove.
Surprisingly, the poll found that support for Hamas and its "military operation" is even higher in the West Bank, where Abbas's Palestinian Authority is based, than in the Gaza Strip.
If such a large number of Palestinians in the West Bank support the murder of Israelis and Hamas, it is safe to assume that a new "Palestinian state" would be controlled by Hamas or another genocidal, antisemitic terror group.

Throughout the real-life science fiction movie called COVID, we have been told to “follow the science.”
The face of COVID, Dr. Anthony Fauci, condescendingly proclaimed, “I am the science.” It comes to light now that most of his assertions turned out to be incorrect.
Gender and sex are the latest battlefront in the realm of “science,” and this, too, is turning out to defy actual science and common sense. But as both COVID and gender are now political and advocacy issues rather than the science once taught in biology class, we are no longer following science and instead engaging in magical thinking.

But, due to a confluence of factors, it is hard to imagine America bouncing back. There are four problems that, if not reversed soon, will lead to collapse, and America will fall.
