A satellite image of Bucha in Ukraine appears to show bodies lying in the street nearly two weeks before the Russians left the town.
The image from 19 March, first reported by the New York Times and confirmed by the BBC, directly contradicts Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov's claim that footage of bodies in Bucha, that has emerged in recent days, was "staged" after the Russians withdrew.
The satellite image shows objects that appear to be bodies in the exact locations where they were subsequently found by Ukrainian forces when they regained control of the town north of Kyiv.
Yes staged. Go to 22:40 and see for yourself.

... and we're off! The flat earthers strike again.
The BBC article specifically speaks to debunking the Russian propaganda, but I suppose its too much to expect the "Root'n for Putin" chorus to actually read an opposing view.
I don't know what is worse. That these people are shills for the Russians, or that they actually believe the bovine excrement they pump out. Because, what's more reasonable? That the entirety of U.S. media, plus almost all the free media in Europe and Asia, are in on the "Big Lie", or that a few "dead-enders" continue to push discredited Russian propaganda long after its sell-by date.
Pathetic.

Up to two weeks? Presumably cold weather stopped decay and bloating, and the Russians must have killed off all the beasts of the land and air. No predatory activity by the looks of it.
Compare to reports inside Mariupol where the locals were burying the dead to prevent disease.
Something stinks and it ain't the bodies.

…and we’re off! The Zealous for Zalenskyy and the Ukrainian Utopia strike again. One has to ask why so desperate to get people to buy the narrative? If you want to believe it, you go ahead. What possible difference could it make to you whether or not someone believes what you believe? Are you that insecure in your beliefs that you must have absolute adherence by every single person and mock those who don’t? Good Lord, get a life.

The BBC is a bad guy publication. Most of the world's bad guys are behind this Zelinsky puke. Putin is no great shakes either. Certainly not a good guy. Butt this isn't America's war. Ukraine is a piggy bank and lab experiment for the deep state and globalists. I can understand anybody not liking Putin. But that doesn't mean rooting for the world's master criminal class is righteous and moral.

Democracy (or a Republic) functions by reasoned debate, starting from an agreed upon set of principles, and common foundation of facts. Daniel Patrick Moynihan is reported to have said, "Everyone is entitled to his own opinion, but not to his own facts." We can debate interpretations, or debate courses of actions, but when people start to claim that 2+2=5, then things start to go off the rails.
This country is in the middle of a "culture war" over what is the definition of a "woman". I happen to agree with Abraham Lincoln that a dog has four legs even if you call his tail a leg, because "Saying that a tail is a leg doesn't make it a leg." So, I happen to think that facts matter, and there are objective facts, and that debate should start from those objective facts.
If people want to agree with Putin's position that the Ukrainians or NATO or Joe Biden started this war, that's an opinion, and it can be debated. If they want to say that the dead bodies lining the streets of Bucha are figments of imagination, or some type of Ukrainian drama production, then I'll treat them the same as I would Holocaust deniers.
People who are so wrapped up in their ideology as to be blind to all reason should be mocked. They are no different from some schizophrenic wandering around, muttering about aliens.
I am tired of people telling me that up is down, or black is white, and that I should just suck it up and accept it. So, I fight back. I correct them. I do it when people tell me gas prices are going down, or that men are women, or that dead bodies are just actors. Because they are all full of B.S., and I call them on it.
If people find that the label fits, then by all means, wear it. But stop pushing it on me.

Thank you to the analysts who did this tedious work and thank you to OP. The analysis shows what the questions are that Rootin for Putin should try to answer next. Speaking of which the bodies discovered on departure of the Russian Army apparently did stink, so I hope that helps. In some cases were so far decomposed relatives could not identify them, so there's something to reflect on. Not sure why Rootin for Putin thinks four million people have departed the country, nor how it could happen that Poland, Germany, UK, France and Turkey who amiably disagree about most things and all have EXCELLENT spy systems agree on this. Maxar Technologies is apparently in on it. Um the BBC and Daily Mail UK are very different organizations and different in turn from Agence France Presse and they agree on this. Three prime ministers from ex-Soviet countries have visited, and they are apparently in on this conspiracy too. Belarussian train unions apparently not happy with Putin, that's weird, Three hours of CCTV from a package service in Belarus records Russian soldiers sending packages home. Wonder where they got that stuff.

And where have the Ukrainian/Zelensky boosters been for the last eight years while those in the Donbas have been murdered by the Neonazis (supported by NATOstan and led by the US State department and V Nuland - hater of all things Russian.)
This is who you are siding with:

So, any guess how hard it would be to doctor this grainy "satellite image" to add some indistinct shapes where bodies are supposed to be? My four year old granddaughter could do it. Supposedly it came from Maxar (https://www.maxar.com/). They claim to provide "...the world's most advanced commercial imaging satellite constellation." And these fuzzy images, worse than most Google Earth images, are the best they can come up with? Very suspicious.

In fact, I just tried it. Go to Google Earth Pro and zoom in on the beach at Key West, for example. You can quite clearly see that the people sun bathing are actually people (or, I guess, mannequins) and you can even tell they are (generally) wearing swim suits. That's the level of satellite technology available to us ordinary schmucks on the internet. Yet, "the world's most advanced" satellite technology can only come up with dark blobs that could easily be pot holes if we weren't told otherwise.

Russia’s UN rep today:
“Let me address the developments in chronological order.
On March 30, following another round of talks in Ankara, Russian Ministry of Defense announced the withdrawal of forces from a number of regions, including Bucha.
That fact was confirmed the next day by the mayor of Bucha. In his video of March 31 Anatoly Fedoruk presented the withdrawal of Russian forces as a victory of Ukrainian Army. Interestingly, he had not mentioned any mass atrocities, dead bodies, killings, graves or anything like that. It is hard to imagine that a city mayor can “forget” to address such a devastating scenario.
Let me show you the video posted by Mr. Fedoruk. As you will see, he looks happy and smiling. It is hard to imagine that he is acting like this against the backdrop of “massacre” in the streets. That’s in Ukrainian, but as I said, he is very happy that Russian troops withdrew, which he regards as a great victory of the Ukrainian army. He makes no mentioning of any atrocities in the city.
This video was posted on “Ukraine 24” channel on the 1st of April. I would like to stress – nothing about “atrocities” was revealed on April 1st.
Let me also show a photo of Zhan Belenyuk, a deputy of the Ukrainian parliament, who, according to his reports in social media, visited Bucha after regaining control by the Ukrainian government. As you can see, he is also smiling. He is joyful. In his reports he mentions no dead bodies. Not a single reference to “atrocities”.
On April 2nd the National Guard of Ukraine posted on official resources a video from Bucha. Let me show you the footage. The video captures members of Ukrainian armed forces entering Bucha. The footage shows no dead bodies in the streets. The Ukrainian military interviewed several people in different locations across the town. None of them said a word about any “massacre” or mass killings. Camera also captures background behind these people, with no dead bodies in sight.
To sum it up, there are no reports of atrocities which are accredited to the Russian military in Bucha, which happened before the Ukrainian army took control of the town. Four days after the Russian military left the city of Bucha there was not a single sign of any “atrocities”. I repeat – not a single reference to it, anywhere.
The infamous video depicting bodies on the city roads only appeared on April 3rd. It is full of discrepancies and blatant lies. According to its authors, the bodies were lying on the streets for at least 4 days by the time the video was filmed. However, the bodies are not stiffened. How is that possible? It is against the law of biology. The bodies do not have signs of decomposition known to forensic experts, including cadaver stains. The wounds contain no blood.”…….

they're playing this out for time so, they think the people will get tired of it and want to move on, totally heartless and evil, especially if the United (not really) Nations get involved then it really hit the round file so fast it will be ancient history before the ink dries

#2, thanks for being the rare voice of reason here. The flat earthers, the ones who say steel can't melt, so on and so forth, come out of the swamp to deny, deny, deny, thereby --- whether they like it or not --- supporting Putin and his killers.

#11, good job carrying the Kremlin's water in defending the indefensible. What's next? Commentary from ISIS, saying their victims beheaded themselves?
