Joe Biden is preparing to permanently ban new offshore oil and gas development in key U.S. coastal waters, which will be “difficult to revoke protections for sensitive marine areas.”
This last-ditch effort to block President-elect Donald Trump’s energy agenda is expected to be enshrined in an executive order, marking yet another chapter in Biden’s war on American energy.
Sources familiar with the plan have revealed that Biden’s order will leverage a 72-year-old law—the Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act—to solidify protections that are notoriously difficult to reverse, Bloomberg reported.

Liz Cheney and Bennie Thompson — come on down and collect your door prizes.
Cheney, the former congresswoman from Wyoming who burned down every principal she ever held dear to engage in the J6 investigative crusade, and Rep. Bennie Thompson (D-MS), who chaired the Select Committee investigating a relatively mundane protest at the Capitol, are set to accept some very shiny participation awards.Joe Biden, currently serving as president in name only, will award the two committee circus ringleaders with the nation's second highest civilian award — the Presidential Citizens Medal.
The dynamic duo are two of 20 individuals set to be honored with the award on Thursday.

This is truly chilling, especially in the wake of today’s terror attacks in New Orleans and Las Vegas.
A former CIA officer named Sarah Adams was interviewed on the Shawn Ryan podcast just two weeks ago, and warned that there are more than a thousand al-Qaeda sleepers in the United States right now who are planning major attacks on the homeland.
She clearly implicates Biden’s open southern border as the entry point for these potential terrorists and suggests that they have developed new tactics and bombs that can evade detection through traditional means.

NEW ORLEANS - Authorities held a press conference Thursday morning (Jan. 2), providing updates on the Bourbon Street terror attack that claimed the lives of 14 victims and injured 35 others early New Year’s Day.
FBI Deputy Director Christopher Raia confirmed that 14 victims died in the attack, along with the suspect, Shamsud Din Jabbar, bringing the total to 15 fatalities.
“This was a premeditated, evil act,” Raia told reporters. Officials revealed that Jabbar posted five videos between 1:20 a.m. and 3:02 a.m. on New Year’s Day, proclaiming support for ISIS.
In the first video, Raia says Jabbar expressed a desire to kill his friends and family, but ultimately desired

It seems like just this summer that I wished Presidentish Joe Biden a "fondless farewell" as "easily the worst human being to hold the office of president of the United States." [Steve, it was just last summer —Editor] But now that the man whose "ability to f*** things up" has never been underestimated at this site prepares to leave the office he barely held, let's reminisce about the things we won't miss the most.
"Biden exited the stage last night," I wrote of his too-late-for-primetime DNC farewell address, "largely forgotten before he'd walked onto it." He'll vacate the White House the same way on the morning of Jan. 20.

The disgraced comedian Kathy Griffin thinks it is only a matter of time before she is sent to an internment camp.
In an interview with Chicago’s WGN radio station this week, Griffin urged her fans to buy tickets to her latest tour, My Life On the PTSD List, before she is taken away by authorities.
“Come see me before I’m in one of those internment camp,” she said. “I’m on the enemies list. That’s very obvious.”
“He was very, very scared when I did a parody photo of him and a Halloween mask and a lot of ketchup.

Is she drunk? Heavily medicated?
Fresh off of a hip transplant, former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi posted a bizarre video to X on Thursday claiming she was on her way to DC to represent her constituents and share “San Francisco values.”
San Francisco values = Needles in the street, homelessness and rampant retail theft.
84-year-old Pelosi could barely open her eyes as she heavily slurred her words.“Hi, it’s Nancy. I’m on my way to Washington to proudly represent the people of San Francisco in Congress. I’m honored to do so to share our San Francisco values,”

Emboldened by correctly predicting Kamala would get the debate questions in advance (oh, I apologize, ABC, it was just the topics, not the questions, so it’s all good and you smell like a rose), I’m going to go way out on a limb with another prediction: Joe Biden will issue mass pardons to the J6 inmates. Before you say I’m crazy, here are numerous reasons why he might do it:
It steals Donald Trump’s thunder of doing it himself five minutes after the inauguration
Many J6 inmates are getting out anyway in a few weeks
The J6 insurrection narrative is going to collapse as the evidence comes out

A new report released by the Committee on House Administration Subcommittee on Oversight into the January 6 pipe bomber shows the FBI stopped looking for the suspect in 2021 and covered up evidence.
The FBI is now refusing to cooperate with Congressional investigators.
In September, former Secret Service agent Dan Bongino said according to a whistleblower, after the pipe bombs were found at the RNC and DNC headquarters, “assets on the ground, including a whistleblower, was briefed about the pipe bombs the next day and show a picture of a guy in a hoodie.”

The brother of the terrorist who launched the deadly car attack on Bourbon Street in New Orleans says that “radicalization” is to blame for his kin’s rampage.
Abdur Jabbar, 24, of Beaumont, Texas, told The New York Times that his brother Shamsud-Din Jabbar — who killed at least 15 people in the New Year’s Day attack — converted to Islam at an early age. (Photos)
The younger Jabbar told the newspaper that what his brother “did does not represent Islam. This is more some type of radicalization, not religion.”

Hundreds of pro-Palestinian protesters marched in New York City on New Year’s Day for “intifada,” blocking Sixth Avenue in Manhattan just hours after a terror attack in New Orleans, Louisiana, and an explosion in Las Vegas, Nevada. (X's, Videos) The Times of Israel reported:
Attendees chanted “Resistance is glorious — we will be victorious,” “We will honor all our martyrs,” and “Gaza, you make us proud.” They carried signs that said “Zionism is cancer,” “No war on Iran,” and “End all US aid to Israel.”
“There is only one solution — Intifada revolution,” they chanted, using a common refrain

The FBI has remained silent on whether it will fire or discipline the agent who initially told the media and public that the shocking New Year's Day attack in New Orleans was "not a terrorist event," before the agency quickly backtracked and reported the attack was in fact under investigation as a terror incident. Fox News Digital reached out to the FBI's press office and press secretary on Thursday and Friday, inquiring whether New Orleans field office FBI Assistant Special Agent in Charge Alethea Duncan would face termination or disciplinary action over her initial claim the attack was not connected
