This is an official Kamala Harris campaign video. It is hard to say what the point is. Kamala ridicules white people for eating food that isn’t spicy. The commercial is a dialogue between Harris and Tim Walz. Walz plays the white guy who eats “white guy tacos.” Walz is the bottom end of this relationship: he humiliates himself by being subservient to Harris, on behalf of (obviously inferior) white people: (X) Playing to idiotic racial stereotypes is commonly known as racism. One wonders how Walz’s fellow Minnesotans will react to his claim that we don’t eat any spices more exotic than pepper.
The whole thing is puzzling. Other than reassuring voters

Pandering to the brown-skinned chili-eater votes, maybe.

This add might be smarter than we are. It's very effective, very well crafted.
The purpose is to assure white voters that K. doesn't hate whitey and vice versa.
Whitey's vanilla preferences will still be served; he won't have habanero peppers shoved down his throat.
This is an analogy.
The main thing is that both characters are played by very competent skit actors. I think Kamala has revealed her greatest strength, and Tim comes off as likeable--actually likeable. Uncle Tim. He's a good actor too.
You get the sense that you've just been to Zany Aunt Kamala's and Uncle Tim's dining room, and you can stop by any time.
For a beer.
Nice to have such fun friends.

Commie Kammie can't help herself. She has no self esteem and directs her bile at others. And she is just an insignificant individual who has done nothing but climbed the ivory tower on her knees and back. Just ask Willie and Montel.

Gee John - are you that clueless? Ever since Obama came on the scene, the only whites associated with him were obviously self hating white people burden with the guilt of their white privilege and/or cool, hip whites who saw the wonders of people of color and of course, not racists like those on the right.

Kamela's birth certificate lists her as white (Mom is Indian-India) and Jamaican, which would be her dad. Sort of like Obama is white, his mother, and black, his dad.

I saw a part of this video on X. Beyond being insulting and stupid, I can't figure out why they think they can just keep releasing videos and that that somehow takes the place of actually interacting with voters, or discussing anything of substance. Of course, the little cheerleaders that follow her around were quick to jump on there and talk about how these are normal people having a normal interaction - this is the way normal people act with each other and have a conversation. Except that's not true at all. It was clearly scripted and being filmed. It was acting, plain and simple. And that's really all they know how to do. Because they're not normal, and they don't know how to interact with normal people.
One of the most hilarious things in there was Kamala talking about being the first vice president to grow her own pepper plant. Yeah, sure.
These people are idiots.

Also worth noting: while, again, the sycophants were gushing over it, everyone else was roasting this on X. It's blatantly fake, and of course it is insulting. And Tim actually did not come off as likable, he came off as an idiot. He's got to be one of the oldest soyboys I've ever seen. Of course all the leftist cat ladies like him because he kowtows two women.

This skit was beyond embarrassing. Borders on putrid and pathetic. I hate Mexican food, I do not like any hot spice. As a side note to Tampon Tim I don't care for pepper either. I also don't like dark chocolate or anything sour. I don't drink alcohol. I am as bland as white bread. Yes, I am white and will not be voting for the communist ticket. I will not vote for them because they are insane but not because of their eating habits. Or for my eating habits.

Obviously neither one has ever been to New Orleans. I grew up on Cajun food which is pretty darned spicy. And the original Cajuns (Acadians) came from…wait for it….Canada!

Walz is a simp who willing prostrates himself before loathsome women like Kamalamadingbat. And once again she proves how utterly ignorant she is of life outside of her protective bubble. I'm as Northern European as you can get but I'm also Southern born and bred, and I love hot, spicy food that would blow most people's heads off. Pathetic that she can't grasp that not all of us White dudes are squishes like Tampon Timmy or her nanny humping hubby.

But never anything like these two. Never.

Ridiculing white people to get non-white vote is old hat. These days it is squarely focused on white guilt and self loathing. And looking at what is happening both here and in the UK it seems to be working.

In the good old days, not that long ago, everyone could and did make mock of those of other races or nationalities. Generally it was good natured and was based on ethnic stereotypes. All races and ethnicities piled on each other. We laughed and no one pretended to be offended. What has changed is that now the only acceptable target is "white" people. If Walz and Harris had made any comment, for instance, on how spicy Indian and Pakistani food is, they would be accused of racism. The give and take of yesterday is now permitted only if the butt of the joke is "white." Both knuckleheads seem to be unaware that the European Empires, they both deplore, were constructed, in part, on the spice trade. Every European cuisine, including that in Swede-heavy Minnesota, uses spices that originate from the four corners of the globe.

I'm white, though I have Sout African roots, like Elon Musk. A little bit of pepper goes a long way with me, but I do like dark chocolate, BBQ, mild salsa, etc.
My late wife, white, with Native American ancestry, liked food zippier, we called it, than I could handle. My 6 siblings and my parents also liked food too zippy for me to eat.
So, if Tampon Tim (No Balls) Walz is supposed to be the typical white American, he and CommieLOL are engaging in racial stereotypes as bad as they (unfoundedly) accuse conservatives of being.

If she picked that guy was her motivation be to mock him because he is White? People raised in the Mid-west generally eat bland food. So what? One generally eats the food that is grown nearby. They don't have jalapeno peppers growing in Minnesota.
Harris is a racist who knows nothing about our country. She is an anchor baby who was raised in Canada and hasn't bothered to learn anything about our history. She ain't a true American

i bleed greeen, but look like next -level 'casper the friendly ghost' white. our native cuisine is quality fresh,
not 3-days-2old infernally-spiced. that doesn't prevent me from using all the spices of our world travels.

Don't know what these two moral and mental defectives are trying to say. I love me some spicy food, preferably with a lot of Scoville Heat Units. Various typres of habanero peppers grow on my porch.
