DAYTON, OH – On Wednesday, October 25th, Womens Med Dayton, Dayton’s remaining abortion facility, had another ambulance call to 911. The patient was a 33-year old female experiencing bleeding from a “complicated procedure.” This facility performs approximately 61 abortions every week in Montgomery County, according the 2022 annual Ohio Abortion Report.[Snip]“...Year after year, women are hospitalized and babies die at the hands of their abortionists.” “Clearly this is another reason to stop Issue 1. Women need these current protections in place, now more than ever. Why would we allow these facilities to operate without oversight? Ohioans need to protect women by voting NO on Issue 1.” says Christie.

PHOENIX -- The Texas Rangers spent seven months of this season terrorizing opponents with a menacing offense that feasted on home runs and hardly ever let up. The first night of November showcased the other aspects that make them dominant -- gritty starting pitching, sound defense and a lineup versatile enough to manufacture runs when needed. It sealed them a title.
The Rangers defeated the upstart, underdog Arizona Diamondbacks in front of a soldout Chase Field crowd, 5-0, in Game 5 of the World Series on Wednesday, clinching the first championship in the 63-year history of their franchise. President Joe Biden’s administration is now advising schools across the United States to keep the overdose reversal drug naloxone, commonly known as Narcan, in stock amid a surging number of fentanyl deaths among American children.
In a letter to the nation’s school systems, Biden and Education Department Secretary Miguel Cardona ask administrators to begin carrying naloxone and train teachers on how to administer the drug when a student is overdosing or being poisoned by fentanyl.
“In the midst of this fentanyl overdose epidemic, it is important to focus on measures to prevent youth drug use and ensure that every school has naloxone and has prepared its students and faculty

The Democratic mayors of Chicago, Denver, Houston, Los Angeles and New York say they are ready to travel to meet President Joe Biden next week as they press for $5 billion in funding to help cope with the surge in migrants arriving in their cities.
In a letter released Wednesday, they say they are having to get by with little help from his administration.
Such is the urgency, that they are proposing to travel to Washington, D.C., for a crisis meeting within days. In the meantime, migrants are sleeping in police station foyers in Chicago. In New York, a cruise ship terminal was turned into a shelter.

The House voted down a measure seeking to censure Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI), dealing a blow to conservative Republicans who sought to punish the Michigan Democrat over accusations of antisemitic behavior related to comments she made about Israel last month.
Lawmakers voted 222-186 to table the motion, overcoming the simple majority vote needed to kill the vote on the House floor. The measure failed after 23 Republicans joined all Democrats in tabling the motion, pushing it past the 217-vote threshold. Republicans who voted to table the motion include Reps. Former congressman Adam Kinzinger has a new book out for Halloween titled Renegade. This implies he’s a daring rebel against Republicans, instead of simply switching parties. In some dictionaries, “renegade” is defined as “a person who abandons a cause or organization, usually without right,” like a “mutineer.” That fits.
When asked by liberal interviewers, Kinzinger volunteers he voted for Democrats in the midterms and will vote for Biden and Democrats in 2024. He says it’s a simple decision between democracy (Democrats) or authoritarianism (Republicans). That fits the Democrat narrative perfectly.
He'll claim he's still a Republican.

Denver— The effort to ban former President Donald Trump from the ballot under the Constitution’s “insurrection clause” turned to distant history on Wednesday, when a law professor testified about how the post-Civil War provision was indeed intended to apply to presidential candidates.
Gerard Magliocca, of Indiana University, said there was scant scholarship on Section Three of the 14th Amendment when he began researching it in late 2020. He testified that he uncovered evidence in 150-year-old court rulings, congressional testimony and presidential executive orders that it applied to presidents and to those who simply encouraged an insurrection rather than physically participated in one.

The most important thing to know is that London is 15% Muslim. That’s far from a majority, but Muslims need a lot of what the Nazis used to call “Lebensraum”—that is, territory where they dominate the local population. Flexing their muscles, they act as if 15% is a majority and the general population, made ignorant by leftism and scared by the threat of jihad, accepts its status as a minority. If you understand these principles, you will appreciate the different approaches the London police have to things that call for Jewish genocide (that’s fine) and things that offend Muslim sensibilities (that’s bad, very, very bad).

According to one estimate I have seen, in 1973 there were only about 13,000 children being homeschooled. Today the number is over 5 million—and may be much higher, as many states do not track the numbers very carefully.
The Washington Post has noticed, and you can tell they are worried about it. (The left has always hated homeschooling, and the teachers unions rightly understand what a threat homeschooling is to their gravy train, as most public schools derive their revenue by how many students are enrolled.)

President Biden is facing growing concerns among independent voters as polling shows lackluster approval from a key group in deciding who wins the White House.
A Gallup poll released last week shows Biden’s approval rating among independents fell 4 points in the past month to 35 percent. The report noted the president’s approval has been “generally weak” with that group since July 2021 — after he logged 61 percent approval from independents at the start of his term.“The independent vote just becomes more and more important in every cycle. And it can really make a margin,” said Democratic strategist Jon Reinish.

The entire world knows that Biden’s administration is for sale. From foreign governments to America’s tech and defense sectors, the money will stay flowing so long as Biden’s policies stay favorable to them. This is a running theme in nearly every chapter of my latest New York Times bestselling investigative book, Breaking Biden.

Of course he does. Because even the most entrenched ideological Attorney General can see the absurdity of pushing the “new democratic norms” to the scale of jailing the leading presidential candidate in the United States.
During the opening segment of an interview with Obama “wingman” Eric Holder, the former attorney general admitted there is no likely scenario where DC Judge Tanya Chutkan would jail President Trump for violating a transparently motivated gag order.
Then again, this is Lawfare not necessarily any constitutional application of law.

I've written a lot lately about the allegations that a low-level staffer with the Michigan Wolverines football team had the task of stealing the signals of rival teams in order to gain an advantage against them. We initially learned that the original allegations were that Wolverines staffer Connor Stalions spied on Big Ten teams, but the circle of teams that he reportedly sought to spy on continues to grow.
Over the weekend, a former Division III coach came forward saying that Stalions paid him to spy on Michigan's opponents. The anonymous coach told ESPN that Stalions offered him money to video the signals from teams that played against the Wolverines.

One of the most poorly informed debates in the media coverage of war is the concept of "proportionality." The average person understands it as a kind of transaction. If X kills N citizens of Y, then Y can fairly retaliate by killing N*(1+i) citizens of X, i being a penalty. But what it really means according to the Red Cross is it prohibits attacks against military objectives which are “expected to cause incidental loss of ... civilian objects ... which would be excessive in relation to the concrete and direct military advantage anticipated.” It might be restated this way: disproportionate acts are operations of war that are not worth it.

The news these post-pogrom days is filled with stories of Jews objecting to actions committed in the name of leftism.
The left’s darling of the Mideast – Hamas – ransacked towns in the Jewish homeland established by the United Nations 75 years ago, in a display of rape and pillaging unmatched since the Dark Ages.
Maniacal, drug-infused, Jew-hating, Hitlerian crazies raped, beheaded, murdered and burned alive Jewish civilians, took others hostage for display, torture and execution, and filmed their carnage to proudly post on the internet. At least Genghis Khan didn’t post on the internet.

President Joe Biden said he 'bounced a few checks' when he was younger and joked that it was 'hard' to retreive old bank records at a White House event Tuesday debuting new rules to ban junk fees associated with retirement accounts.
Biden was ripping into banks and credit unions for their fees when he made the eyebrow-raising comment about bank records.
It comes after House Republicans last month subpoenaed the president and son Hunter's personal and business banking records, in an attempt to connect the elder Biden to his drug-addicted son's foreign business deals in Ukraine and China.

Donald and Melania Trump joined a raucous Halloween party at Mar-a-Lago last night as they stepped out in public for the first time in seven months.
Making a grand entrance to Metallica's metal hit 'Enter Sandman', Trump chose not to dress up, wearing a suit and traditional red tie as he gave a thumbs up to the cheering crowd.
Melania donned a black dress paired with a neck choker and stilettos, waving at the resort's guests while Trump could be seen pointing to one attendee and declaring: 'There you go!' Her appearance comes as a surprise to many, with the former First Lady notably absent from

US Secretary of State Antony Blinken said Tuesday that a “revitalized” Palestinian Authority should retake control of Gaza if Israel succeeds in its goal of toppling Hamas, but that regional partners and international agencies could play an interim role. The comments by Blinken during testimony before the Senate Appropriations Committee marked the first time the Biden administration has publicly declared its desire for the PA to return to the Gaza Strip, after privately raising the idea with regional partners since the outbreak of the Israel-Hamas war. “At some point, what would make the most sense would be for an

Now that they can’t use COVID to scare the public into submission, Democrats – from President Joe Biden on down – are working on Plan B. Shouting “Democracy is at risk!” every chance they get.
That’s become the default line for the left. This weekend, when CBS News reporter Bill Whitaker asked Vice President Kamala Harris about the possibility of Biden dying in office, her response was: “Let me just tell you, I’m focused on the job. Our democracy is on the line, Bill. And I frankly in my head do not have time for parlor games when we have a president

Higher campaign contribution maximums that were enacted earlier this year allowed candidates in five of the state’s most competitive legislative districts to collect more than $1 million from donations that would have been barred under previous caps, a New Jersey Monitor analysis found.
Signed in July, the Elections Transparency Act doubled limits on donations to candidates from individuals or businesses to $5,200 and made similar increases to caps on contributions from political action committees and other candidates, raising them from $8,200 to $16,400.
This year’s general elections are the first contests run under the new contribution limits. All 120 legislative seats are on the ballot.

MANCHESTER, N.H. – Democratic Rep. Dean Phillips - who's primary challenging President Biden - is pushing back against criticism from a top Biden ally that he's being disrespectful to Black voters.
And the moderate three-term congressman from Minnesota who launched his 2024 White House run last week charged - as he answered a question from Fox News Digital - that those who are attacking him are fueling a "political conversation that's dividing the country right now."

At the recent European Summit in Brussels, the heads of state and government did not make the call for "humanitarian pauses" conditional on the release of the Israeli and foreign hostages held in Gaza by Hamas.
Thirty-five French citizens were murdered by Hamas on October 7, and nine others are being held hostage (among approximately 230 hostages), but France wants to provide aid to those who are holding them?
Unsurprisingly, according to reports, Hamas has been hoarding the food and medicine intended for the suffering people of Gaza... Cement for "rebuilding Gaza" has instead been diverted to building attack tunnels, and water pipes from the European Union are made into rockets.

Andy Kim is trying to do something rare in New Jersey politics: win by casting himself as a soft-spoken outsider.
In a state known for its brass-knuckle campaign tactics, its machine-dominated politics and no shortage of characters tainted by dubious ethics or outright corruption, he’s betting voters will see his run for Senate as something entirely new. “I get it, I’m not central casting of what someone imagines a New Jersey Democrat or politician looking like,” Kim said in an interview with POLITICO. “That’s what I thought would be my biggest weakness, but it’s actually turned out to be my biggest strength.”

Sen. Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) spoke the plain truth about the nearly 500 Americans in Gaza not being allowed to leave by Hamas: They are being held hostage by the Islamist Palestinian terrorist group. The nearly 500 are in addition to the “less than ten” Americans known to have been taken hostage in the October 7 terror attack by Hamas on Israel. The Biden administration has said Hamas has been making demands for their release that the U.S. is not prepared to meet.
Only two American have been allowed to leave Hamas-controlled Gaza since the October 7 attack that saw 1,400 Israelis and 33 Americans killed.

Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas revealed on Tuesday that 600,000 migrants evaded apprehension this year alone as they illegally crossed the border into the U.S.
Additionally, Mayorkas did not have information readily available on whether the 169 terror watch list members who illegally crossed the southern border were in jail or deported.
Sen. Roger Marshall (R-Kan.) asked President Joe Biden's DHS head during a hearing Tuesday the recorded number of illegal border crossers who were able to evade his agents in the last year. He also asked about the status of terror watch list individuals.

A leader of a 5,000-strong migrant caravan heading towards the U.S. border has claimed that Latin American nations are 'ganging up' on the Biden administration and creating artificial problems, in order to extract money from Washington DC.
Irineo Mujica, a U.S. citizen who describes himself as a human rights defender, told Real America's Voice he was 'shocked' that Joe Biden was being played by Mexico's president and other regional leaders, and said the White House 'has a lot to learn'.
Mujica repeatedly said Biden has 'dropped the ball', and said he preferred Donald Trump because his policy on the border was clear.

Three weeks ago, the media marveled at the meltdown within the Republican Party over the House Speaker self-imposed disaster. Now that the House GOP has managed to stop shooting themselves in the foot, however, the potential for a collapse of the coalition has suddenly become more acute across the aisle. Will Democrats split and collapse over the war Hamas launched on Israel?
As Molly Ball writes for the Wall Street Journal, right now the battle between progressives and liberals, and Jews and everyone else in the Democrat coalition, looks far more serious and much more difficult to resolve:
To many on the left, the Israel-Hamas war is spurring what feels like

More than 200 faculty members at Columbia University said Tuesday they were “appalled by the spate of antisemitic incidents” on the Manhattan campus, a day after scores of their colleagues signed a letter defending students who supported Hamas’ brutal Oct. 7 terror attack.
The new letter came after Jewish students rallied on campus to blast the administration’s “inaction” on what they called an “unsafe” atmosphere in the weeks since the attack, due to at least one attack on an Israeli student, death threats and rampant hate speech and vandalism. While the faculty members agree “there should be robust debate about complex and difficult ,

Ithaca, N.Y. — A Cornell University junior was charged Tuesday with making threats against Jewish students on campus.
Patrick Dai, 21, of Pittsford, posted threats on Sunday to shoot up a multicultural dining room on campus to an online discussion site, prosecutors from the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of New York said in a news release Tuesday night.
The dining room, 104West!, serves food that meets Kosher, Halal and other religious guidelines. It’s next to the university’s Center for Jewish Living, where several dozen Jewish students live on campus.
Dai also called for the deaths of Jewish people and threatened
