More than 150 Iowa “faith leaders” have announced they are supporting Donald Trump in the state’s forthcoming caucuses. At the same time, Bob Vander Plaats, an influential Iowa evangelical leader, is supporting Ron DeSantis. Predictably, Donald Trump slammed Vander Plaats as a “scammer.” You stay classy, Donald. Could this suggest a division within evangelical circles? These endorsements came days before the release of Tim Alberta’s book “The Kingdom, The Power, And the Glory: American Evangelicals in an Age of Extremism.” Alberta, a writer for The Atlantic and other publications, and an evangelical Christian,

Approximately 32,000 babies in the U.S. were born this year that may have otherwise been aborted, according to a study from the Institute of Labor Economics (IZA).
The study was conducted after the fall of Roe v. Wade last summer — a 1973 Supreme Court decision that had invented the “right” to abortion. The purpose of the study was to figure out how post-Roe abortion bans are affecting fertility, with researchers using provisional state resident birth counts to estimate how births are changing in states that have outlawed abortion relative to pro-abortion states. “Our primary analysis indicates that in the first six months of 2023, births rose

On November 22, 2023 it was reported that a federal court in Pennsylvania changed the legal requirements for counting mail-in ballots by county boards of elections. When no-excuse mail-in balloting was permitted in Pennsylvania and elsewhere, we were told that such voting was secure and that safeguards would prohibit fraud. Doubters and skeptics are forcefully reminded that the 2020 election was the “most secure in history.” Last week’s court decision is one more example of the alleged safeguards being eroded. One year earlier the Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled that all mail-in ballots must be dated and must be rejected by county boards of election if the date is invalid.

A retired high-ranking health official revealed a Wuhan scientist secretly working on a Covid vaccine months before the pandemic broke out could have caused the global crisis and then been murdered for it.
Dr Robert Kadlec, who served in the Trump administration as an official in biodefense and epidemic response departments during the Covid-19 pandemic, revealed the coronavirus could have escaped a Wuhan lab at the hands of Chinese military scientist, Zhou Yusen, who was conducting risky research on live animals.
Dr Yusen was believed to be involved in SARS-related coronavirus animal vaccine research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology in the Summer or Fall of 2019,

Shocking new footage shows the moment a mass brawl broke out at a North Carolina high school, leaving one student dead and another in hospital.
One child, in a gray hoodie with a black jacket, backs another student in a red hoodie into a corner and then punches him repeatedly.
The pair run into the school gymnasium, followed by dozens of whooping and cheering students filming on their phones. A brawl ensues, with one student on the ground pulling out a knife and stabbing another in the leg and groin.

The United States has little grasp of how deep China's network of espionage and influence operations runs through the nation, a dire warning from Congress has revealed.
The Chinese Communist Party's (CCP) presence on American soil has already revealed itself in the network of secret police stations in major cities and the 'Little Red Classrooms' in kindergartens.
Now, members of the bipartisan House China Select Committee have released a memo detailing how the U.S. has failed to combat Beijing's infiltration - and it could get worse.

Prices of Christmas trees—both real and artificial—are the latest victims of extreme inflation, new market data revealed.
Data from the National Christmas Tree Association and the American Christmas Tree Association (ACTA) obtained by Fox Business shows that the cost of Christmas trees has increased ten percent from 2022, with the average price now between $80 and $100. Artificial trees have been hit the hardest by the price surge, as basic trees start at around $85 and go up to $1,000 or even more.

More than half of American voters expect the highly consequential 2024 presidential election to be marred with cheating and fraud and believe mail-in voting impedes election integrity, according to a recently conducted survey.
“How likely is it that the outcome of the 2024 presidential election will be affected by cheating?” Rasmussen Reports asked 1,029 voters on Nov. 13 to Nov. 15.
Fifty-six percent of respondents believe cheating is likely to affect the election results while 31 percent anticipate election fraud is “very likely” to skew the outcome.
Additionally, the survey found a majority of voters believe mail-in ballots facilitate voter fraud.

So far, Israel has released 117 prisoners and has allowed humanitarian aid to reach Gaza as part of the agreement. Hamas, for its part, has returned 58 hostages in total, with 39 being Israeli citizens. Before the temporary truce,

The number of illegal migrants known crossing into Germany has collapsed in just weeks after the government decided to try something new… border control.
Around 300 illegal migrants are detected crossing on average into Germany every day, down considerably from the roughly 700 a day a month ago, analysis of police figures in a German newspaper claims. The sudden change follows a new policy of border control from the nation’s ‘traffic light’ coalition government, dominated by the pro-open borders left-wing Social Democrats and the Green party, with some input from the free-market liberal Free Democrats.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu hosted Elon Musk on Monday to tour the horrors of the Oct. 7 massacre, specifically at Kibbutz Kfar Gaza, an Israeli community that borders Gaza.
Musk, who was wearing a dark suit with a bulletproof vest, joined Netanyahu and military officials, who were also wearing protective equipment, for a walk through the desolate community, still reeling from the massacre when 1,200 Israelis were killed in a single day. In the same attack, more than 240 hostages were dragged back into Gaza by the Hamas-led forces.
During Monday's visit, Musk met with victims’ families, heard from local community leaders and saw firsthand the destruction of the kibbutz.

The stance of the Arabs and Muslims is yet another indication of their disillusionment with the Palestinians in general and Iran's proxies -- Hamas, Hizballah and the Houthis -- in particular.
Countries such as Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Egypt and Jordan are as opposed to Hamas as they are to Israel. Hamas is another branch of the Muslim Brotherhood organization, which has long posed a threat to their national security.
In 2017, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, the United Arab Emirates and Bahrain cut ties with Qatar after accusing it of providing support for Islamist terrorists, including Hamas and the Taliban, as well as Iran.

One of the major reasons why Americans are divided and hostile toward each other is that we live in alternate universes.
Not literally, but functionally.
We have all seen the polls that show Americans have been losing trust in the MSM for a long time. Only 36% of Americans say they have a “great deal” or “fair amount” of trust in the MSM, but this fact hides an important distinction: the majority of Democrats trust the MSM, while Republicans have given up on getting anything remotely close to the truth from the MSM.
Republicans have earned their distrust not just because they are often lied about and can’t help but notice this fact,

In early October, I wrote a blog on a social media “fatfluencer” whose very serious demands for widened hotel hallways and extra airplane seats for the morbidly obese had rolled her into my sphere of awareness. The young woman, who is in her mid-twenties, was petitioning businesses to adopt a “customer-of-size policy” and urging private establishments to provide “size-inclusive” amenities so that ultra-fat people could enjoy the same things as everyone else.
But, at the time I penned the essay, I had no idea that in New York City, an ordinance of this very nature was already on the books, and now it’s gone into effect.

The American dream holds that every citizen of the United States has a fair opportunity to achieve equal measures of success and prosperity through hard work, determination, and initiative.
Intergenerational progress then ensures succeeding generations not only share in that success but build on it and will be better off than their parents. Two polls run counter to that perceived wisdom with more Americans despairing their hard work will deliver less and their children will not be better off than their forebears. The Wall Street Journal asked respondents whether they believe “the American Dream — that if you work hard you’ll get ahead — still holds true.”

I will try to explain this seemingly unexpected prediction.
From the 8th century B.C. to the middle of the last century, Jews have been persecuted and periodically expelled. Unlike many other peoples, who sometimes were also persecuted by their neighbors, the Jews until 1948 did not have their own country,

As the Academy Award-winning director of Schindler’s List and founder of the USC Shoah Foundation, which records the testimonials of Holocaust survivors, the Jewish Steven Spielberg has been surprisingly silent about the barbaric October 7 Hamas pogrom in Israel.
Silent about the 1,200-1,400 Jews who were raped, mutilated, and murdered. Silent about the thousands of Jews who were injured.
Silent about the hundreds of Jews taken hostage.

But Adams worsened the crisis by negotiating insane labor contracts — especially with the teachers union — that the city cannot afford.

The four-day halt in fighting, described by the Israel DefenceForces (IDF) as “an operational pause”, is scheduled to end on 7am on Tuesday if the agreed transfer of 50 hostages held by Hamas and others in Gaza goes to plan.
There is an expectation in many quarters that the pause will be extended for a few days, and the current agreement allows for an extra day’s truce for every 10 hostages Hamas is willing

Anyone still wondering why voters trust former President Trump more than President Biden on the economy should read what the White House posted on X about inflation last week: “Ahead of the holiday season, costs are down for everything from airline tickets and car rentals to toys and TVs.” Biden and his underlings continue to believe public disapproval of his disastrous economic performance can be improved with happy talk and cherry picked statistics. It assumes Americans can’t remember how much less the cost of living was when Biden was elected.

LONDON – Tens of thousands of people including former U.K. Prime Minister Boris Johnson gathered in London on Sunday for a march against antisemitism, a day after large crowds turned out for a pro-Palestinian rally.
Johnson was joined by U.K. Chief Rabbi Ephraim Mirvis and other senior government officials at the march to express solidarity with the Jewish community. Organizers billed it as the largest gathering against antisemitism in London for almost a century.
Marchers waved Israeli flags and Union Jacks, and held placards reading “Never Again Is Now” and “Zero Tolerance for Antisemites.”
