Joe Biden's use of U.S. taxpayer money to fund transgender operas in Colombia and transgender comic books in Peru will be totally undone by Trump, a top Republican told DailyMail.com.
House Foreign Affairs Committee Chairman Brian Mast (R-Fla.) has a laundry list of Biden-era State Department programs that are on the chopping block now that Trump is in the White House.
After a bombshell report came out this week unveiling how Biden's State Department doled out $15 million worth of taxpayer funds to buy contraceptives like condoms for the Taliban, DailyMail.com asked Mast what other eye-popping programs exist.
'So, $47,000 for a transgender opera

London – Two climate activists disrupted a London stage performance of William Shakespeare’s “The Tempest”, starring Hollywood actress Sigourney Weaver, on Monday.
The protesters climbed onto the stage at London’s Theatre Royal, launching a confetti cannon and holding a sign which read “Over 1.5 Degrees is a Global Shipwreck”. The message refers to the recent announcement that 2024 was the first full year over the 1.5 degree global temperature rise limit, beyond which scientists warn stability of life is under threat.
The audience greeted the pair from the Just Stop Oil group with boos and whistles, along with shouts of “get them off”.

WASHINGTON — President Donald Trump on Tuesday signed an executive order aimed at cutting federal support for gender transitions for people under age 19, his latest move to roll back protections for transgender people across the country.
“It is the policy of the United States that it will not fund, sponsor, promote, assist, or support the so-called ‘transition’ of a child from one sex to another, and it will rigorously enforce all laws that prohibit or limit these destructive and life-altering procedures,” the order says.
The order directs that federally-run insurance programs, including TRICARE for military families and Medicaid, exclude coverage for such care and calls on the Department of Justice

President Trump on Monday night signed an executive order that is expected to eventually disqualify transgender individuals from serving or enlisting in the military on grounds of mental unfitness.
The order does not immediately bar transgender individuals from serving in the military, but directs the Pentagon to develop a policy on transgender service members within 30 days that prioritizes readiness. The current policy, according to the order, is “inconsistent with the medical, surgical, and mental health constraints on individuals with gender dysphoria.”
Gender dysphoria, the order states, is a mental condition that comes with bodily consequences that are incompatible with active duty and “conflicts with a soldier’s commitment to an honorable, truthful,

President Donald Trump's administration is set to offer every single federal worker the chance to take a "deferred resignation" with a severance package of roughly eight months of pay and benefits.
A senior administration official told NBC News that they expect 5%-10% of the federal workforce to quit, which, they estimate, could lead to around $100 billion in savings.
"American taxpayers pay for the salaries of federal government employees, and therefore deserve employees working on their behalf who actually show up to work in our wonderful federal buildings, also paid for by taxpayers," White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt said in a statement.

WASHINGTON - A U.S. judge on Tuesday temporarily paused part of the Trump administration's sweeping directive to pause federal loans, grants and other financial assistance, granting a win to advocacy groups who said the policy would be devastating.
At a hearing in Washington, D.C., federal court, U.S. District Judge Loren AliKhan ordered the Trump administration not to block "open awards," or funds that 6were already slated to be disbursed, until at least Feb. 3. The judge said her temporary ruling was intended to "maintain the status quo." It does not block the Trump administration from freezing funding to new programs, or require it to restart funding that has already ended.

WASHINGTON — The White House is pausing federal grants and loans starting Tuesday as President Donald Trump’s administration begins an across-the-board ideological review of its spending, causing confusion and panic among organizations that rely on Washington for their financial lifeline.
Administration officials said the decision was necessary to ensure that all funding complies with Trump’s executive orders, which are intended to undo progressive steps on transgender rights, environmental justice and diversity, equity and inclusion, or DEI, efforts.
They also said that federal assistance to individuals would not be affected, including Social Security, Medicare, food stamps, student loans and scholarships.

Yesterday a pair of authors co-wrote an opinion piece at the Wall Street Journal describing how the University of Colorado's focus on DEI led to hiring practices that were blatantly illegal. The Civil Rights Act of 1964 made hiring people based on race out of bounds but the school's Faculty Diversity Action Plan pushed hiring authorities to do it anyway and they were happy to go along with it.
In a hiring proposal that the National Association of Scholars acquired, faculty and staff of the university’s program for writing and rhetoric argued that recruiting a “BIPOC” professor—the acronym stands for “black, indigenous and people of color”—was vital

Americans hoping for a rematch between President Donald Trump and Jim Acosta will have to lay those dreams to rest in a light of reports that Acosta will be leaving CNN.
Oliver Darcy, a former CNN reporter now with Status News, said that sources within the network indicated the CNN veteran who notoriously filibustered every press conference during Trump’s first term will be leaving the network in response to recent leadership decisions.
Earlier this month, Darcy reported that CNN CEO Mark Thompson had booted Acosta from his 10 a.m. weekday time slot and planned to give him the graveyard shift

This weekend, a radio station owned by the George Soros-controlled Audacy outrageously identified the vehicle whereabouts of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents operating in San Jose, California, which is known for violent gang activity.
KCBS 740 AM – not to be confused with the Los Angeles CBS affiliate with the same name – elevated the insane unmasking of ICE agents from the leftist Rapid Response Network, which fights against deportation initiatives during the January 26 edition of KCBS Radio Weekend News.
But to make matters worse, anchor Bret Burkhart gave exact descriptions of the vehicles the ICE agents were reportedly using, including specific locations.

They've lost their collective, cotton-pickin' minds.
Instead of trying to fake it like I have a clue, I'm just going to tell you what they DID. Or try to.
It's so bizarre and outside the pale that they all need to get called out on the carpet and reamed royally.
I feel like I've suddenly moved to California. So, as far as I've been able to put it together, Gov DeSantis has asked for a special session to get the immigration reform bill they'd all worked on - with Trump era refinements, like penalties for illegals who register to vote, etc - passed and gaveled in.

As you may have heard, a border patrol agent was murdered on inauguration day in Vermont. This happened when a agents pulled over a car about 20 miles from the Canadian border for an immigration check and the people inside the car opened fire. Now we're learning that the two people responsible for this attack may be connected to another murder suspect.
The woman who allegedly opened fire at U.S. border patrol agents in northern Vermont, leaving one agent dead, used a gun bought by someone who was a person of interest in a double murder in Pennsylvania, federal prosecutors said Monday.
