The Irony of Democrat Bob Menendez Indictment

The funny thing about the Democratic Party is that they feel they are above the law and have no issue throwing Republicans under the bus for the same crimes they have committed. In a twist of events, Democrat Sen. Bob Menendez (D-N.J.) was recently indicted on international corruption charges after once claiming that former President Trump was “compromised” by Russia. In February 2019, Menendez expressed his concerns on the Senate floor over Trump’s potential connection with Russian leaders. “Over the last two years, many of us have grappled with a very difficult question about our President.

It is probably intended as a combo of a distraction with, well, you see --- everyone does it, it's no big deal.

Most telling is.... This is not the 1st time Menendez has/had been indicted for corruption and selling his office, Prior times had led to a Hung Jury, and teams of "Party Prosecutors" who declined to try him again. It appears he was only emboldened rather than learning a lesson and at least trying harder to hide it. There is also ZERO degrees of separation between Hunter's businesses/clients and Menendez's office/patrons, with communications both ways numerous times. ANY politician, anywhere, that allows proximity to fat envelopes of cash, loose gemstones, gifted automobiles, or stacks of gold bars is DIRTY. Any that also 'serve' as Chairs on Foreign Relations, Intelligence, or Defense committees is the WORST kind of Dirty.(Dirty Dems on Labor/Social Services is just a Given, but they don't get cash...just campaign workers, and voting blocks turned out, the money all goes the OTHER way)

America has been in a veritable cultural revolution since the 1960s. Nearly all our major institutions finally became woke—the administrative state, traditional and social media, universities, K-12, the corporate boardroom, entertainment, professional sports, and the foundations. So the Obama and the Biden administrations finally seemed to have achieved their aims, in what the Obamas once boasted would be the “fundamental transformation” of America into something unrecognizable by its Founders. But what they gave us was nihilism—the destruction of norms, laws, and customs. There is no border, no criminal justice system, no real president any more.
Merrick Garland’s folly 5 replies

This past week AG Merrick Garland testified before the judicial committee of the US House of Representatives. Garland provocatively and erroneously declared that he was not the president’s attorney nor was he the Congress’s prosecutor. Garland sanctimoniously declared that he and his DoJ served only the American people. My understanding of our U.S. Constitution is that it is very clear that AG Garland, like DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas and all other officers of the cabinet, are appointed by the president and by extension ‘shall take care’ to faithfully execute our laws. President Biden from the earliest days of his administration has tried to create a ruse by declaring a split

This story originally was published by Real Clear Wire By Jay Bhattacharya Real Clear Wire On May 15, 1970, the New York Times published an article by esteemed Russia scholar Albert Parry detailing how Soviet dissident intellectuals were covertly passing forbidden ideas around to each other on handcrafted, typewritten documents called samizdat. Here is the beginning of that seminal story: S Censorship existed even before literature, say the Russians. And, we may add, censorship being older, literature has to be craftier. Hence, the new and remarkably viable underground press in the Soviet Union called samizdat.

Should RFK, Jr. run for President on the Democrat ticket or move to a third-party ticket like Teddy Roosevelt did? Even as President Joe Biden leads in the 2024 primaries, Democrat presidential contender Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has higher favorability and lower unfavorability numbers than either President Joe Biden and former President Donald Trump, (Trump 43%, Biden 41%, RFK, Jr. 14% unfavorability) according to a new poll by The Economist/YouGov. Rasmussen reports that a survey also revealed that twenty-five percent (25%) of likely Democrat voters would vote for RFK Jr. in the 2023 primaries for President. Three percent (3%) of Democrats favor author Marianne Williamson in the primaries,

As I sit back and watch the 2024 GOP race unfold, I have one simple question for Republican primary voters to ponder before they head to the polls early next year. The question is not meant to be rhetorical, nor is it meant to be tongue in cheek. As the race currently stands, former President Trump is leading every single Republican candidate — in every publicly available poll, at both the national and state level, by a considerable margin.

In the leftist lexicon, preventing gun violence is code for “gun control.” That’s why we should all view with deep suspicion the report that the White House is creating an office that will focus on “preventing” gun violence. Since the White House’s policies all encourage gun violence, the only avenue left to the White House to “curb” this violence is to grab guns from law-abiding citizens. If you read the article at The Hill, you see that, while it talks constantly about how the White House, congresscritters, and various groups dedicated to ending gun violence are excited about this office to end gun violence, the article is silent about anything concrete.

This is one very evil little man. No wonder Barack Obama wanted him on the US Supreme Court! After indicting the leading presidential candidate in America on bogus, manufactured, partisan charges Merrick Garland had the nerve on Wednesday to compare his ancestors fleeing Eastern Europe during the Holocaust to his lawless targeting, indicting and imprisoning of conservative Americans. Here is an example of lawless Merrick Garland’s record of tyranny: ** Hired a political hitman to take out Donald Trump. ** Launched a Special Counsel to investigate President Trump’s handling of classified documents
The Evolution of the American Police State 11 replies

With the unconscionable persecution of the January 6th protesters, the unabashed government censorship of speech, the weaponization of federal intelligence and law enforcement agencies, and the egregious abuse of presidential executive orders and emergency declarations, the American police state is no longer a hypothetical possibility but an increasingly indisputable reality. While imperceptibly evolving over many decades, the emergence of the American police state was significantly accelerated with the overreaction to the September 11, 2001 terror attack. Even more important was the Covid 19 pandemic that dramatically increased the momentum toward a police state as once a people are terrorized it is easy to impose a police state on them.

The U.S. Senate, once known as the “world’s greatest deliberative body,” will now permit its members to grace its chamber floor wearing whatever clothes—no matter how casual or unprofessional—they happen to fancy on any given day. Following Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer’s, D-N.Y., decision earlier this week to have the sergeant-at-arms cease enforcing the Senate’s long-standing dress code, senators might be forgiven for trading in their traditional Brooks Brothers wares for that most chic of modern haberdashers: the local homeless shelter. There is one reason and one reason only for Schumer’s distasteful change in policy: The brain-damaged and cartoon-villain-resembling junior Democratic senator from Pennsylvania, John Fetterman,

The Biden Administration has ordered a German homeschool family, who came to America legally, to leave the country. The move comes as the White House has turned a blind eye to millions of illegals invading the southern border. The Romeike family was forced to flee Germany in 2008 after they were persecuted by the government for homeschooling their children. The Germans levied fines against the family and threatened to take away their children. I documented the plight of the family for years when I was working at Fox News. Uwe and Hannelore Romeike and their five children eventually settled in eastern Tennessee and were granted indefinite deferred action status.

It will air in Hannity’s time slot that night. The debate will be 90 minutes. The two governors have a contentious relationship, to understate the relationship. Newsom began attacking DeSantis even before DeSantis entered the Republican presidential primary. So, Hannity challenged the two to a debate.
