RALEIGH, N.C. — Former president Donald Trump endorsed North Carolina Lt. Gov Mark Robinson for governor on Saturday, several months after the former president pledged to do so. At a rally at the Greensboro Coliseum Complex, the former president also compared Robinson, who is Black, to Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., the famed civil rights leader. He referred to Robinson as “Martin Luther King on steroids.” Trump said Robinson wasn’t sure how to respond when Trump compared him to the legendary civil rights leader, telling him: “I think you’re better than Martin Luther King. I think you are Martin Luther King times two.” “You should like it,” Trump said.

The Laken Riley case in Georgia has captured national media attention, along with the heinous spin liberals are chucking out there to divert attention away from illegal immigrant crime. Riley’s killer, Jose Ibarra, an illegal alien from Venezuela, entered the US in 2022 and was arrested twice before he committed this brutal homicide. In Washington, DC, an illegal alien is responsible for the shooting death of a two-year-old. These tragedies were preventable,

Attorney Terrence Bradley, the former partner of Nathan Wade, finally had to testify this week after trying to avoid doing so by claiming attorney-client privilege with Wade. As we noted, that didn't go particularly well for Bradley. While he relied a lot on the old saw that he couldn't remember during his testimony, he got busted saying, "oh, dang" when he was shown his texts with defense attorney Ashleigh Merchant. In those texts, he told her that the relationship between Fulton County (Georgia) DA Fani Willis and special prosecutor Nathan Wade began before they had claimed to the Court. Now during testimony, he said he was "speculating."

Joe Biden was heading out to Marine One to go to Camp David on Friday afternoon for yet another vacation. It also looked like he had other family members going with him. But Biden can't seem to tell the truth or keep his stories straight from one minute to the next, when it comes to the question of him and his son Hunter's business partners. For years, he has told us he never spoke to his son about his business. Then when the pictures of Joe meeting with Hunter's various business associates started dropping and some told their stories, Joe Biden's story was finally adjusted to him saying that he

American families struggling with high food prices due to inflation should eat cereal for dinner in order to save money, Kellogg’s CEO Gary Pilnick, who has an estimated net worth of $15.7 million, said. It’s no secret that American families are suffering due to inflation under the Biden administration. Kellogg’s CEO Gary Pilnick, a multi-millionaire, views the issue as a great opportunity to market his company’s brand, suggesting that cash-strapped families eat “cereal for dinner.” “The cereal category has always been quite affordable, and it tends to be a great destination when consumers are under pressure,” Pilnick told CNBC

Bill Maher skewered Joe Biden and his advisors for not dealing with the reality that the president's age is catching up with him, as he campaigns for a second term in office. Biden's age and mental acuity appears to be proving to be a problematic issue as the election looms with the majority of Americans, including Democrats, believing he's too old to run again for the presidency. The HBO Real Time host urged the 81-year-old Biden to 'lean into' his age and

Bryan Caplan, professor of economics in George Mason University’s excellent economics department, has a long article out today with the James Martin Center about the attempt to impose a mandatory “Just Societies” course for all students at George Mason starting next fall, and the course is a total ideological DEI wokefest. He also has a separate Substack article that goes into lengthy detail. Partly because Caplan blew the whistle on this Orwellian outrage, the course requirement is on hold for the moment, pending “review” by the administration. And naturally the DEI campus Stasi is threatening to “review” Prof. Caplan for this offense.

Florida Gov. In the video of the incident, which was released by "Climate Defiance" because self-immolation has become a fetish, you can see a man rush up to Manchin. He calls him an obscenity and proclaims "you have sold our futures" in an aggressive tone. That's when this happens.

Turkey has joined Saudi Arabia, Egypt and Jordan in condemning Israeli forces shooting desperately hungry Palestinians waiting for the delivery of aid, with the Turkish Foreign Ministry accusing Israel of using “starvation as a weapon of war in Gaza.” At least 115 Palestinians were killed and hundreds more wounded, the Health Ministry in Gaza said. Israeli troops apparently fired heavily into the crowd, as more than 80% of the wounded brought to one hospital had been struck by gunfire, the hospital’s chief said Friday. Israel said many of the dead were trampled in a chaotic crush for the food aid, and that its troops only fired when they felt endangered
