President Joe Biden Wednesday said he would never stop fighting for hardworking Americans as he put the spotlight on his debt cancellation efforts and ramps up his reelection campaign.
He slammed MAGA Republicans and said even the Supreme Court could not stop him for helping hundreds of thousands of people saddled with years of debt.
And he said he was not worried about further court challenges to his massive forgiveness program. It came hours after officials said they were automatically canceling federal student loans for nearly 153,000 borrowers as part of a faster repayment plan. It adds up to another $1.2 billion of $138 billion canceled so far.

Biden's crimes must be reversed by the courts. I think it is very likely to happen.

Nothing more than political bribe money for votes!
Taking from the hard-earned dollars of the American Taxpayer to those who should have honored their commitment to pay back their loans.
Those who DID pay back what the owned are seen a suckers for being honest!
What can the Supreme Court do to have a "check and balance" over the Vegetable's dictatorial, tyrannical, and treasonous actions?

If someone has less than 12k in student loans and have been paying for 10 years, they might have at the most 5k left on the loan. This is hardly enough to keep them from buying a house or achieving their dream. BTW their payment on the original loan is probably about $100 a month so they certainly could have worked a part time job and paid it off long ago.

Our system doesn't work if the Legislative branch doesn't do its job when the Executive branch ignores the rulings of the Judicial branch.

"No man is above the Law"
I just got an email from Navy Federal Credit Union, saying they have started a "New College loan Refinance Program", state/federal/private loans can be gathered, and refi'd, no fees, 1/4% discount.
Why would ANYONE refi or even make any payments on a college loan at this point?
What does this do to the credit rating of the Banks/Agencies that OWNED those loans Biden just "Stroke of the Penn'd " out of existence, Outstanding loans they owned make up the accounts receivable portion of their net worth and credit rating, borrowing capacity. What does this massive haircut do?

The Republicans need to start right now ads showing drunk college students on Spring Break and ask the viewers if they really want their tax money being used to pay off the loans of these clowns.

I don't see anyone filing court challenges to the latest moves.
I think the Biden lawyers are finding loopholes in the programs and are chipping away at the mountain of loan debt.

Lawlessness is contagious. The government hasn't figured out what the end result of lawlessness might be.

Chances are the way Biden operates there will be exceptions and waivers inserted in this Biden plan that will allow people who have not paid their loans, along with members of minority groups recognized in Democrat identity politics to have their student loans cancelled. It probably was not a good move for Biden to publicly belittle the US Supreme Court, but you have to take into consideration that these days Biden acts as if he is a dictator and does not appear to recognize up from down!

Biden's "forgiveness" actions are illegal. Only Congress has the power of the purse, and Biden is usurping their authority by illegally appropriating funds.
