Today is a new low for an America that is being dragged through every humiliation, in its re-christening as a thoroughgoing Banana Republic. (snip) So I wondered a month ago, as wind soughed softly on that warm New Jersey evening: why is he doing this? As he often notes himself — he has a great life, and he does not need to run again. And I could not help, though it was against every conditioned reflex of many years, considering: Maybe he is doing this because he loves his country.

Can't predict the future. But, it would seem reasonable to delay any trials until after the 2024 election. Even if PT were convicted the conviction will be appealed and probably overturned. While Fat Fanny Weasel is wasting tax money harassing PT the county the witch is supposed to be the DA in is saturated with crime.

Just take the red pill Naomi. You have it in your hand.
Isn’t it amazing what you learn when you allow yourself to have an open mind. We see many former democrats turning away from their party because they cannot unsee what is thrown in their faces every day. It begins to take root and before you know it, you question everything and want more information.

Naomi Wolf has always been a great read to me. At least she says things no liberals will ever admit. Like being brainwashed to hate Trump. And questioning that.

Naomi Wolf is a brave truth-teller, at her own expense. This seems to have come right out of her flesh. I have to admit I am also dreaming of a Trump-RFK ticket. i just hear music in the distance when I think of it. RFK' s faults are not that bad to me. He is not pro-life, but that issue is not federal any more. He wants to compel people about climate alarmism but that issue is going away. Oh yes it is.

We read a lot lately about how our country is becoming a banana republic. We have more than one example to prove that's true; the horrendous treatment received by the J6 prisoners, the contorted legal procedures President Trump has been put through, the conditions of our cities, and on and on, but after watching and reading about the situation in Maui, I think we are in worse shape than being a banana republic. It seems as if our country has lost its soul. At least a lot of people are waking up to how our country is deteriorating and trying to do whatever they can to correct what's wrong, but what happened in Maui? How can all those people, especially the children, be allowed to die like human sacrifice with all the resources that should have been made available to them? If there are people in charge who do not know what to do in a crisis, then those people should have stepped aside, and someone else take the helm. And if the people in Maui - especially in Lahaina, were being prevented from saving their own lives, then those outside of the fire's range should have got on their phones, called the naval base, turned off the electricity, done a million things that were so simple and still not done. The elites who are supposed to be in charge in this country live right next door to those poor people who were allowed to die with thier children in their cars because there was a traffic jam. If we are in a spiritual war, the forces of evil won in Maui.
And if the Impeachment Inquiry is not begun after listening to and watching the President finally arrive in Maui to "console" the people, then McCarthy should step aside.

This should be a MUST READ.
She explains things well, and Trump would be wise to remember this article, particularly the two items with regards to Megan Kelly and the Billy Bush tapes.
As Naomi mentions, it could go a very long way to mending the fence with the suburban women, in particular.

Trump is no more vulgar than the bidet who said "this is a big fqing deal!" on national TV. But that had been all but forgotten as the media quickly buries any dim faux pas. Had a conservative uttered such it would be reported on constantly. Naomi acknowledges Trump doesn't treat some women any different than men. Challenge him and the gloves come off. I am never surprised when b@ll busting equality seeking feminists are offended when men actually treat them like equals. They often turn to the fragile mewling "picking on a poor little woman" mode. If they want to be equals then they need to "man up".
