So why has atmospheric water vapor increased so dramatically?

And of course, any time a conservative puts pen to paper or takes to a keyboard to tackle the issue, they are automatically accused of being racist. Then again, a conservative could write about a recipe for a tuna casserole and be accused of being racist. So I guess that point is moot.

At least, that's the inspiration that struck two law professors who propose qualified immunity for enforcing even overtly unconstitutional gun control measures. While the duo sees the idea as much as a means of weakening officials' protections from liability as for promoting restrictions on private arms, it's a dangerous innovation that could entrench authoritarianism.

Until the era of Barack Obama and Eric Holder, the efforts of the community activists were to excuse and absolve the transparently guilty. It was only when Barack Obama and Eric Holder moved into office that things changed; the inflection point was achieved. What we now consider the weaponization of the DOJ is actually the outcome of Main Justice merging with community activism. Instead of the long-standing method of absolving the transparently guilty, the justice system was repurposed to accuse the transparently innocent. Only one voice noticed the changed activity as it was taking place and called my attention to it, that voice was author Jack Cashill.

In New Jersey, they stay in the dark. See, they elected this lieutanant governor, who served as the acting governor, and well, she died. Here's what the Associated Press reported: TRENTON, New Jersey -- Lt. Gov. Sheila Oliver, who rose to become one of New Jersey's most prominent Black leaders and passionately advocated for revitalizing cities and against gun violence, died Tuesday after a sudden illness. She was 71. No cause of death was given, according to a statement from her family issued by Gov. Phil Murphy 's office. Oliver was serving as acting governor while Murphy and his family are on vacation in Italy.

It seems that the sexually lurid fantasies of Tarek bin Zayid, a renowned jihadist who spearheaded the conquest of Spain in the eighth century, have finally been fulfilled. When Tarek and thousands of other North African Muslim marauders first landed on the southernmost tip of Spain in A.D. 711, Tarek sought to further entice the men, who were already lusting after booty and plunder, by citing the women of Spain, who were supposedly waiting to welcome the Muslims with open arms. Donald Trump Jr. has hit out at the indictment of his father on charges related to the Jan 6, 2021, attack on the Capitol, claiming the timing of the criminal case amounts to election interference. 'Because he's leading in the polls,' Trump Jr. told Newsmax anchor Rob Schmitt. 'Because they're afraid of him becoming president and dismantling the uni-party, dismantling the deep state. I don't believe in this level of coincidence anymore.' Donald Trump was indicted on felony charges Tuesday for working to overturn the results of the 2020 election, with the Justice Department acting to hold him accountable for an unprecedented effort to block the peaceful transfer of presidential power

Rudy Giuliani got emotional in an interview on Tuesday night, waving around the federal indictment against Donald Trump and banging it onto his desk, as he railed against special counsel Jack Smith and defended the former president. 'This this indictment is an outrage,' Giuliani said during an interview with Newsmax's Eric Bolling. 'These crimes, these are very, very vague crimes.' And he delivered a message to Smith as he raged on, slamming down the 45-page indictment to emphasize his point: 'This one will be your legacy. Crackdowns on religious — that is, Christian — freedom in America are growing. Over the weekend, a group of Christians protested a so-called “trans” event targeting children in Wisconsin. But once they began to read and quote from the Bible, police quickly moved into action, detaining, handcuffing, and arresting. The incident was videotaped. One speaker can be heard saying, “You guys are acting like thugs” to the police as they arrest a young man who is reading from the Bible.

How do you tell Hunter Biden’s lawyers apart from his prosecutors? That was the confusing question that Judge Maryellen Noreika had to grapple with while unpacking a plea deal in which prosecutors buried an agreement that gave Hunter immunity from prosecution that had been written to avoid judicial scrutiny. Why would prosecutors write a plea deal for Hunter that one of them admitted to Judge Noreika had no precedent? The rejected plea deal was unprecedented because prosecutors and defense attorneys were unprecedentedly working for the same team. But that’s what happens when the Justice Department pretends to be investigating the president’s son with his dad’s reelection on the line.

The report by Special Counsel John Durham makes clear beyond a shred of doubt that the Russia Hoax was the most atrocious weaponization of our government in American history. It was a crime like no other. Seven years ago, I ran for office taking on all the most corrupt forces and entrenched interests in our nation's capital. My agenda was an existential threat to a Washington establishment that got rich and powerful bleeding America dry.

The Biden Administration has clearly given up on the idea that the federal government exists to do anything but satisfy Joe Biden’s whims. So why not get it over with? Throw Donald Trump in jail without due process, construct reeducation camps, and rename the FBI the Stasi? In less than 1 week the administration has shredded the already tattered reputation of the Justice Department. Last Wednesday a US Attorney tried to convince a judge to give what amounted to a plenary pardon to Hunter Biden for all crimes he had committed in the past. On Thursday Donald Trump was indicted yet again. Then

In his novel The Sun Also Rises, Ernest Hemingway’s character Mike Campbell is asked how he went bankrupt. “Two ways,” he says. “Gradually and then suddenly.” That seems to be true, mutatis mutandis, of revolutions too: some are measured, peaceful; some are not. In thirteenth-century England, King John was, roughly speaking, a tyrant. In a move that is considered a significant step toward the development of modern constitutional law and democracy in the Western world, the English barons met John at Runnymede in 1215 and forced him to sign the “Runnymede Agreement,” which established the principle that everyone, including the king, was subject to the law.

As the Biden corruption probe broadens, and more evidence comes to the fore of possible bribery of the Biden family by foreign powers, a question arises: What do Americans think should be done if the allegations are true? The overwhelming response: Biden should leave or be removed from office and not run again, the latest I&I/TIPP Poll shows. In an earlier story we wondered: “If any of these charges are shown to be true, can Biden weather the ensuing political storm? Or will he face a choice of impeachment or resignation, a la Richard Nixon, and thereby force the Democrats to find a new standard bearer in 2024?”

This is textbook smash-mouth Marxism. Once again, President Trump was indicted on Tuesday – the DAY AFTER Hunter Biden’s best friend and business associate Devon Archer testified that the Joe Biden was included on 20 calls when his son was sitting with foreign officials arranging influence peddling deals for the family. Archer also testified that Joe Biden met with Russia’s Yelena Baturina who invested $40 million into Hunter Biden’s real estate ventures. And she also paid Hunter Biden $3.5 million in consulting fees. Joe Biden later excluded Baturina from his Russian sanctions list. So what happened next? President Trump was indicted again today by corrupt Special Counsel Jack Smith.

Beck, a former adviser to the German Minister of Health and the Swiss Parliament, analyzed publicly available Swiss and German data from scientific publications, health insurance companies and the Swiss Federal Office of Statistics (FOS). He found that miscarriages and stillbirth rates in 2022 corresponded directly to COVID-19 vaccination among pregnant women in Switzerland nine months earlier.

As we reported earlier, Special Counsel Jack Smith dropped another indictment on former President Donald Trump, charging him with three counts of conspiracy and one count of obstruction on Tuesday. At this point, it’s getting a little ridiculous and frankly, transparent, as to how hard the Biden administration seems to be working to try to take Trump out of the race with lawfare and indictments. Fox News’ Bret Baier shared how Republicans are describing the indictment for what it is: Democrats looking at a box of chocolates, trying to figure out what was the best box of chocolates to “prevent him from becoming president again.” That’s hitting the nail
