President Biden ripped former President Trump as “Donald Dump,” while signaling unity with Vice President Harris at the duo’s first appearance together at an official event since she replaced Biden at the top of the Democratic ticket. Harris and Biden walked out together to Bruce Springsteen’s “We Take Care of Our Own” on a community college stage in Largo, Maryland to all smiles, waving at a crowd holding signs related to lower prescription drug costs.

Comments:

Everyone knows what Biden meant by “dump.” That was a filthy, juvenile remark by Biden.

What is the Retard going to say when he, Hunter, and Jim are identified as having taken extensive bribes from competitor nations and from our enemies--over $20 million so far--that he didn't report to the IRS or pay income taxes on? Every Biden property will soon be on fire sale, and Bidens should be headed to the hoosegow where they all belong.

The U.S. Secret Service has hinted it was not involved in the break-in of a hair salon during a Kamala Harris campaign event in Massachusetts late last month. The allegations of Secret Service involvement arose after the salon’s owner, Alicia Powers, alleged that agents put duct tape over her security cameras and broke into her building by picking the lock. Security camera footage shows an individual dressed like a Secret Service agent approaching the door with a roll of tape and observing the locked door and camera before grabbing a nearby chair to put tape over the camera.

"You all helped us win in 2020 and we gonna do it again in 2024," Harris, who is from California, told Atlanta rally goers while seemingly debuting the new accent. The accent immediately caught the attention of critics on social media, who accused the presumptive Democratic nominee of pandering to her audience.

It's been a rough go lately for Caitlin Clark, but perhaps Friday night is exactly what she needed. The rookie phenom tied her career-high of 30 points on Friday night and helped her Indiana Fever get an 85-83 win over the Washington Mystics. Clark tied a WNBA rookie record with seven three-pointers, joining Crystal Robinson as the only players to make that many shots from behind the arc in their first year in the league. Her seven 3s were also the most in a game in Fever history, breaking Tamika Catchings' record of six in 2002.

Washington — The U.S. economy grew at a sluggish 1.3% annual pace from January through March, the weakest quarterly rate since the spring of 2022, the government said Thursday in a downgrade from its previous estimate. Consumer spending rose but at a slower pace than previously thought. The Commerce Department had previously estimated that the nation’s gross domestic product — the total output of goods and services — expanded at a 1.6% rate last quarter. The first quarter’s GDP growth marked a sharp slowdown from the vigorous 3.4% rate in the final three months of 2023.

Sherrod Brown, released a blistering ad on Wednesday hammering the longtime Democrat on his ties to President Biden's agenda and alleged weakness on immigration. "Biden's politics now are not much different than mine," a video of Brown from a 2021 interview, said in his own words at the start of the video, before claiming that "Sherrod Brown shares Biden's open border agenda." The ad goes on to say that Brown "refused to fund efforts to detain and deport criminal illegal immigrants convicted of a crime" citing a 2021 roll call vote on Senate Amendment 3742.

President Biden repeated a claim about turning down an appointment to the U.S. Naval Academy, where he purportedly wanted to play football, during his commencement address at West Point on Saturday. Biden told West Point graduates that Republican Sen. J. Caleb Boggs, whom he defeated to become a U.S. senator, had "appointed" him to the Naval Academy years before they ran against each other in 1972. The president recounted that before his interview, "I found out two days earlier they had a quarterback named Roger Staubach, and a halfback named Joe Bellino. And I said, I'm not going there. I went to Delaware. Not a joke."

Washington—A Senate border bill that was previously blocked by Republicans is seeing dwindling support among members of both parties ahead of another expected vote this week. During its last floor vote in February, the legislation failed to advance in a 49-50 vote due to opposition from both Democrats and Republicans. It would need 60 votes to overcome the filibuster threshold. As Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) forges ahead with another vote on the legislation planned for May 23, details about which amendments, if any, will be allowed remain unclear.

This is an official Kamala Harris campaign video. It is hard to say what the point is. Kamala ridicules white people for eating food that isn’t spicy.
