During his CNN appearances this week, Scott Jennings has certainly weighed in on "Signalgate," given how much Democrats and their allies in the media insist on harping on it so much. Conversations about "accountability" took place, and from the Biden-Harris administration's own top aides, which Jennings was having none of. As fill-in host John Berman asked if an inspector general review over Signalgate would be enough, Neera Tanden, who served as a senior advisor and staff secretary to then-President Joe Biden, insisted it was "absolutely not" enough.

Not surprisingly, Democrats who repeatedly told us amid the lawfare campaign they waged against Donald Trump that "no one is above the law" seem not to hold the same view when it comes to the suspected domestic terrorists who are firing gunshots, committing arson, and planting incendiary devices at Tesla dealerships and charging stations across the country. As we reported Thursday, Rep. Dan Goldman (D-NY) is Exhibit A on this behavior, bizarrely proclaiming on Tuesday after the FBI announced an investigative Tesla task force that the Trump administration was engaging in "political weaponization of the DOJ" and "lawfare" because t

The United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia handed President Donald Trump a major victory on Friday. The issue at hand was whether fired members of the National Labor Relations Board and Merit System Protections Board would remain fired while the legal process continues. In a 2-1 vote, the appeals court found that overruling the firings of Cathy Harris and Gwynne Wilcox would cause irreparable harm by depriving Trump of his constitutionally vested authority as president.

The brazen “migrant influencer” who infamously flashed around wads of US government cash handouts and encouraged other illegal border crossers to squat in American homes has finally been deported back to Venezuela — after causing uproar on the flight back.
Leonel Moreno, who encouraged illegal migrants to “invade abandoned houses” in sick TikToks, was sent back to the narco state this week, after President Trump resumed deportation flights to the country.
Venezuela’s Minister of Interior, Justice and Peace, Diosdado Cabello, said Moreno was “welcome” back, however, the freeloading migrant caused disruptions on the flight and upset his fellow passengers.

Vice President JD Vance got a hearty welcome from American troops stationed in Greenland, who chanted “USA! USA! USA!” as he took a podium during his visit there Friday.
(X) Vance arrived with Second Lady Usha Vance earlier in the day to the Pituffik Space Base, a U.S. Space Force base on the northwest coast of Greenland. (X Video) He told U.S. troops deployed at the base, “I want to bring a message from President Trump. He’s grateful for your service, grateful for what you do up here, and just wanted me to tell you that he’s proud of you.”

Mississippi has officially abolished its state income tax, positioning itself as a leader in the movement for economic freedom and limited government.
Republican Governor Tate Reeves signed the legislation into law Friday, declaring it a “generational victory” and a bold new chapter for working families, entrepreneurs, and freedom-loving Americans across the South.
“We did it, Mississippi!” Reeves wrote in a triumphant post on X. “We just eliminated the income tax!”
While Washington continues to suffocate the American people with taxes, inflation, and runaway spending, Mississippi is doing the opposite —

Five Senate Democrats are heading to Guantanamo Bay—not to demand justice for Americans terrorized by violent foreign gangs, but to protest the detention of members of the notorious Tren de Aragua cartel, a brutal criminal enterprise originating in Venezuela with ties to trafficking, extortion, and murder.
The delegation includes Sens. Jack Reed (D-RI), Jeanne Shaheen (D-NH), Gary Peters (D-MI), Alex Padilla (D-CA), and self-proclaimed Independent Angus King of Maine, who caucuses with Democrats. The trip was led under the guise of “congressional oversight.”

In 2003, I witnessed the end of an era as a junior employee of Levi’s when the company closed its last factories in America.
We had held out as long as we could. The market had shifted rapidly since NAFTA went into effect in January 1994, and even more so when China locked in most-favored-nation status in 2001.
Consumer prices were dropping because of cheap labor — forced labor, in the case of China — and our jeans were expensive by comparison. Consumers said they valued the quality of our US-made products. But they weren’t willing to pay more for it. We were losing market share rapidly.

President Donald Trump said he held an "extremely productive call" with Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney on Friday.
"I just finished speaking with Prime Minister Mark Carney, of Canada. It was an extremely productive call, we agree on many things, and will be meeting immediately after Canada’s upcoming Election to work on elements of Politics, Business, and all other factors, that will end up being great for both the United States of America and Canada," Trump wrote on this Truth Social account.
It was the first time the two leaders have spoken. On Thursday, Carney said the "old relationship" with the United States "is over" while vowing to engage

Earlier this month, as we covered, Sen. Jon Ossoff (D-GA) put his foot down that he was voting against the continuing resolution (CR), though it still passed. He even fundraised off of his stance. The move cemented Ossoff's status as a top target for the National Republican Senatorial Committee (NRSC). It's also resulted in an ethics complaint from the Foundation for Accountability and Civic Trust (FACT). On Friday morning, in a letter shared exclusively with Townhall, Kendra Arnold, the executive director for FACT, sent a request to Sens. James Lankford (R-OK) and Chris Coons (D-DE), the chairman and vice chairman, respectively, of the U.S. Senate Select Committee on Ethics.

The US delegation’s planned visit to Greenland — led by Vice President JD Vance and second lady Usha Vance — has captured the imagination of top political officials and tech billionaires alike, even as Prime Minister Mute Egede slammed the trip as being “highly aggressive.”
While recent excitement about the vast, frigid island has puzzled me, Silicon Valley sources (who take credit for the idea of buying Greenland) view it as deeply tied to America’s ambitions in space and information technology — especially concerning AI. They also see it as a critical “play for the future,” as one source put it.
Notable tech figures have shown varying degrees of support.

Earlier this month Democrat warmonger Senator Mark Kelly posted a long thread on X on how he supported Ukraine and its losing war against Russia.
Kelly should have kept these unbelievably ignorant comments to himself.
Elon Musk quickly jumped in and called Kelly a traitor. (XI Post & X) Bret Baier was clearly taken back by the comments and brought it up during his interview with Musk on Thursday night.
Musk unloaded.
Bret Baier: You posted that he was a traitor. Why do that?
