‘From the river to the sea,’ chant young middle-class Westerners. Yet many of them don’t even know which river and sea it is.
All over the Western world, armies of Left-wing students are marching in support of Palestine. Touching though it is to see the young taking an interest in politics, I find the ferocity of their passion somewhat curious. Not because these Western students live thousands of miles from Palestine. But because many of them seem to know next to nothing about it.

Pinal County, Arizona, Sheriff Mark Lamb claimed Saturday that after being asked to speak at a Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) event this summer, he was uninvited Friday because of his conservative politics.
"We were pretty disappointed by a call we got yesterday," Lamb said in a Twitter video on his "Mark Lamb for U.S. Senate" handle. "For those of you who don’t know, we lost our 22-year-old son our 11-month-old granddaughter and our soon-to-be daughter-in-law in a tragic car accident in December."
He added that the suspect who crashed into them has since been charged with DUI.

There was not a bit of sugarcoating, Sunday, from ABC News anchor George Stephanopoulos on a brand new poll from ABC and the Washington Post.
“This poll is just brutal for President Biden!” Stephanopoulos said.
Indeed, the silver linings were just about impossible to find for the White House. The poll put Biden’s approval rating at 36 percent — down 6 points from February and an all-time low in that particular survey. The survey also showed Biden getting trounced in a hypothetical 2024 matchup with former President Donald Trump, 45-38.

Cody Nobles hopes to study environmental science or marine biology at a college on a shoreline town, where he can observe ocean life firsthand.
But after his native Florida adopted legislation restricting LGBTQ rights, Nobles, who is gay, is planning to find a similar environment in a different political climate. The 19-year-old says he wouldn't have to worry as much about discrimination or even physical assault in California.

Twitter users recoiled after President Biden gave intimate details of his treatment in a medical facility Tuesday.
Biden was speaking about healthcare policy in Virginia Beach, Virginia, when he told a story about a nurse he said was named Pearl Nelson.
"She'd come in and do things I don't think you learn in nursing school," he said.
She'd whisper in my ear, I couldn't understand, but she'd whisper, and she'd lean down and actually breathe on me to make sure there was a human connection," Biden continued.

The Department of Justice (DOJ) has prosecuted at least two former federal employees for unlawfully retaining classified documents since President Joe Biden took office two years ago.
Federal prosecutors have charged an ex-FBI analyst and retired Air Force lieutenant colonel in two different cases after sensitive government materials were discovered at their respective homes.

Marc Elias and Minyon Moore, two longtime allies of Bill and Hillary Clinton who recently took up key roles with the national Black Lives Matter group, relinquished top spots with the embattled organization, according to new records filed just days before the group reveals what it did with the $90 million it raised in 2020.
The Black Lives Matter Global Network Foundation revealed in February that the Elias Law Group, Elias's namesake law firm, had taken control of its books and finances.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi fired back at Democratic California Gov. Gavin Newsom’s criticism of the his party on Sunday, saying she has been fighting for "decades" for abortion rights in Congress and that anyone who says otherwise is "unaware" of that fight.
During an appearance on "Face the Nation," Pelosi was asked to respond to Newsom, who blamed his own party for being too passive on the abortion issue after a leaked Supreme Court draft opinion threatened to overturn Roe v. Wade.

Pope Francis recently shocked many by positing parity between Vladimir Putin and Russia on one hand, and Ukraine and NATO on the other. The Holy Father insisted both are to blame for the raging war.
In stark contrast to the "Holy Alliance" of Saint John Paul II, Ronald Reagan, and Margaret Thatcher who deployed a brilliant strategy to defeat Soviet communism, Jorge Mario Bergoglio has been channeling his youthful leftism again in a bumbling effort to relate to Russia.

The Biden administration has, at long last, finally decided to follow the law — only just a bit. And it really doesn't want people to know about it either way, which is why the announcement was made on Good Friday afternoon. After refusing to comply with a court order requiring him to sell leases for oil and gas exploration on federal land last year, Biden is finally succumbing to the pressure of high gas prices. That's the good news. The bad news is that he is selling a mere fraction of the leases the government would normally sell. This probably belongs in the category of "better than nothing."

It’s a frustrating thing about wars: In addition to death, destruction and displacement, there’s also disruption to your European vacation plans.
At least that’s how Joy Behar of "The View" saw things Thursday.
The show’s panelists were discussing Russia’s invasion of Ukraine when Behar said she feared yet another missed travel opportunity after two years of the coronavirus pandemic.

“Operation Washout 2.0,” a law enforcement operation involving multiple agencies in Central Texas, resulted in the arrest of 250 individuals, including felons and gang members, and the seizure of weapons and narcotics, authorities announced Wednesday.
“Most these individuals were not your typical ‘outstanding citizens,’” said Robert Garmon, Supervisory Deputy U.S. Marshal.
Funded and led by the U.S. Marhals Service, the operation focused on countering gang activity in specific areas of McLennan, Bell and Coryell counties.
“This is what our citizens expect us to do is come together, put egos, attitudes, put all that away and come together and make our community safe,” said Todd Snyder, DPS Central Texas Regional Director.
Comments:
Neither do they know that 'Palestine' was not a country or a nationality. British Mandate Palestine ended in 1948, while that stupid flag they are waving wasn't concocted until 1964 and has never flown over the capital of the fictitious country of 'Palestine'. The people in question are Arabs. They are decendants from the Arab conquerors and colonizers from when the 7th Century caliphate was established. The Jews have inhabited the region since the late Bronze Age.
