Last week, as Townhall has been covering, young men who dared to proclaim that "Jesus is Lord" at a rally for Vice President Kamala Harris were tossed out. The Democratic nominee even thought it was fitting to joke that they were "at the wrong rally." Meanwhile, she gave a much more understanding response to an anti-Israeli protester at another event also in Wisconsin last week. The Trump-Vance campaign is still using the moment, and it doesn't look like they're stopping any time soon. As Madeline covered, Sen. Former President Donald Trump’s campaign is calling for Vice President Kamala Harris to “condemn” President Joe Biden’s “lock him up” remarks. In a press release, Karoline Leavitt, the national press secretary for the Trump campaign, addressed comments made by President Biden during an event in New Hampshire on Tuesday. “Joe Biden just admitted the truth,” Leavitt said in her statement. “He and Kamala’s plan all along has been to politically persecute their opponent President Trump because they can’t beat him fair and square. The Harris-Biden Admin is the real threat to democracy. We call on Kamala Harris to condemn Joe Bidens disgraceful remark.”

With two weeks left before the last votes of the 2024 presidential election are cast, some Democrats are beside themselves over Vice President Kamala Harris’ campaign strategy, sources tell The Post. The source of last week’s leak of U.S. intelligence about Israel’s plans to strike Iran, which has occasioned an investigation, isn’t yet known. What should be obvious, though, is that no individual who has had extensive contact with Iranian intelligence and diplomatic officials, and who has deferred to the direction of those officials before, should have ever been put in a sensitive position in the first place. The Biden administration has ignored this rather simple rule. The most glaring example of its questionable handling of the Iran portfolio is Biden Iran envoy Robert Malley’s continued employment by the State Department amid a probe into his handling

He was trying to get access to documents related to an ongoing investigation at the school that he's involved in. Instead of those documents, he was hit with a $84,000 bill. To get the records, he’ll have to pay up. Carrie Uthe, the student’s mother, spoke to reporters on her son’s behalf. They believe the school is using the bill to prevent her son from accessing the records. “I feel like we’re fighting the school that’s fighting us ... and it’s just not fair,” Uthe told 13 On Your Side reporters.

Barbara Clark is the perfect example of a voter, whether Black, white, Hispanic or from any other ethnic group, who defies stereotypes. This defiance often leads to voters such as her being overlooked as people who could change not just the presidential election but also the majority in the Senate. Clark is a Black female who has been a registered Democrat for almost all of her adult life and voted for former President Barack Obama twice. "Dear, I didn't just vote for him," she said. "I was a community organizer for Barack Obama for the group ACORN."

We are officially now on Day Three of the Donald Trump appearance at a Pennsylvania McDonald’s location. (What should this be called? The Gold-Arch Standard -The 2-Patty System - Whataburger-gate?) What has been remarkable is the press has been incapable of stopping themselves from overreactions and crafting shame for themselves. And today brings more amusement. To start, we have the slanted impressions of CNN’s media maestro, Brian Stelter. If anyone should possibly refrain from commenting on Donald Trump whipping up a batch of french fries, it might be the guy derisively referred to as an Idaho Spud. But Stelter is renowned for his lack of self-awareness as well as his

A former Obama administration official is providing legal services to a company the Department of Defense (DOD) asserts has deep ties to the Chinese military. Loretta Lynch, who served as former President Barack Obama’s attorney general from 2015 to 2017, is one of five attorneys from the law firm Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison listed as representing Chinese drone manufacturer DJI in a lawsuit filed October 18 challenging the Pentagon’s designation of the drone company as a “Chinese military company,” court documents show.

Vice President Kamala Harris plagiarized material in addition to her book Smart on Crime, an analysis by Washington Free Beacon’s Aaron Sibarium found Tuesday. The additional allegations of plagiarism diminish the credibility of the Harris campaign’s denial of plagiarism. The Beacon’s Sibarium reported Harris also plagiarized pages of congressional testimony from a Republican colleague and a fictionalized story about human trafficking. Sibarium reported on Harris’s material from congressional testimony: Virtually her entire testimony about the bill was taken from that of another district attorney, Paul Logli of Winnebago County, Illinois, who had testified in support of the legislation two months earlier before the Senate Judiciary Committee.

The Democratic Party has launched a write-in campaign against one of its congressional candidates in Georgia after discovering she may have run to provide a more conservative alternative to the Republican incumbent. Katy L. Stamper, a lawyer who won the Democratic nomination for Georgia’s 11th House District, describes herself as an “independent candidate running on the Democratic ticket,” and holds some conservative views such as believing transgenderism conflicts with reality and illegal immigrants should be deported, The New York Times reported Monday. Due to these non-progressive beliefs, the Democratic Party has launched a campaign encouraging voters to write in Tracy Verhoeven

Two impeachments, 88 felony counts (with guilty verdicts on 34 of them), a massive fine, two assassination attempts, unrelentingly hostile media coverage, a last-minute candidate switcheroo, and Donald Trump is still showing signs that he will win the election in two weeks. So, what do Democrats still have up their sleeve to stop Trump? They must have something. Back in May, we asked what the Democrats’ Plan B was if their lawfare campaign against Trump failed, and offered five options – four of which have come to pass. Here is what we said then.

He is seizing his opportunity, as Washington did on J6 and Justin did with the Canadian truckers. You know how that worked out for law-abiding grannies on their first trip to America's capital, or for prairie donors who'd dropped fifty bucks via credit card on the Ottawa convoy. And you know how muted public protest about anything has been in either country since. Yeah. Frozen bank accounts and solitary confinement will do that to you.

There is a compelling reason that the Supreme Court has regularly ruled that falsehoods are protected speech. The Court openly recognizes that falsehoods can be harmful and may sometimes be quite harmful, but the Court also recognizes that efforts to determine which information is true and which is false are far more harmful to our democracy. The line between whether content can be labeled true or false, or whether it is simply viewpoint disagreement can be blurry and very much in the eye of the beholder. This is especially true of political content and policy debates. This is also the fundamental premise of the First Amendment, which protects free speech

Issues & Insights' Terry Jones calls this "buyer's remorse," but that doesn't fit. Literally no one bought Kamala Harris as the Democrat presidential nominee -- by design. Democrats never gave their voters a choice other than Joe Biden in the primaries, and then threw out 50 state contests to anoint Harris as the nominee once the cover-up of Biden's cognitive decline got exposed. Small wonder, then, that over a third of Democrats in the new I&I/TIPP poll don't feel much "joy" over Harris as their candidate. And even more of them believe they got stuck with a weaker candidate than Democrats could have fielded:

Do you believe in miracles? Throughout history, inexplicable events have occurred yet naysayers refuse to name them miracles preferring to call them a lucky coincidence. In 1980, however, when the young USA team won the Olympic winter game against the behemoth Russian team and then went on to win the gold, it was called, "the miracle on ice". The following year, a movie by that name debuted and another one opened in 2004 about the same "miracle. I wouldn't call this event a miracle which was the result of hard work but I'll bet some of the players followed the rule of getting a ‘miracle'. What was it, you may ask?

A copy of the internal letter was posted by an anonymous McDonald's franchise on social media and confirmed by the Wall Street Journal.
