All week long, Antifa in Portland have been rampaging over President Donald Trump retaking the White House. In response to Trump's inauguration, Antifa militants attacked an ICE facility, smashed up an elections office, and vandalized downtown Portland businesses.
However, how local media covered the multi-day uprising would have you believe it was a "mostly peaceful" protest that got a little too "intense."
"The united calls for justice continued for hours, but then a march broke out, which led the protest to change from peaceful to intense," FOX 12 Oregon journalist Mikhala Armstrong said in a news segment reporting on an overnight anti-Trump rally Tuesday that preceded widespread destruction of property.

President Donald Trump cut off taxpayer-funded security detail for Dr. Anthony Fauci, he confirmed this week.
According to The New York Times, Fauci did not have Secret Service protection. He was protected by federal marshals, and later by a private contractor whose fees were paid by the government.
Trump confirmed the news to a journalist in North Carolina.
“I think when you work for government, at some point your security detail comes off, and you know, you can’t have them forever,” Trump told a reporter at a hurricane response briefing in Asheville, NC.

~Say what you like about Axel Rudakubana, the slaughterer of three English girls under ten years old, but - unlike the British Prime Minister, the Home Secretary, the Liverpool Police and most of the court eunuchs in the UK media - he appears to be an honest man:
It's a good thing those children are dead... I am so glad... I am so happy.
He has always been entirely upfront about such things, telephoning Britain's so-called "Childline" and asking them:
What should I do if I want to kill somebody? Judging from his many interactions with "the authorities" (including with the laughably misnamed "Prevent" programme),

Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers hit the ground running this week, arresting multiple violent offenders in sanctuary cities, including a hostile Haitian gang member with a lengthy rap sheet who said he “ain’t going back to Haiti” and raged “F–k Trump, Biden forever!”
ICE officers in Boston made eight noteworthy arrests, including multiple MS-13 gang members, murder and rape suspects and the Haitian gang member, with 18 recent convictions, according to Fox News, who rode along with ICE for the arrests.

A UK teenager with an al Qaeda manual was sentenced Thursday for the ruthless murder of three girls and wounding of 10 others at a Taylor Swift-themed dance class last summer — as it emerged that he’d bragged about being “so happy” that “those children are dead.”
Axel Rudakubana, who turned 18 days after the slaughter, was sentenced to 13 terms of life in prison — and ordered to serve a minimum of 52 years. He escaped getting the UK equivalent of life without parole because he was only 17 at the time of the attack.
Still, “it is highly likely that he’ll never be released,”

Ex-House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s husband made $38 million worth of stock trades in the weeks leading up to President Donald Trump’s inauguration — including an investment in a once-obscure artificial intelligence firm whose shares have soared nearly 50% in the past week.
Paul Pelosi, the venture capitalist who is married to the Democratic lawmaker whose 11th congressional district encompasses San Francisco, sold $24 million worth of Apple stock as well as $5 million worth of shares in AI chip-maker Nvidia.
Both of those lucrative transactions were executed on New Year’s Eve, according to government filings. Nancy Pelosi is legally required to disclose her husband’s stock trades.

Former President Joe Biden said he was “concerned” about Donald Trump giving preemptive pardons to family members, according to a resurfaced interview from 2020 — before he went on to pardon his own son and siblings while doling out the highest number of presidential pardons and commutations in US history.
In a December 2020 interview with CNN’s Jake Tapper, Biden warned against then-outgoing President Trump issuing preemptive pardons to his adult children, his attorney Rudy Giuliani and possibly even one for himself before the Democrat’s Department of Justice took over.
“It concerns me in terms of what kind of precedent it sets and how the rest of the world looks (at) us

It isn't as if he hasn't already had an extraordinarily eventful day, but after church services, tea, a swearing-in, an inaugural address, another speech to supporters, a review of the troops, a luncheon, another speech, and a trek to Capital One Arena to address 20,000 supporters there and sign several executive orders, President Donald Trump headed to the Oval Office to sign even more executive orders. (After that, he's set to attend inaugural balls.)
And it wasn't just that he signed a whole slew of executive orders; it's that he did so while simultaneously shooting the breeze with reporters, discussing a wide variety of issues. It was something to behold.

Adm. Linda L. Fagan, the first female commandant of the Coast Guard, has been terminated, with sources suggesting her failure to address border security while simultaneously focusing on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) policies was a significant reason for the firing.
U.S. Naval Institute News reviewed a message from the acting secretary of Homeland Security explaining that Fagan had been removed from her position.
“Under my statutory authority as the Acting Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security I have relieved Admiral Linda L. Fagan of her duties as Commandant of the United States Coast Guard

Senator Tim Kaine (D-VA) said Sunday on CBS’s “Face the Nation” that the Trump administration’s proposed deportations would be “an absolute gut punch” to the U.S. economy. Partial transcript as follows: [snip]
KAINE: Well, I don’t exactly know how the administration is going to do it. But let me tell you, I’m hearing significant concerns from many sectors in the Virginia economy, agriculture, hospitality, health care, construction, that massive deportation rates would be an absolute gut punch to the Virginia and American economy

The “clicks” you hear around town are the sounds of “public” toilet locks snapping shut. The Great Loo Lockdown is gathering steam as businesses protect their bathrooms, and their customers, from the insane, incontinent souls who move in and leave them unusable and disgusting for everyone else.
Starbucks is the latest chain to announce that its locations nationwide are henceforth off-limits to loiterers, drug users, panhandlers, and bathroom vandals.
Restricting toilets that were previously truly “public” is typically done in the name of providing better service to paying customers.

How much more damage can President Biden do to this country on his final days in office?
A lot.
Before dawn Friday morning, the octogenarian Democrat proudly pardoned or commuted the prison sentences of a record number of individuals the far-left hailed as guilty of “non-violent” drug offenses.
It doesn’t take a rocket scientist, or even a Republican, to see that many of these hardened criminals are anything but peaceful.
Take, for example, Dwayne Appling, 37, of Illinois.
He’s just one of the thousands of soon-to-be-freed drug traffickers, an armed and dangerous career criminal and gang banger.
