Campaign Myths Exploded: JD Vance Is a
Net Negative

It’s now become “a thing” among conservatives to wait for the JD Vance ambush of Sunday morning mainstream political media.
Clips of Vance expertly handling hostile questioning from Face the Nation‘s Margaret Brennan circulate around conservative Twitter the way Michael Jordan–era highlight reels used to get played throughout the day on rebroadcasts of Sportscaster.
Do we think this would be happening for Nikki Haley? Or for Doug Burgum?
Is anyone among the many, many pundits who confidently explained that JD Vance was a disastrous, “net-negative” pick who “will do harm” to the ticket going to revisit his views?

Remember when the "He's just weird!" meme fizzled out when bearded men in fishnet stickings and evening gowns tried saying it?
That was glorious.

I know I have posted this before but read his book, "Hillbilly Elegy". He overcame a terrible childhood, a Marine, Yale Law School and now Vice President of the United States. He is one of the most inspiring persons I have seen in years.

It's probably too early to bring up an Abe Lincoln comp
But there is something special about J.D. Vance, his personal story, his intellect, and his debating ability

I love J.D. Vance. He is a straight talking heavy hitter. The media activists (who long ago abandoned journalism) look so mean spirited and disingenuous with their endless cheap shots and gotcha questions, questions which Vance easily counters with facts and common sense.

Isn't it fun to watch liberal heads explode as Trump's people deconstruct the dems and the media? Vance is a national treasure. He was solid on the vicious campaign trail and has continued to gracefully and brilliantly overwhelm liberal stupidity.

The left will always give "the tell" of who they fear, and they are very scared of him and his chances in 2028 and beyond. The greater the hyperbole, the more he's winning.

The Lincoln Project is a collection of punks pretending to be clever. They are all sleazy liars and creeps. At the rate PRESIDENT Trump is fast balling reforms, their tiny heads might actually explode.

Glad to see that the Republicans have a political bench. Between Vance and DeSantis, we have solid candidates for 2028. By comparison, the Dems look like children in the school yard fighting over toys.

What'ss the surprise here? The media and "experts" always explain how stupid republicans are as they point to Democrats as the smartest, most experienced, best equipped etc etc etc.

It is beginning to get clearer than Trump may have had more than a VP in mind when he chose Vance. A successor to the leader of the MAGA movement. The Democrats for some reason chose not to fully turn on their Election Theft Machine this time round. But it may be different in '28. Vance's straight shooting no nonsense approach might be the right weapon.

I watched the VP debate and was floored. I've never seen a more capable politician and promising statesman in my life.
I think Trump picked him to be an exemplar of the leadership we must have from now on.
I think Trump picked his true legacy. I think Vance's administration will testify to the love Trump had for us and our nation.
I believe the Almighty sent Trump to be raised by his rigid but wealthy and principled old man so that he'd have both the financial and emotional resources to defy the democrats, defeat them, and reestablish a nation where men and women of Vance's character could not just aspire to high office, but be sought for it.
Like all Conservatives, I'm a liberal, and as such, an idealist.

The best part of all of this, for me at least, is the fact that the 'smartest' people in the world try their 'gotcha' questions on national media and are then belittled in front of their own chosen audience. Hopefully, some minds are being changed in these mind games.

Following President Trump is a challenge for JDVance...but he seems to handle himself with dignity and style...and he's very smart and sharp...he buzzes right back at the fake news and moves on...I especially like Air Force II is his and his family's...I recall one day on the news when harris wouldn't talk to him as he stood by the plane...waiting for an exchange of positions on something...when she arrogantly walked up the stairs of the plane...he said...I think that's my plane...he was right...it is HIS plane...and harris can walk....

Yes, JD Vance is an excellent VP. In 2028, he'll make an excellent president. I haven't read the book, but I have seen the Netflix movie.

Well, Vance is a negative....
To people who should be captured in nets wielded by men in white coats.... and then hauled off to an insane asylum.

National Review lost me in 2016 and since then I couldn't care less what they think. They proved themselves to be nothing but cocktail party swamp dwelling rodents.
Go on their cruise and be other pompous, smug superior dirtbags.
