Is Trump’s Pick Of J.D. Vance A Political

Former President Donald Trump’s selection of Ohio Sen. J.D. Vance might surprise you, but it shouldn’t. The 39-year-old first-term senator is a solid, smart pick who will not only bring youth, energy and vigor to the ticket, but also a wealth of hard life experience, highly unusual for someone so young. Trump’s announcement gave the bare bones of why he selected Vance over the many others who vied to be his running mate: After lengthy deliberation and thought, and considering the tremendous talents of many others, I have decided that the person best suited to assume the position of Vice

After watching the Breitbart interview from 2021 which was linked here yesterday, I am very impressed with what Vance says. We'll have to see if he does as well as he talks. But he talks a great game, excellent choice unless he's a Deep State faker.

He is "Assassination Insurance" for sure, but with a huge upside for the GOP and America, unlike the "insurance policy" Biden crafted. Putting it in automotive terms... let's say your main car needs service, and you'll need to drive your other car. With Trump/Vance it's like your Bentley needs some free service, so you drive your Ferrari SF90 Stradale, whereas for Biden/Harris it's akin to the Chrysler K-car needs a complete overhaul, so you'll have to drive the AMC Pacer to work, after you find a neighbor to give you a "jump."

Not "highly unusual," "hardly unusual." Many good, successful people in America started out from humble beginnings and rose to the top. Not as many in the younger generations because they are mostly coddled and propped up by parents but that was the way you did it in the old days, work hard, study hard and good things come to you. It's more difficult but it's no secret.

A comment after the article: "I don’t know much about JD Vance – your article is helpful to enlighten me. A big question I have (and is a very hot button issue in this election) is Vance’s stand on abortion, I believe he has been a strong opponent. He and Trump will have to address this issue and have an answer that will swing the many people who support abortion to their team. And simply stating that the states will make this decision won’t fly. Can they do this?" So abortion is the hot issue? When does it stop? We have all kinds of birth control but abortion has to be an issue is quite baffling. Of course, abstinence is never, ever mentioned.

#4, what's funny is the abortion stance seems to matter the most with older people who are no longer of age to have children. I don't think most young people other than BLM/antifa care one way or the other on a politician's view on abortion. They're more worried wether they have money to move away from home and buy a house.

Trump did not pick the Vice President. He picked the NEXT president. He only has four short years to do ten years of work unraveling all the damage Democrats have done. He’s looking forward.

Demoncraps will look at the GOP ticket, two white guys, and start the cry of racism. One the plus side Vance is kinda young. 39? I've got socks older than that. No one votes for the VEEP. It's the top of the ticket. The picture of President Trump defiantly shaking his fist at the assassination while blood streamed from his face with the American flag in the background will go down in history with the picture from WWII of the American flag being raised at the top of Mount Suribachi on Iwo Jima.

In college, he was an outspoken atheist. He later was an outspoken Never Trumper. Five years ago he converted to Catholicism. He has also converted to MAGA. Thursday night we may witness another conversion of sorts. Maybe both men have been touched by an unseen hand.

I believe Vance should admit - first out of the gate - his prior personal opinions of PDJT; own them as one of hundreds of millions who only consumed corporate lamestream media. Until he was tagged to run for Ohio office he was just like the hordes who are constantly fed swill and propanganda. He came to JESUS and learned how rotten the Goliath/Borg D is and the scales fell from his eyes. Listen to the young woman, Amber Rose, who spoke in support of Trump at RNC last nite, saying how she only heard the lies told about Trump to fall in with all the other sheeple hating & denigrating him, then she learned the truth. How much have we lost for those seeking 'perfect' in candidates to the point of suffocating the good?

On YouTube, there is a four-minute video that is nothing but Vice President Kamala Harris repeating this empty phrase: “What can be, unburdened by what has been.” But no matter how many times she utters this idiotic mantra, Harris will, in fact, be heavily burdened by the disaster that has been the Biden administration. Burdened by her own dismal record as vice president. And burdened by the fact that she is so uniquely unqualified to be leader of the free world. To say Harris is an empty pantsuit is an insult to empty pantsuits. As we put it in an editorial a year ago:

As expected, Joe Biden has dropped his reelection campaign. In doing so, he endorsed his vice president, Kamala Harris, as his replacement as the Democratic Party’s nominee. It might seem impossible, but she would be an even worse president than he was. Start with the fact that Harris is an unserious person and a classic midwit, defined by the Urban Dictionary as: Someone who is around average intelligence but is so opinionated and full of themselves that they think they’re some kind of genius. Midwits have a shallow understanding

Now that the Republicans have wrapped up their hugely successful convention and as calls for President Joe Biden to step down are accelerating, the question that must be asked is: Can the Democratic Party survive? Donald Trump made one key decision this week that could seal the party’s fate. First, some history. When Ronald Reagan won the Republican Party’s nomination in 1980, Democrats were in a similar bind as they are today. The party was in disarray, the nation fed up with clueless leaders, and voters were ready for the bold conservative leadership Reagan promised. But Reagan made one fatal mistake.

The campaign by Democrats to force President Joe Biden to drop out waned a bit after the assassination attempt on Donald Trump. But it quickly resumed as Biden stumbled and bumbled through the week. Just yesterday, news broke that Sen. Majority Leader Chuck Schumer urged Biden to step aside, as did Calif. Rep. Adam Schiff. While there’s not a single person on any list of possible replacements who wouldn’t continue the decline of the U.S. under Biden, one stands out as more frightening than the rest: Kamala Harris. There’s an easy explanation why Harris is one of the most unpopular vice presidents.

While many disagree, a majority of Americans believe that illegal immigrant voting will be “common” around the nation in the 2024 presidential election and will likely affect the vote’s outcome, according to the most recent I&I/TIPP Poll. The 1,244 Americans polled for the national online I&I/TIPP survey of voter opinion were asked: “How common do you think illegal immigrant voting will be in the November presidential elections?” Of those responding, 52% said that they believed voting by those who immigrated to the U.S. illegally would be “common,” while just 38% thought such voting would either be “rare” (23%) or “none at all” (15%). Of the remaining, 11% said they “not sure.”t

Another Biden ‘Achievement’: Interest

If you want to know just how dire the federal government’s fiscal situation is, consider the fact that interest on the national debt for the first time now tops every other spending category but one, according to the latest monthly report from the Treasury. This “achievement” has been brought to you by President Joe Biden. According to the report, the federal government spent $682 billion in “net interest” payments so far this fiscal year (which ends Sept. 30). That’s more than all the money spent on “health” ($670 billion), national defense ($644 billion), and income security — which includes payments to the poor ($508 billion).

There’s little we can add to make the case that David Frum — the left’s favorite “Republican” — is a detestable human being that he doesn’t provide himself in his 1,500-word screed written in the immediate wake of the assassination attempt on Donald Trump. In it, he blames Trump for the bullet that came within millimeters of killing him and the others that killed and injured attendees at Saturday’s rally, while completely and totally ignoring the viciousness and violence perpetrated by the left — not just against Trump, but against all Republicans, including the guy he used to work for, George W. Given how much renewable energy has been promoted, dressed up, coddled, favored and subsidized over the last decade or two, it would be understandable to believe that a green transition is well under way. But don’t be fooled by the foolish. Oil and gas are still king. As a result, it’s now questioning whether the millions of Democratic voters who cast their ballots in the primaries for Joe Biden – in free and open primaries – should have their voices silenced by an elite cabal because of an increasing fear that Biden will lose to Trump. Here’s how the alleged “explanatory journalism” site’s senior politics correspondent Andrew Prokop put it earlier this week:

President Biden made the historically rare decision Sunday to drop out of the 2024 presidential race, less than four months after being declared the Democratic Party’s presumptive nominee and days after a dismal debate showing. The 81-year-old president’s exit from the race – months before Election Day – comes after a debate performance against former President Donald Trump in which the incumbent appeared infirm and was at times incoherent – alarming Democratic donors and strategists. Biden’s withdrawal is expected to set off a free-for-all for the Democratic nomination for president.
