Many moons ago, while conservative pundits were blaming Sleepy Joe’s odd behavior on his brain aneurysm surgeries, I said, “No.” All we can clearly see is a narcissistic sociopath with a mixed pattern dementia in the early stages. Prefrontal dementia seemed to explain his hair sniffing and bursts of anger. Since I have not examined the Occupant of 1600 and am a real doctor, not one who plays a doctor on TV, I declined to go further. Calls for more videos fell on deaf ears.

The Peruvian government has taken a firm stand on the issue of gender identity. A new decree, signed by President Dina Boluarte, has officially classified transsexualism, nonbinary, and intersex conditions as “mental illnesses.”
Supreme Decree No. 009-2024-SA specifies “transsexualism” and “gender identity disorder in children” as mental health conditions, The Telegraph reported.
It further includes “dual-role transvestism, fetishist transvestism, egodystonic sexual orientation, and other gender identity disorders” in the same category. There is one key reason why President Biden is stubbornly insisting — despite calls from some fellow Democrats to step aside — that he will not drop out of his race for reelection: Jill Biden.
The first lady is clearly the driving force behind his stumbling, grumbling, bumbling, mumbling bid for a second term despite obvious signs that he is not up to the rigors of the world’s toughest job for four more years.
Jill hungrily appears to want to cling to the White House more tenaciously than Mr. Biden. She clearly loves the public spotlight and the perks of the office too much to let them go.
With each passing day, you learn something new, something that just reinforces what so many in conservative media and beyond have said about Joe Biden's mental acuity for four years now but were told they were being rude, resorting to gutter politics, and Orange Man Bad so shut up.
Over the last few days alone, we've learned some reporters have to use translation devices to be able to hear Biden when he starts mumbling. We've also found out that tensions between the Obama-Biden camps have only been made worse since the debate.
