Federal court rules COVID shots don’t

anti-mandate lawsuit

An appeals court ruled that mRNA COVID-19 shots do not prevent viral transmission and therefore that mandating COVID injections lacks legal basis. The United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit on Friday vacated the dismissal of a lawsuit against a California school district for mandating COVID shots, brought forth by the Health Freedom Defense Fund, California Educators for Medical freedom, and other plaintiffs. The Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD) had required that employees get the injections or “lose their jobs,” which the plaintiffs said “interfered with their fundamental right to refuse medical treatment,” the appeals court noted.

But Rachel Maddow said they did. And if I did not get a shot I was causing millions to perish. So if I got the shot I could still get covid and still spread covid. If I did not get the shot I could get covid and I could spread covid. I might, might get a more mild case of covid with the shot but I also might get a whole list of other medical problems. So where was the upside?

This is all an argument about semantics and has nothing to do with the effectiveness of the COVID-19 vaccine, which is the central medical claim of its manufacturers. A very limited set of vaccines like the measles vaccine are directly "sterilizing," meaning they kill the virus and "prevent" the transmission of any live virus. The COVID-19 vaccine prevents infection of the vaccinated host but does not directly sterilize the virus and "prevent" transmission. It does "reduce" transmission by minimizing the number of people who get it and then transmit the disease. There may be other Constitutional reasons why vaccine mandates are mistaken, but this lawsuit is based on a misunderstanding of basic virology.

The effectiveness of the vaccine should have nothing to do whether the mandates were legal. By setting up the argument this way they are giving the ok to mandate vaccines when they determine they are effective.

Two things... 1. Even if they WERE effective, nobody should be coerced into receiving them. If they work then only the people who say 'NO' will get COVID. Me? I'll take that bet. 2. If Lucianne shows me another ad showing seeds glued to someone's body I think I may just cut and run and never visit this site again. That and the pop-unders are horrible form.

I thought the aggressive government efforts to prevent Americans from posting, reading or even considering online information contrary to government narratives was necessary "for our own good." At this point, we can identify misinformation that our betters didn't hesitate to share, and at a time when ordinary Americans were not allowed to even discuss the possibility that much of "the science" was not fully understood nor even tested. Generations of Americans were protected by safe and effective traditional vaccinations. Americans understood that traditional vaccines worked by producing immunity. therefore creating what Dr. Fauci called a "dead end" for the virus. But curiously, in September of 2021, the CDC began to describe the Covid jab as "...a “preparation” which “stimulate[s] the body’s immune response." That may sound like semantics, but for some reason, "stimulating the body's immune response" stops short of claiming the body's response leads to immunity. FTA: Dr. Anthony Fauci himself declared numerous times that people who take the injections become “dead ends to the virus,” before later reversing himself, as others supporters of the COVID jabs have done, including Bill Gates.

A Texas prosecutor asked the state's highest criminal court on Tuesday to reverse a pardon granted by Governor Gregg Abbott to a former U.S. Army sergeant convicted of murder and sentenced to prison for fatally shooting a Black Lives Matter protester. Travis County District Attorney Jose Garza, a Democrat whose office tried the murder case, said he asked the state Court of Criminal Appeals for a special order, called a writ of mandamus, to overturn Abbott's action. Garza told a news briefing that Abbott violated the separation of powers doctrine of the state's constitution and failed to follow proper legal procedures in the way he pardoned Daniel Perry last month.
