And then there were 16.
While much of the nation has been riveted by the opening rounds of the NCAA Men’s basketball tournament, the lunatics on the political left have been battling it out in their own game of March Madness. After some tough, bruising contests of left-wing mental illness, the “Bitter 16” have survived to fight it out for the national crazy crown. Which one of these ranting, hypocritical libs will emerge the ultimate victor?

In a series of posts to X, the CBL explained that their order for the green mugs bearing their name and a Statue of Liberty logo was rejected by the company,

George Washington University law professor Jonathan Turley said Thursday that President Donald Trump’s administration is “likely to win” cases against judges attempting to block their deportation efforts.
Trump invoked the Alien Enemies Act of 1798 in mid-March to deport over 200 members of Tren de Agua, a Venezuelan criminal gang, which has come under legal scrutiny. After an appeals court upheld a federal judge’s ruling to return the deportees, Turley said the Supreme Court will likely object to trial judges’ blockage of the president’s actions.
“I think there’s a legitimate complaint here. It’s like having a car where every passenger is pressing the emergency break,” Turley said.

According to NBC News, a DHS worker included a Washington-based reporter in an email chain detailing an upcoming ICE raids back in January.
The email did not include classified material, however, the information was still considered sensitive because it detailed time, location and target of raids.
The DHS worker called the reporter and told them that they were ‘accidentally’ added to the email. The reporter promised to disclose any information. The raids were conducted without incident, NBC News reported.

America's best-ever "border czar" has a lot of victories to celebrate, especially recently. As my colleague Jennifer O'Connell reported on Thursday, FBI director Kash Patel announced that a DOJ-FBI-CBP task force nabbed a major MS-13 leader.
This is all thanks to a tighter and more focused immigration policy from a Trump administration that isn't playing around with illegal migration and the crime it brings with it.

As Robert F. Kennedy Jr. settles into his role as President Donald Trump’s health secretary, one major promise he’s made is still on table - banning pharmaceutical ads.
Kennedy has been a longtime critic of the promotion of drugs on TV, and others high up in Trump’s cabinet and advisorship have agreed in recent months.
Drug advertising on TV
The backstory:
Up until the mid-1980s, pharmaceutical companies gave information about their products only to doctors and pharmacists. Later that decade, some drug companies began giving the general public more direct access to the information, according to the FDA, leading to the advertising that we see on TV today.

These initiatives may be well-intentioned, but they ignore a hard truth. Police departments play a critical role in controlling violent crime and should be part of the public-health approach. Advocates of such an approach to crime tend to be reluctant to engage the

These establishment senators voiced their frustrations “privately” to the Jewish Insider. According to the outlet, they pointed to the remarks Vance made in the leaked Signal group chat via The Atlantic, taking issue with the vice president’s “suggestion … that the Houthis are more of a problem for Europe than the United States and his voicing of doubt that it was

How many times have we heard leftists clamor that Donald Trump won’t leave the White House when his term is up? How often do we hear Democrats cry that Republicans won’t accept the outcome of elections when they lose?
The reality is the opposite. The vast majority of the left acts as if it can’t accept that Donald Trump won the 2024 election. Activist judges try to thwart his administration’s efforts at every turn, and Democrats continue the rhetoric that somehow Trump is an illegitimate president despite the GOP’s margin of victory.
Now we’re seeing this behavior pop up in the United States Commission on Civil Rights.

A millionaire fitness coach has been identified as the woman who keyed a Tesla during a parking lot confrontation.
Kamelia Enzler, 55, is facing charges of Malicious Mischief in the Third Degree after she was filmed vandalizing another driver's Tesla Model Y on March 20 at the Issaquah Commons shopping center, according to police.
Viral footage of the incident shared by reporter Jonathan Choe shows the woman, dressed in a grey sweater, angrily exiting her Toyota 4Runner and yelling a few words.
She then walked up to the Tesla, keyed it, and calmly got back inside her own car.
The keying came amid a spate of recent attacks on Teslas

I'm just getting around to this result from Tuesday night, but it's important enough to highlight. Democrats won a pair of significant special legislative elections in Pennsylvania this week. In one -- as was widely expected -- control of a deep blue seat was maintained by the party, giving Democrats a single-vote lower chamber majority in Harrisburg, 102-101. Per CBS News, "Democrats have held the Pennsylvania House majority since 2023, after they flipped 12 seats, the minimum needed to reclaim control after more than a decade. Since then, Democrats have maintained their majority by winning a series of special elections." Keystone State Republicans

WASHINGTON — Environmental Protection Agency administrator Lee Zeldin said Thursday that he has axed a $2 billion grant to a group linked to Stacey Abrams, the two-time Democratic candidate for governor of Georgia.
“I have terminated the $2 BILLION Biden EPA grant to this Stacey Abrams-linked NGO,” the former Long Island congressman tweeted.
“The DOJ/FBI are investigating and the money has been frozen. It is insane that the Biden Admin would give $2B to an organization thZeldin was responding to a Thursday morning Truth Social post by President Trump, who has made Abrams the face of efforts to claw back Biden-era environmental and social-justice funds as part of Elon Musk’s

US authorities arrested an illegal migrant and top MS-13 leader for the East Coast — and one of the top three in the entire country — in a major Trump-backed operation in Virginia that nabbed more than 340 criminals in the past month alone, Attorney General Pam Bondi announced.
“This is what happens when you let good cops be cops,” FBI Director Kash Patel told a press conference, following the arrest of the suspected terrorist, a 24-year-old illegal immigrant from El Salvador, in a raid near Dale City, Prince William County on Thursday morning.
Few details have yet been given about the joint operation, which involved the FBI, ICE, ATF,

The U.S. suspended all payments to the globalist World Trade Organization (WTO) on Thursday as the Trump administration strives to reduce government spending.
The move is part of the new administration’s realignment of U.S. taxpayer dollars being handed to institutions it sees as at odds with his “America First” economic policies. It plans to quit some, such as the World Health Organization, and has cut adrift others as part of a broad review of federal spending, Reuters reports. (X)
The Geneva-based trade watchdog had an annual budget of $232.06 million in 2024.

The Wall Street Journal editorial board is continuing its attempts to undermine President Donald Trump and his administration, often through thinly-veiled “advice” and “suggestions” to the president to obscure their contempt for his America First agenda.
The paper’s decade-long crusade against Trump reveals a view of geopolitics through the clouded lens of a bygone era, when the Journal possessed more influence and its globalist worldview was shared by the elites who dominated Republican Party politics. In fighting imagined threats from foes long receded from the global stage, the paper also has advocated for the Republican Party to embrace its former smaller, more manageable coalition

I attended an “Anti-Trump Walkout” at My School. The things I witnessed were SHOCKING….
Amidst the wave of liberal outrage over President Trump’s swift action in securing our border, putting America first, and cutting government waste, students across far-left Los Angeles County staged walkouts. My school was no exception to this trend. The protest initially faced skepticism but ultimately drew hundreds of students, school staff, and city officials. The demonstrators, many carrying openly Communist and Marxist banners, were warmly welcomed by city staff.

Infamous CNN hack Kaitlan Collins was humiliated on her show Wednesday night after inviting Secretary of Veterans Affairs Doug Collins (no relation) in an effort to pit him against the rest of the Trump Administration on the signal chat incident.
As The Gateway Pundit reported, Jeffrey Goldberg, the Trump-hating editor-in-chief of The Atlantic, claimed he was “accidentally” added to a secure Signal group chat by National Security Adviser Mike Waltz where top Trump administration officials discussed sensitive military operations against Iran-backed Houthi terrorists in Yemen and called them “war plans.”
But instead of leaving the conversation, Goldberg took screenshots

The practice by which Our Honest Media™ keeps certain events from the peasantry to assure that we don’t get confused goes back a long way. In the mid-70s, something amounting to a civil war occurred among California leftists featuring kidnappings, purge trials, and executions carried out in lonely spots in the mountains. This went completely unmentioned in the media of the day, due largely, no doubt, to the participation of members of the protected classes (A number of them were ex-Black Panthers).

Pennsylvania Sens. Dave McCormick and John Fetterman will host their first joint public event in Pittsburgh this Saturday, but not everyone is pleased with the Democratic senator's bipartisan show of support for his Republican colleagues' new book. An activist group, Mondays Without McCormick Pittsburgh, is planning a protest with Indivisible Pittsburgh this Saturday, urging both Pennsylvania senators to listen to their concerned constituents and host a town hall. Meanwhile, Fetterman's 2022 Democratic primary contender, former Rep. Conor Lamb, piled on the accusations against the Democratic senator in an interview with The Philadelphia Inquirer, questioning where Fetterman has been during President

Megyn Kelly and more celebrated President Donald Trump’s comments about how transgenders can never be women, no matter what they do.
Speaking at the Women’s History Month event in the East Room of the White House, Trump pointed to the Executive Order he signed that the United States will only recognize two genders.
“For four long years, we had an administration that tried to abolish the very concept of womanhood and replace it with radical gender ideology … Under the Trump administration, we’re ending the Marxist war on women,” Trump said. “No matter how many surgeries you have, or chemicals you inject,

US President Donald Trump's homeland security chief on Wednesday visited the mega-prison in El Salvador where hundreds of Venezuelan migrants have been deported under contested legal grounds. Standing in front of a cell of inmates who were stripped to the waist, revealing their tattooed torsos, Kristi Noem recorded a message telling others that they risked the same consequences.
"Do not come to our country illegally. You will be removed and you will be prosecuted," she said at the maximum security Terrorism Confinement Center (CECOT).
"Know that this facility is one of the tools in our toolkit that we will use if you commit crimes against the American people."

Despite the unrelenting attacks on President Trump--or, perhaps, among Republicans BECAUSE of those attacks from the Pravda Media and the Democrats--President Trump's approval rating is bouncing back.
According to YouGov, the swing has been pretty dramatic--a 7-point swing in approval since their last poll.//snip//There IS one group that is getting increasingly angry and desperate, and that is left-wing Democrats who are watching both their financial lifeline and their electoral prospects crumble. They are angry, mobilized, and ready to do anything to stop the bleeding and inflict damage on the Republican Party in general and Trump in particular.

A really heartrending article in Bloomberg this afternoon caught my attention.
My goodness - a cri de coeur of such plaintive appeal and bereavement that I had to think twice about sharing it with you, tender-hearted friends, knowing what it might do to your gentle selves.
But here's the headline anyway, as I know you're made of sterner stuff than your average bear and can handle the cruelties of the world.

A Biden-appointed US attorney who resigned on President Donald Trump's first day in office had suffered from epilepsy before she died in her sleep, her family revealed.
Jessica Aber, 43, once the top prosecutor in the Eastern District of Virginia, was found unresponsive in her Washington DC home on Saturday. [Snip] ...Aber's family has told ABC News she suffered from epilepsy and epileptic seizures for many years. Such a condition could cause fatal asphyxiation or heart problems, according to the Centers for Disease Control. Fatal epileptic seizures, known as Sudden Unexpected Death in Epilepsy, are rare, but are considered a major risk for people who suffer from the disorder.
