The gunman who allegedly staked out former President Donald Trump’s West Palm Beach golf course with an SKS rifle was able to exploit a security hole that the Secret Service has known about for years.
News photographers — including those hired by The Post — have had no problem repeatedly securing spots around the perimeter of the course to snap pictures of Trump playing golf or driving around in a golf cart.
They have even taken images — which require a clear line of sight to the 45th president — unnoticed through the bushes with telephoto lenses. Some have gotten as close as 75 yards — without so much

So when will the connection be made that the secret service might, just might, not be actually trying to protect President Trump? Trump really needs to hire his own private security. The democrats will not stop trying.

No doubt Biden and Mayorkis have been providing Trump the least amount of Secret Service protection that they thought they would get away with. Remember Biden, Harris, the leftist Democrats, and the perpetrator Ryan Routh who was ready to murder Trump yesterday, have all been labeling Trump as being “a threat to democracy”. The alone is enough to get the attention of “nut jobs” will to make a name for themselves by committing murder of a historic person.

PDJT needs to talk to Tyrus and them and find some bigguns (as we say down heah) to help.
And then call Elon and ast him how HIS security is working out.
Then, offer extra to Jr.
There is NO WAY on God’s green earth this is not deliberate sabotage. The SS is not this stupid and inept.

Will any reporters dare to compare Trump's SS protection to the Zero's?

The Secret Service either can’t or won’t protect President Trump. Therefore, President Trump needs to hire private security. That would infuriate the Secret Service, but who gives one big flip what they think. This is life or death.

They're finally starting to get some of this right. The alleged assassin might've been there for 12 hours waiting on Trump - if all the locals know about photogs waiting in the bushes, it wouldn't have been hard to find out about it. That rifle is NOT an AK; it's an SKS with an aftermarket stock and an aftermarket magazine. It's slightly more accurate than an AK, but not much. The round that rifle is chambered for (7.72X39) isn't much good beyond 300 yards; beyond that, it starts to lose steam quickly.
The FBI has known about this nut for a while.

7.62X39 - sorry. Most factory ammo isn't very good; you have to handload it with carefully sized and trimmed brass to get good groups.

The NYTimes is reporting that the guy was lurking in the woods near the golf course for at least 12 hours? Half a day goes by and nobody notices a real living breathing moving person, until someone notices a weapon poking out of the bushes?

How do you not do a perimeter search of the OUTSIDE of the fence. You would be looking for IEDs and possible snipers/assassins. Five or six men walking the outside of the fence. HOW CAN YOU NOT DO THIS? It is not ridiculous it is completely evil. A good Spec 4 in Army would know this. It makes no sense unless security has been compromised on purpose.

Thermal imaging cameras have been around for 20 years.
Why didn't anyone scan the area with a helicopter/drone and camera?

It would seem that added security is urgently needed around the golf courses. This must happen NOW.
IMO, Trump must hire a personal security team of former SS and retired special ops patriots to ensure his safety. Secret Service is not up to the task. Given the unending Dem drumbeat of "Trump is literally Hitler", continuing even now, there WILL be more attempts, and they must be stopped. SS needs help from a Trump security team. Ask Bongino to pull together the right people.
ALSO--- This author repeats the falsehood "fired eight shot at Trump" at the Butler rally.
This is untrue, but often repeated.
The evidence indicts very clearly that three shots were fired by the would be assassin at Butler, and five shots were fired by law enforcement officers at the shooter, killing him.

This is the first article I have seen that referred to the rifle as an SKS. All the other articles called it an AK. Many people do not even know what an SKS rifle is. I do, as I own one. This tidbit of information lends an additional degree of credibility to this article. This article also has an illustration that shows that the 300-500 yard distance to Trump mentioned in other articles is the distance to Trump's position on the course when the gunman was engaged. As the gunman waited, if the SS detail had not engaged the gunman while Trump was still at an earlier hole, the gunman would have had a 150 ft shot at Trump. That is close enough to be lethal with even a handgun. This was a much closer call than the other media have described it. This was potentially a more miraculous save than the previous assassination attempt. The media also knew of this vulnerable stretch of perimeter as they often got photos of the president along that fence line. This was a really close call.
