You and What Army, ICC?

Original Article

The same day the Biden administration and European Union offered their condolences over the death of Iran's President Ebrahim Raisi, the "Butcher of Tehran," the chief prosecutor of the International Criminal Court, Karim Khan, sought the arrest of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and other Israeli war council members over imaginary war crimes. The first question we need to ask is: Karim Khan and what army? It's not worth taking a deep dive into the intricacies of law and war, because Hamas does not recognize any moral or legal restrictions on warfare and the ICC has no real jurisdiction over anyone, anyway. Khan says, "Nobody is above the law."

Karim Khan was born in the UK to a Pakistani father and British mother. He is a Muslim. I'm sure he is impartial to the number 1 Jew in the world who is kicking the rears of his fellow Muslims.

If these left wing idiots of the “ICC” actually issue warrants for the arrest of Bibi et al, we should immediately void the visas of all of them in addition to any other sanctions we can impose .

The ICC is trying to one-up Judge Merchan's court, but I'd rather have an ICC warrant out on me than a Mossad termination order.

Happy Friday, Gentle Readers (Snip) The Post Millennial notes that an 18-year-old Florida woman was surprised to find out that she was pregnant after being intimate with her boyfriend. Time magazine originally reported the story under this headline: "His Pregnancy Came as a Shock. Florida's Abortion Law Made it Harder.” Yes, you read that correctly. Jasper is a woman who identifies as a man. She has been taking testosterone, which gave her a deeper voice and facial hair and decreased her menstruation. It, of course, did not turn her into a man. She still had all of her original equipment and was perfectly capable of conceiving a child.

I've always found it difficult to understand how anyone who runs a business can support Democrats and their burdensome policies and regulations, yet many do and some industries in particular are the worst offenders. Well, it appears now that some are starting to wake up Silicon Valley investors, who have historically displayed staunch support for Democratic candidates, are bucking the trend this year by shifting allegiance away from President Biden and openly embracing former President Donald Trump. It's a bit of a surprising twist in this year's election, yet, completely understandable if you ask me. "Prominent moguls such as David Sacks, Chamath Palihapitiya, Marc Andreessen and Shaun

The High Art of Virtue Signaling 8 replies

Former Reagan speechwriter Peggy Noonan penned a quite insightful opinion piece years back in the Wall Street Journal. She discussed how it was de rigueur for Democrats to always drop into their rhetoric the deep concern they have for the poor; you know, the huddled masses yearning to be free. The phrase “virtue signaling” had not come into full vogue at that time, but that's exactly what it was. What do we mean by virtue signaling? It is when individuals or groups conspicuously exhibit their point of view on social issues. To be frank, virtue signaling is a non-taxing exercise

The Donald Trump New York City farce is on the way to being over. The prosecution (at least) rested after what would’ve been a disastrous performance by Michael Cohen in any other trial, but the standard rules don’t apply here because this is not actually a trial. This trial has nothing to do with law. It is a scummy attempt to frame a political opponent of the Democrats to keep him from winning an election against the desiccated old pervert in the White House. Normally, a jury would laugh this case out of court, except that it would never have been in court had the defendant been named Tronald Dump.

Nowhere is this clearer than with government efforts to fight climate change, an effort in vain if ever there was one. In Climate Change Weekly, I have detailed the high environmental costs and dangers to people that come with electric vehicles, wind turbines, and solar panels -- from fires, to the human and environmental impact of the mining and refining of the minerals necessary to produce and operate them,

The Pentagon said Tuesday that it believes none of the hundreds of tons of aid delivered over several days via a military-built pier in Gaza has made it to Palestinians. The pier, erected by the U.S. Army to ease the humanitarian crisis amid the Israel-Hamas war, was secured to the Gaza shoreline Thursday, and trucks began dropping off pallets of food ashore on Friday. But the United Nations reported difficulties moving the aid once it reached the shore, including an apparent ambush that reportedly turned deadly. Pentagon spokesman Maj. Gen. Pat Ryder told reporters Tuesday that more than 569 metric tons of aid had been delivered to Gaza via the pier,

The Libertarian Party on Sunday nominated party activist Chase Oliver for president, rejecting former President Donald Trump and Robert F. Kennedy Jr. after they each spoke at the party’s convention. Third parties have rarely been competitive in U.S. presidential elections and the Libertarian candidate four years ago won 1% of the vote. But the party’s decision is getting more attention this year due to the rematch between Trump and Democratic President Joe Biden, which could hinge again on small vote margins in a handful of contested states. “We did it! I am officially the presidential nominee,” Oliver posted Sunday on X, formerly Twitter. “It’s time to unify and move forward for liberty.”

Only about seven or eight had been built under the program by April — while the fossil fuel industry has been cashing in by lobbying to have the stations built at existing gas stations.
