In the ridiculous federal election interference case in D.C., President Trump’s attorneys argued to the DC Circuit appellate court that President Trump holds inherent constitutional immunity. In essence, because President Trump was acquitted by the Senate of claims he incited or instigated the January 6, 2021, events, lawyers arguing under the constitution that only impeached and removed presidents can be criminally prosecuted.(snip)In addition to the challenges within these core issues, the Lawfare approach by Jack Smith, Mary McCord and Andrew Weissmann, faces multiple additional hurdles. These are all issues that surface when Lawfare, the application of twisted legal theory intended to manipulate public opinion,

Is it simply coincidence that Democrats are suggesting that the “Wise Latina” retire so that Biden could nominate another leftist to SC in case Trump wins. With this SC vacancy dangled in front of Judge Tanya Chutkin in order keep her fully anti-Trump in the DC election interference trial of Trump. A trial now postponed while Trump’s immunity argument proceeds. And also hinted as a possibility in Trump’s Miami document trial and in NY, where NY State AG meets the color, gender and rabid anti-Trump requirements for SC.

Well look at it this way, if the Democrats, including the judge, allow this bogus law fare persecution of Trump to move forward now that there would be 50% chance that Trump could be found not guilty by a jury, thus ending the matter during the run up to the election with Trump looking good as a result. But if the case is postponed beyond the election the Democrats can use the matter of the stalled case to politically bad mouth and propagandize against Trump all the way up to the general election.

As much as we would love to believe that THIS TIME those aiming to "get Trump" will be defeated, they ALWAYS somehow seem to skirt around justice, fairness and the presumption of being i na state of innocent until prove guilty by a jury of our peers, the other side WILL NEVER GIVE UP.
No matter how flimsy or questionable the charge, the demonrat propaganda machine will keep pumping out FAKE stories to confuse regular low information Americans into believing that there must be something to the massive amount of crap flying flying at President Trump on an 365/24/7 spin cycle of innuendo.
As Yogi Berra once said, "It ain't over until its over".

They are trying to prosecute him for "Election Interference"...after the election, when he was calling out the actual Election Interference applied by Dems, media, social media, the justice dept, dept of state, and intelligence agencies BEFORE AND DURING the Election....the call it "Attempting to Overturn" an election that was not "Over" yet, and even though everything he and his supporters were trying to do was "Affirm" the true election numbers before the posted ones could be officially/legally Certified as "accepted".
They continue to call his accusations "Groundless and debunked" even after Wisconsin's supreme court and it's legislature have BOTH ruled that the election there was unlawfully run, illegally affirmed, and thus VOID.
Biden "Won" by less than 20,000votes of over 3Million cast, Trump won all but 2 congressional districts, including one thought to be solid blue and held by a Democrat, with a higher margin in all of them than any other candidate in history. Gathering the entire states 10 electoral votes.
The complaints about half a dozen states are similar...

Who pays Trump legal bills on this farce? That is part of the dim plan also, to bleed Trump of his campaign money.
