Legalizing Ballot Fraud in Pennsylvania

Original Article

Posted By: Imright, 11/27/2023 8:38:43 PM

On November 22, 2023 it was reported that a federal court in Pennsylvania changed the legal requirements for counting mail-in ballots by county boards of elections. When no-excuse mail-in balloting was permitted in Pennsylvania and elsewhere, we were told that such voting was secure and that safeguards would prohibit fraud. Doubters and skeptics are forcefully reminded that the 2020 election was the “most secure in history.” Last week’s court decision is one more example of the alleged safeguards being eroded. One year earlier the Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled that all mail-in ballots must be dated and must be rejected by county boards of election if the date is invalid.

A similar thing happened to Texas this summer about the time the legislative crooks impeached Paxton. I have not heard a word about it since.

Pennsylvania has hundreds of ways to cheat in elections and they have been implementing them for years. Mail-in ballots should be forbidden - period. Ballots received after midnight on voting day should be rejected. If somebody can't sign his name, get the date correct or is too stupid to get an ID card or a driver's license, screw him, he's too stupid to vote.

Like in 2020, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court is usurping the state legislature’s constitutional responsibility to set rules for voting. This issue needs to be brought up before the U. S. Supreme Court.

This is how they stole the 2020 election. Accepted invalid ballots as valid. It will happen again in 2024 because we were told to move on, must look forward, can't go back, etc. Nobody was held responsible. Nobody was prosecuted for these crimes, we just let them get away with it. And you better believe it will happen again. Biden will be re-elected.

#9 This was brought up before the U.S. Supreme Court, remember? U.S. Supreme Court Justice Alito ruled that the suspect ballots were to be segregated from the other ballots, but did PA leaders listen? No! They combined all of the ballots and gave the middle finger to Justice Alito! Outside of a miracle, Pennsylvania is lost to corruption. See the PA's Supreme Court for evidence. Lawless.

All Drop Boxes and Ballot Harvesting should be outlawed. They are an open invitation inviting ballot fraud. There is no way of proving the name on the ballot envelope is the person that filled out the ballot. There is no way of proving that the person that filled out the ballot was not “helped” or coerced to fill out the ballot counter to their wishes. This also applies, to some degree, to Mail-In ballots (as opposed to Absentee Ballots) that are sent to an address from a voter registration list. If the person has moved since registering, it might as well have been sent to “occupant.” Pennsylvania is slated to be voter fraud heaven.

The Colorado secretary of state will include former President Donald Trump on the 2024 Colorado primary ballot after Republicans filed an appeal to the Supreme Court. On Wednesday, the Colorado GOP filed an appeal with the U.S. Supreme Court after the state Supreme Court's decision to remove Trump from the primary ballot. Following the appeal, Colorado Secretary of State Jena Griswold announced that she will include Trump on the primary ballot on the Jan. 5 certification deadline, unless the U.S. Supreme Court affirms the lower court's ruling or declines to take up the case.

In late December 2020, President Trump made a call to Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger asking him to look at some of the items that were uncovered by his auditor. There was plenty of evidence for a competent auditor or any man of integrity to know that the election was uncertifiable. Secretary of State Brad Raffensberger’s office secretly recorded the phone call with President Trump, then lied about its contents later when they leaked it to the far-left Washington Post. Raffensperger’s office ran to the Washington Post and leaked a fraudulent transcript of the call.
