President Joe Biden Wednesday said he would never stop fighting for hardworking Americans as he put the spotlight on his debt cancellation efforts and ramps up his reelection campaign. He slammed MAGA Republicans and said even the Supreme Court could not stop him for helping hundreds of thousands of people saddled with years of debt. And he said he was not worried about further court challenges to his massive forgiveness program. It came hours after officials said they were automatically canceling federal student loans for nearly 153,000 borrowers as part of a faster repayment plan. It adds up to another $1.2 billion of $138 billion canceled so far.

In an effort to dismiss the claim that he couldn’t remember the year his son Beau died, President Joe Biden claimed he was simply angered because he was asked about it. Turns out, Biden lied. “Frankly, when I was asked the question, I thought to myself it wasn’t any of their damn business,” Biden said at a hurriedly arranged press conference early in February. Immediately, the media sprang into action attacking Special Counsel Robert Hur for bringing up Biden’s son. “Beyond the pale,” they said. “A setup from the start.” “What does that have to do with the retention of

Folks in the Biden White House are reportedly very angry with the New York Times for actually reporting on the issue of Biden’s age. This is an administration that is simply not used to any media coverage that could be considered negative. They have no idea how to deal with this because the media has been so friendly to them. It also says a lot about how important the New York Times is to the left. Politico reported: NYT publisher: White House ‘extremely upset’ on Biden age coverage..The New York Times Publisher A.G. Sulzberger said Monday that the White House is “extremely upset” about its coverage on President Joe Biden’s age but

Like all Rob Reiner movies, Rob Reiner’s documentary, God & Country: The Rise Of Christian Nationalism, didn’t just tank at the box office, it was humiliated. In 85 theaters, Reiner’s bigoted attack on Christians who dared to vote for Donald Trump earned just $38,415 over four days. As one website put it, that’s “averaging $451 [per] theater over four days, which is incredibly low.” If you assume it only had “one showing each day (and likely it had several), it brought in around 112 dollars a day, or ten people a day spread across however many showings.” What, you’re telling me people don’t want to see this guy’s face

The Disney Grooming Syndicate is blaming its string of box office flops on sexist fans, and I’m finding this nothing short of glorious: Everyone says “It’s the movies, stupid,” which is an easy thing for people to say. More appealing movies are a great way to jump the political issues. But more and more, our audience (or the segment of the audience that has been politicized) equate the perceived messaging in a film as a quality issue. They won’t say they find female empowerment distasteful in The Marvels or Star Wars the latest trilogy starring Daisy Ridley], but they will say they don’t like those movies because they are “bad.”

Chancellor Olaf Scholz caused a stir with an almost casual statement: "My goal is that we finance the expenditure for the Bundeswehr from the general budget once the special fund has expired," he told the Süddeutsche Zeitung daily a few days ago. The "special fund" is the €100 billion ($108 bn) established two years ago, after Russia's full-fledged invasion of Ukraine. The fund is a special loan taken out to strengthen the German military. Ammunition has been procured and expensive weapons systems have been ordered. Current estimates say that money will likely be used up by 2027.
