The Walt Disney Company has been hit with a federal civil rights complaint alleging the company’s DEI policies are unlawful and discriminate against white American men, Christians, and Jews.

The Biden administration’s Justice Department filed a lawsuit Thursday against Tennessee’s aggravated prostitution law for people with HIV.
The law, which imposes tougher penalties for engaging in prostitution while knowingly infected with HIV, violates the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Justice Department claims in its lawsuit.
The department said Tennessee’s law elevates the crime simply “because the individual has HIV, regardless of any actual risk of harm.”

Special counsel Robert Hur will testify about his investigation into President Biden’s handling of classified documents in a public hearing before the House Judiciary Committee next month, a source familiar with the plans confirmed to National Review.
Hur, who released a more than 300-page report on his investigation last week, will testify before the committee on March 12, as the Washington Examiner first reported.

A Kansas City DJ and mother-of-two has been named as victim involved in the Kansas City Super Bowl parade shooting, which saw 22 shot.
The Kansas City Star first reported that Lisa Lopez-Galvan died in the shooting on Wednesday.
Close friends confirmed to the outlet that Lopez-Galvan died during surgery at a hospital for a gunshot wound to her abdomen. Three gunmen opened fire inside Union Station shortly after 3:30 pm on Wednesday, seconds after the team including Travis Kelce and Patrick Mahomes left the stage.
The team had been in the city celebrating their Super Bowl win on Sunday, when chaos erupted.
