A Georgia judge suggested that the credibility of a key witness in the case against Fulton County Fani Willis could be tainted because he appeared to violate sequestration rules before testifying at a hearing last week.
John Floyd, the father of Ms. Willis, was called in as a state’s witness to testify in favor of the embattled district attorney (snip)Ashleigh Merchant, a lawyer for the co-defendant who brought the motion against the district attorney, attempted to strike Mr. Floyd’s testimony after he said he was aware of Ms. Willis’s testimony from the previous day because the case is everywhere in the media and that he reads newspapers every day.

Well, at least the buglers of Fulton County now know of a tasty target in the area.

John Floyd........
"Floyd was a founding member in 1967, and at one point chairman, of the Black Panther Political Party,"
"Floyd, now 80, also called a prominent white politician of the era a “Texas cracker.”
"Floyd was also a close acquaintance of Huey P. Newton, the leader of the Black Panther Party, which was more militant than, but allied with, Floyd’s Black Panther Political Party."
"Floyd told the Bradley Center interviewer that he dated the civil rights activist Angela Davis in the late 1960s."

other issues involved as well...
He was scheduled for thurs testimony, and the defense team prepped and scheduled accordingly, then Thurs morning Willis's team stated to the court that Floyd was still detained in California and "Could not" appear.
When he finally did appear, he stated on the stand that he had returned to Atlanta on weds...They LIED.
He also testified that they had prepped him as to what had previously happened in the courtroom, and what to say, well above and beyond "merely watched the news/read the papers" violations of sequestration.
Also...Willis's compelled 9 Members of the Prosecution Team signed on to Wades "Outright denial of any personal relationships with ANYONE other than his wife, at ANY time in his marriage"(they are still married) from his divorce trial, and submitted that document to THIS court.
While they portray Bradley as somehow separate from the main case, thus only a witness protected by Privileged because of his function as a divorce attorney for Wade in this evidentiary hearing...he was contracted to work on the MAIN cases, long before even Wade was hired for them. He has a fiduciary obligation to THAT court case, that supersedes this mere sideshow of it. In fact one of his functions was to determine what evidence/witness might be "Tainted" and thus disallowed from providing evidence, or being used in those main cases. Personal knowledge of the Prosecution Team being "Tainted" is a BIG DEAL.
Finally...(or perhaps not finally, as more stuff is likely to come out) It seems Wade was also Bradleys attorney and some of Bradleys privilege claims might refer to THAT instead of the other way around, just as his agreement to leave the Law Practice, leaving $20k behind in an escrow account, may have been an "Inside the Partnership/NDA" sort of thing...and now that Wade/Willis have disclosed it THOSE privilege obligations disappear.

sure, he's a Black Panther but the most relevant item of his resume is that he's a full blooded, card carrying communist which makes him even more dangerous and devious than many other revolutionaries in our country today

#7 I saw Mr. Bradley give testimony that that $20,000 was left behind to cover an alleged sexual contact by him. I'm sure you know that, info for others who didn't know.

what in blazes is the 80yo bf of angela davis doing- prancing about, in and out of court-to no clear purpose?
where is the judge in all these sideshows?
is this about da fanny's problems w/ garden variety corruption, money laundering, and adultery allegations?
or,is this about election interference, with the wh n the gov's mansion pulling strings ?

In another article the Judge apparently said he wouldn't strike Daddy's testimony because it went to his credibility. Floyd's credibility was undercut by his own testimony.

Let’s stop wasting our time on this. Judge McAfee's mind is made up. Fani Willis will not be disqualified from her persecution of Trump. McAfee is as good as being in bed with her because of their long association in Fulton County politics. Color me surprised if he rules against her.
